All other documents has been uploaded and approved but this insurance document has failed multiple times. How do I go about it please. Is their an Uber email I can send this complaint to please.

Gring gring, you get a ride, accept and drive to location. Rider came in, tells you she's stopping over at so so place.

You ask if she won't take time and she says, not at all, its just to pick something. You get to the location, she comes down from the vehicle and inside she goes.

Thirty minutes and she's not yet out. Would have just ended the trip and gone my way since its a card trip but she left things in the car. I'm calling her and she's not picking. Why are people like this?

Go to MTD of Lagos and Ogun and see how that iron box called corolla kills its drivers every day. That's where they keep vehicles with serious accidents. Corolla drivers are the most reckless you see on the road, even more reckless than Keke riders.

Next time if this kind thing happen again, Google the nearest police station and drive straight up to the station. This will help u settle sensitive issues like this. Most of all these females riders have this devilish attitude of falsely accusing drivers of what they didn't do. Should Incase anything happens you will have enough evidence to defend yourself. I ve done it couple of times and matter like this were solved amicably.
