TMSMedia:. The Obi petitions will be summary dismissal at the AC and SC. |
Lanrelagboi:. Regrettably we allowed politics to divide us in NIGERIA? This is painful! |
djon78:. State election is different from presidential election in 2000 ways. The North knew it was the turn of South and that made them vote BAT. How many votes did Obi have in the North? I said it before the election that the North would never. Vote an Ibo as president for now . The reality is Obi is wasting his time as the judgement will go like the previous onat the PEPT and SC |
cktheluckyman:. Watch out for .the following on the judgement:. All the evidences of the petitioners 1 to 3 are not strong Enough to affect the results of the election as declared by the INEC ..... That INEC did not upload the resukts from the poling units did not on any way affect the results of the election. I can bet it with you no election has been successful at the PEPT from 19 80s neither will Obi case different. Evidences from over 174000 thousands poling units? How you prove them ? Obi did not have agents in many poling units in the North. On a lighter note in the interest of peace no judge in Nigeria will remove mandate given to Yoruba and take it Igboor Hausa never ever, not when CJ is Arwoola from Oyo State. Truth is better but it must be told. |
djon78:. I herd all yiu said but I still believe Obi holds no water. The election results assume more meanings than the results. Yoruba Hausa and Igbo contested Youruba won will the mandate be taken from Yoruba and given to IGBOS? I have not seen any evidence that BAT is begging Obi .All I know is BAT loves stategising to maintain peace. What will Obi do to win from no 3. to NO 1. ? I doubt it |
id4sho:He changed Anambra calendar but he can never ever change that of Nigeria. He lost and he lost for life! |
SadiqBabaSani:. Dino ! How many years do you have? Atiku and Obi cannot take Tinubu s mandate.Never ever! |
9jahotblog:. Which road are you completing for 100 days? Thanks you for putting the last layers on the road project started by Aregbe ,which Oyetola followed up.You did not start and complete a road project for 100 days. Yiu can also start yours after Ikirun and take it to Okuku and IlaOdo. |
Odewaleadesoye:Some people don't realize that February 25 elections will be different from March 18 elections ..Sorry PDP Lagos for your sudden downfall in Lagos and the threat of LP on you.APC will silence LP and PDP on Saturday. Let wait and see. |
nairavsdollars:. All of them cannot withstand only Wole Olaonipekun SAN .If am lying as Atiku. |
mykymyk101:. How effective is this? Please the gin content.Shiuks it fill up Ragolis bottle or Agbara bottle? Should the mixture be taken at once? |
Cryomancer:. Arwoola is a Yoruba man who learned at the Tinubu s feet. All their grievances end at the SC when their cases will be dumped into the trash can! The protest is in order. If Atiku could protest Beatified should protest too. |
fergie001:I don't think the majority judgement has not looked into or captured issued raised here. While we eagerly await thier rulings on the matter, I want to say that 1 the majority and minority judgements established forgery .So why using another ground to approve Adeleke 's qualifications.? This is what APC has appealed to. 2 The TB majority judgement carefully decided that the BVAS reports given to Oyetola were genuine since those were what they used to declare Adeleke winner and even the three other reports given to Adeleke ,INEC and Adeleke statistician contained irregularities in more than 100 polling units and decided that they were afterthoughts generated from the tampered Results. 3. The second judge did not make any statement but only signed the judgement. In my opinion making a statement after a judgement applies to AC and SC only. Signature and names only make any documents that bear them sacrosanct in Nigeria.4 All the issued raised in the objections of the respondents did not hold water. The Tribunal weighed all documents before them including the prelim objections before giving their rulings on the petition. |

chinchum:Nobody voted party in that election but individuals. Agreed those who voted BAT throughout the Country believed he could undo Buharis hardship. As for Osun Yoruba " bastards" they were misguided that if Atiku won Adeleke wiould remain the Governor. How on earth could rational individuals vote for another Fulani in this country? Additionally Osun is one of the states where Fulanis have not carried out their operations. ( May they not attack the state at all)Other states who voted BAT understand better .If Fulanis had attacked Osun State those who voted Atiku must have become wiser . |

garfield1:which 2023 election again? |
duro4chang:Yes APC has counter appeals .In short APC appealed the minority judgements. |
fergie001:Exactly ! Can I Ask the rickety grounds in the majority judgement? |
fergie001:. My respected bro , yiur opinion is respected. Let wait and have the judgement! |
Clevite:. The AC is set with it's judgement. Today's oral presentions are just to hear from the horse's mouth in brief. In fact the AC may give the judgement today. We all await the judgement of the AC. However in my opinion it will be pretty difficult to set aside the majority Judgement of the Tribunal at the AC . Let us wait and see! |
Pikahol:INEC means INDEPENDENT ..... Its decision is sacrosanct. |
Peacemaker5128:ufai for SGF[/i]. Honestly the postion is for the SS.Why SE? What has the region done to deserve Senate Presidency? What the SE deserves is the Deputy Speaker of the House of Reps. If they don't like it that is thier regional problem.Who cares? You can only reap where you sow! Apology to Orji Uzor Kalu who was vocal even in public to associate himself with BAT |

garfield1:. I ought to have commented on this matter yestrday but Nairaland did not allow me to comment possiblity some Obedients are there and are still unhappy about the election results. Regardless of their drama I will continue to express my opinions undeterred. 1 Osun is a state that has never experienced Fulani attack unlike Oyo Ekiti Ondo and Ogun. If the state had experienced the Fulani attack, those who voted Atiku would have thought twice before they wasted their votes aimed at perpetuation of Fulani regime. 2 The PDP stalwarts and members in the state belived that Atiku as the president (God forbids)will protect Adeleke from his political rickety condition caused by the Tribunal decision to reject him as the governor in favour of Oyetola. They are disappointed that Tinubu won the election. All their hopes are dashed now .3. However myriads of Osun indigenes voted BAT because they wanted to support their fellow Yoruba as the president. The last election was about individual not about party . BAT supporters showed their loyalty by all means and finally reduced the vote margin difference to 10 000. . 4. In Osun those who voted BAT are happy and rejoice in their support of their Blood while Yoruba " bastards" in the state who voted Atiku to protect Adeleke's position are sad and will continue sad because whether they like it or not BAT will rule on them and their generations for 8 years. I hope they will not be misguded again in their lives. |
I want to use this opportunity to ask why Nairaland has not allowed me to comment on the political plartform? Am I Tinubu or Obi or Atiku? What have done wrong? I look at this unjustafiable action as an infringement on my fundamental human right and demand an apology from Nairaland for this infraction. All they keep telling me is as follows since last night.
