At the resumed hearing of the Petition of the Labour Party and Peter Obi against INEC, Tinubu, Shettima and APC, INEC was finally able to open their defence as their witness did not have “domestic issues” today.

INEC witness today was the same Deputy Director of ICT at INEC, Lawrence Bayode, who testified for INEC in PDP’s case.

After adopting his witness statement, it was time for cross examinations by parties.

When it the turn of the Labour Party, cross examination was handled by PIN Ikwueto SAN.

First, under cross examination, PIN Ikwueto asked the witness why INEC went ahead to deploy the IREV for the elections if it had “vulnerabilities” (recall the many claims of threats of hackers and all by INEC and government agencies).

To this the witness replied that the IREV “had no vulnerability.”

Furthermore into the cross examination, Mr Ikwueto handed an INEC certified IREV result sheet and asked, “what is the score of APC in this result sheet?”

INEC Witness: ”I don’t know, the results are blurry.”

And that was how INEC admitted in court that its document is blurry.

Now, the question is where did it get the numbers to announce the winner it announced?

Remember: ”The aim is not to trust the judiciary, the aim is to overwhelm them with evidence”.

. The INEC declared results based on the collation of EC8 forms signed at the collation centers not IREV results.
The SC held that IREV results may be affected by transmission, manipulation and electronic faulty transmission.
Any case based on IREV resukts are academic wiithiut any probative value.
We will continue to remind the Obedients the SC judgement on IREV till the day their case will be struck out .

That case law was actually created for this current judgement as precedent...when normally, INEK should be ashamed of claiming glitches upon the multi billions spent.

. Your wisdom and discernment are remarkable. Oyetola's case was used to ambush any other other case on 2023 elections. Oyetola was used as a sacrifice for any case on presidential elections.
INEC even presented a witness later yesterday who was a staff of the commission. HE presented a letter supporting hitches on their site on day of the election.

. I am not the judgement. The SC held that IREV results can be manipulated , unconfirmed and affected by electronic transmission. The SC only accepts EC8 forms originated from the polling unit. Oyetola IREV results are clear yet the SC rules agiant them. What will happen to blurred resukts tendered as exhibits?
That is I said according to SC to win any election case ,you need
1 Voters register BVAS report to prove overvoting
2 Poor record of results :. You need form EC8
3 Non compliance should be presented according to the constitution not according to. Arise or Channel journalists
4. Violence during election....It must be proved beyond any reasonable doubt.

Tell me the requirements satisfied by Obi in his case!

All those exhibits are immaterial and do not affect the results of the election.
1 Blurred or clear IREV results

2 Journalists as witnesses
INEC is not bound by the constitution to send the results online
3 Star witness who analysed 2 states out of 18 mentioned in their petition
In law does that hold water? No
4 Did the LP show any evidence in court showing what could have been the overall results in favour of Obi? No
5. Was there any demostration of the contents of the boxes they brought to court? No
Law goes beyond emotion.
If BAT lost the election he canot win in Court .Same applies to others who are wasting their time on chasing the shadow.

Election lost in the North cannot be won in any court. Not in Nigeria. Politically experienced Nigerians will understand my conclusion. The North is not ready for the SE presidency.. Pronto
