Should go alot way. Enugu cancelled osun and ekiti already. If Anambara can produce upto a million then we have successfully cancelled two more states. We are targeting the popular votes for now.

The report posted by op has 17 local govt not 18 as shown in your table. Tinubu just overtook Obi with the addition of the Mushin result.
