Lool. Good job. But you don't just 'finish' practicing o. It's continuous. As regular as you can muster. Even guitar pros still practice. So, including what teacher gave you up there, I suggest you start learning open chords. (C, D, Em, etc.). Just Google the chord, to get the shape, and learn to play it. Keep practicing.
Thanks man.

Ehi9ice well done but as he said, keep practicing the above and open chords. Search guitar lessons on YouTube. You'll see many teachers, pick one you like the style and follow the videos.
No problem boss.I'd do just that.Thanks.

I wish I knew the best way to start. When I started, I was told to place my hands on the first four frets and play down.

Something like this

https://www.easyways.net/wp-content/uploads/guitar-finger-numbering.png

You press the finger 1 on the string and pluck, then 2 pluck, same for 3 and 4. After that you move to the lower string and repeat process until you get to the last string.

I think the aim was to build calluses (the strong skin at the fingertips of guitarist) and flex those fingers. Building calluses might be a bit painful at first but you'll be fine.

AND, I was taught the name of the strings. Knowing the strings is very important. Use any of the mnemonics below or make one you can remember easily.

https://www.learn-to-play-rock-guitar.com/images/string-name-memorization.gif
https://www.buzzle.com/img/articleImages/605902-13123-35.jpg

So there's no one way to start. Others should have better ways.

Personally, I ended up building calluses by learning a simple song. Do remember that you won't become a pro in one day or one month sef cheesy. One step at a time.

Hope this helped.
Ayyaaaff finish dat step bro.Waiting 4 ur next instruction.

Short pencil and two rubber bands.

Put the pencil over fret you wish to capo and use the rubber bands to hold it in place. Any pencil length should do the trick but shorter ones just look better.

Seriously my friend, the Oba doesnt leave d palace after coronation...But the car is needed amongst many reason, coz once the Oba is invited to an Occasion-which he obviously can't go,He usually send a delegate-with a Signature( Like that Car).

And the car was used to convey him to the Thanks Giving ground(Holy Arousa) which is outside the palace.

BusinessMeet Nigerian Hustler Who Sells Roasted Corn In Dubai For A Living(pics Included by EHI9ICE(op): 9:12pm On Oct 06, 2016
While many youths would rather sit at home and wait endlessly for white collar jobs or get themselves involved in different forms of crimes to make ends meet, a Nigerian man who lives in Dubai has got people talking about him after he took a very bold step by starting a business which most educated young people today would consider as ‘out of the question’.

According to a post on Anambra State Online Facebook wall,Obinna,a citizen of the state, moved to Dubai and after his efforts to hook a job failed, he decided to start selling roasted corn for a living.

In an exclusive chat with Anambra State Online Media, Mr. Obinna revealed how he got the inspiration to begin the business and the benefits.

He said:
“My name is Obinna. When I arrived Dubai and couldn’t get a job, I decided to think out of the box on what to do to make a living and one day, while in a local restaurant, a man came and placed an order.
“When the waiter came with the order, it was Chicken With Mashed Potato and Grilled Corn but the corn was not roasted the native Nigerian way as we do with coals.
“That was when the idea came and I decided to give it a try. I contacted a local farmer who supplied raw corn for me and started roasting them close to my neighborhood across the street.
“At first, people who passed by looked at me with curiosity as they had never seen anything of its kind up until one man approached me and I gave him one corn cob to taste. he liked it and the following day, invited 4 of his friends who bought and even took some home.”

According to Obinna, that day marked the beginning of his turnaround in the business which according to him, is the first of its kind in Dubai. In no time, he added, roasted corn became a popular delicacy in the neighborhood with people, especially Nigerians living there who want to have a taste of home patronise him on a daily basis.

When asked how much he makes as profit, Obinna smiled and said, “the profits are not bad. I sell each corn cob for about 5 to 8 Dirham depending on the size and on a very good day, I take about 60 to 80 Dirham ($22 USD; N8,000) home”.

Truly, where there’s a will, there’s always a way!

My friend,Let me tell you a personal story-Growing up till i was about 10,mum told me i was born '31st March'.While i was about 16,ramsacking an old drawer at home,i saw a torn & battered piece of paper;which turned out to be my Birth Certificate & it was written thus: D.O.B- '30th March(Same Year)' Mum still upholds '31st March',while i go with '30th March'...So, my friend, does the descrepancy in my D.O.B make me non-existent?

The World has seen worse situations than that which our beloved country is facing right now,But i am doubting if the world has seen a set of people so divided in opinion, but so generous in dishing out blames as we Nigerians...Brothers and Sisters i tire for us oh?!!...Is this the best we can do?- Blame! Blame! Lament! Blame and Wail??!. Abeg make we help ourselves the way the 'West' helped themselves during the Great Depression of 1929...If we continue with this contest of blame,we would be even worst than the Israelites(of old) who lamented so much and as a result,a Journey meant for 40 days, became a long 40 Years journey!. #Nobody said it would be Easy#

...we didn't have sex often either.. Sex was never the main thing.. Iono how she managed to throw sex out of my agenda, although I cheated a lot, still loved her like jagga..

'I guess all I wanted to do was make her happy, make her part of me, just care for her and never stop, make her a top responsibility'

...I had eyes on the future, I made sure it was more of a friendship between very very good friends than people who want to satisfy their sexual desires..

I surprise her sometimes, I did homework on how to be romantic, not the best sex positions...

When you see a relationship as an opportunity to have someone who truly cares for you.. To integrate someone's physiology into yours.. That might keep you going..

Still beats me till today why we broke up undecided.

Anyway.. My advice is, don't love(because it isn't love) for sex(it's usually very short for you because you're attracted to the ass and boobs-Men's instincts).. But Love because you want to make a difference, because you want an extension of yourself or you want to spend the best moments(not necessarily sexual) with that person..

You cheated bro!. That kinda sum it all up.Try a long term relationship without CHEATING,for a change...

And op is doing it(dating) without sex.

NB:I envy your sincerity though.#Big ups to you#
