I'm confused about the correctness of test I do in two different medical laboratories:

Lab 1:
(a) They take Urine sample (They don't require early morning Urine. You just pee in the little bottle)
(b) A swab will be inserted in tip of penis
3 days later , result is out

Lab 2:
(a) Will only accept early morning Urine
(b) Will only collect sperm sample . No swabbing of the penis.
3 days later, result is out as well

Here's the argument.
Lab 2 insists that Swab test is not correct as requested by Lab 1 as I do not experience any penile discharge

While

Lab 1 asked why Lab 2 will request Semen culture as it's not correct

Can you please clarify for me .

Docrors have different approaches to treat ST.
STD is usually more difficult than ordinary infection in the urinaty system. Lap 1 believes only Urine culture is necessary while Lab 2 believes since it is an STD the semen shiukd be examined to see if the infection is there too.
This should be the last to do only if the urine culture yields growth and the there is discharge from the penis. If all these are not there there is no need to to check semen sample again. Only the urine sample will suffice.

My husband lost his job two years ago and ever since he has been so reluctant on getting another.. not to brag but I can say I have been the one keeping the family going ever since the job incidence (not like I ever complained) .

What I noticed about him is he now drinks and smokes and he is always hissing (obviously he is not happy and I try to always console him just to elate his Spirit)

Fast forward to last two months.. I got back from work and I was very tired.. I had to go pick the kids from school , bathe them, feed them and to make matters worst I wasn't feeling too alright .. (when I got home he (my husband) wasn't at home)

When I was done with the kids and fixing the house I was so tired I thought to myself to take a lil nap that was how I slept off (and this was around 9pm) ..

He got back around 10pm obviously drunk and smelling like a skunk.. he went straight to the kitchen. That was how the whole problem started.. first was insult.. then my phone, smashed it on the ground later my clothes he started tearing them .. saying all those things he was destroying was why I was feeling untouchable that he knows I have male friends sleeping with me..

I tried securing my items so he doesn't destroy more things that was how he pounced on me..

The next day I got him arrested he spent two days there.. but now I feel so guilty... He doesn't talk to me anymore.. I have apologized times without number

I don't just know what to do...

This is my true life story
I have been living with a stone in my bladder for years now.....like 12-15years
I just discovered that if I ate anything solid,I found myself not comfortable, series of stomach pain and all,sometimes I find it very hard to pee and sometimes I even pee blood
I have been living with this illness for a while and despite using everything medically and traditionally,it refused to go, so I accept my fate
There was a night this stomach pain started,I was rushed to the hospital where I used 1week, I did scan and I was told my urinary tract was dirty and I have to flush it out,I was put under treatment and I used series of drugs,I was discharged but the sickness still persist
After enough diagnosis,I discovered I have a stone in d kidney and if I don't pee it,it will be disastrous....After series of medications and all,the stone finally left my kidney and straight to the bladder,it stayed there for a while and it was really painful I must say

Last month, I underwent the most painful week of my life trying to pass the stone, the pain,I can't pray for my enemy
To use the toilet,I use a minimum of 20-30mins trying to pee and most times I pee blood
It was a really really painful journey but thank God and drugs, yesterday,I finally peed the stone.....I really thank God for my life,it was not really easy at all

This brazen murder and affront to the western region was carried out by the fulani junta without regards for the yoruba people, they brazenly murdered a high ranking yoruba son on yoruba soil and instead of we the yorubas to take action and do something about the disrespect to us as a people, we instead colluded with the fulanis out of fear to spin the narrative that Fajuyi sacrificed himself for Ironsi as if it changes the fact that our son was murdered on our soil without regards for us as a people.

We even helped the fulanis to tag the coup an Igbo coup and threw our weight behind our fulani overlords.

This lie of Fajuyi willingly sacrificing himself has gone on for too long and should be addressed because when a lie is allowed to fester for so long it begins to look like the truth.

Are we Yorubas truly cowards and scared of fulanis? Why didn't we retaliate after the fulanis murdered our illustrious son?

The second coup in June 1966 made Nigeria to be what it is today and the results of the war have made the North superior to other tribes in the country. A fact already recognized by the SW but trivialised by the SE.

When the Fulani coup began in July 1966 as a retaliation to the January Coup,the target was to kill all the Igbo leaders in the military so that the Hausas could take control again. Agui Ironsi was the guest of Colonel Fajuyi the West Region governor. The soldiers saw Fajuy"s wife and children and left them alone.They saw Yoruba soldiers and left them alone.The soldiers were quoted in a report as saying" we are not here for Yorubas but for the Head of State Ironsi"
The soldiers went up and forcefully took Ironsi away regardless of the plea of Fajuyi of the possible implication. of their action.
Fajuyi knew if Ironsi was killed it would look like he baited him to come to Ibadan ,a Yoruba
land so that he would be killed there. It could lead to a civil war.In order to avert the possible war he followed the coup loyalists in order to secure Ironsi and clear himself of any insinuations that he was among the coup plotters
Sadly, Fajuyi was killed with Ironsi.Yorubas appreciated his courage in this regard that why if yiu go to most Yoruba states you will see Fajuyi Road.In fact OAU ife has Fajuyi Hall
1966 July coup was a fight between Hausas and Igbos .Any Yoruba that died then was just a victim of circumstances.After the war the North ensured their sons take over the police force and the entire armed forces. This is still true till today.
You must have seen why the North would never support any Igbo presidency unless there is an alignment. The North takes pleasure in Power and Nigeria as their property!
