Nigerian Journalist, David Hundeyin, has
accused the president of Nigeria, Bola Tinubu of submitting fake Chicago State University Certificate to INEC.

According to Hundeyin, Tinubu certificate was downloaded from https://diploma-makers.com/fake-diploma-samples/usa/ and https://web.archive.org/web/20230623172002/https://diploma-makers.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/USA-fake-diploma-sample-Chicago-State-University.jpg.

This is coming, after the Presidential Election Petitions Court admitted certified copies of the academic and work records of President Bola Tinubu tendered by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate, Atiku Abubakar.

Hundeyin said, “What I really want to see is how the Appeal Court and Supreme Court judges will manage to wriggle out of giving a remotely sensible judgment, given the ridiculous way that Bola Tinubu went about submitting forgeries as the hubris-filled fool that he is.

“I really want to know.”

The 12 states he claims to win are the least populated states in the country apart from Lagos. How can someone loss woefully in all the densely populated states, then claim to win the general election?

The SC judgement on Oyetola Vrs Adeleke is enough for the wise to see how to logically ,purse presidential election cases.
Yet Atiku and Obi are still entering the bush with thier lawyers as guides.
What is the relevance of AIT Arise and Channel reporters in the case? To show that Yakubu INEC promised electronic transmission? Is it in the constitution that it must be followed strictly?
The SC in Oyetola vrs Adeleke 2023 held that IREV data are insignificant , unreliable and can be manipulated. The focus is on the hard copies of Form EC8 signed at the poling units and the Voters register with BVAS reports when especially overvoting and non accreditation are being established.
The LP and PDP still premised their arguments on what have been decided at the SC already. How do we explain results of 2 out of 18 states with blurred electronic results? Where will be time to get all you need!
If Atiku or Obi won the election, challenging it would be difficult because because of the polling units involved. Same applies to BAT.
It is a waste of time and beating of the dead horse by challenging the outcome of the
Feb 25 election.
The judgement of the cases at the AC and SC will be the simplest judgements so far in the history of Nigeria!

I also thought a sitting president can never relinquish power in Nigeria or any African country but it has happened countless times.

Seriously, Peter Obi’s legal team should be flogged. This professor is their star witness and the person they are relying on to prove over voting in about 18 states. Apart from the fact that his logically flawed analysis covered only two states out of 36, the Supreme Court already ruled that only direct BVAS report can be used to prove over-voting and not IREV or other secondary source of data.

Peter Obi will close his case next week Tuesday and as at today, he has not proved any of the allegations he raised in his petition.
