The increase in price from what it was in the early months of 2023 to the current price is simply as a result of removal of subsidy and floating of exchange rate. I always like a good opportunity to counter fallacies:

1. Peter Obi didn't just hand over schools back to the churches, he also provided them with over N6 billion naira in grants to upgrade infrastructure, improve their standards, and retain teachers. This made Anambra state rise to become the top performing state in WAEC and NECO. In fact, no other governor at the time was able to achieve that.

2. Yes there were strikes - happening in almost every state and federal institution at the time. This was a problem nationwide. What did Peter Obi do? He built new infrastructure and campuses for Odumegwu Ojukwu University (formerly Anambra State University), and gave them subventions. Institutions weren't in Comatose like you falsely claimed.

3. Yes he raised tuition to improve quality and sutainability, but gave subsidies for Anambra indigenes. In fact, this tuition model is used worldwide. Schools increase the tuition for everyone else but offer subsidies to state residents.

Peter Obi actually achieved a lot.

Ask that fellow if he ever travelled out of his one his room one window apartment. Ask him if he ever visited Anambra state. Ask him between the two, who has been labeled a fraudster internationally. Ask him between the two, who has businesses that are known by everyone and always stands to defend his businesses. Recently Obi publicly defended his brother’s business. Ask him who used taxation to make life unbearable for citizens as the then governor of his state between the two men.

That’s exactly my line of thought…pairing Obi with El Rufai on the ADC ticket, if it is agreeable. I think that it is exactly what El Rufai is driving at. Atiku has to drop his ambition and support the any candidate that ADC brings up, especially if it is Obi.

We could see from 2023 that there were no 12 million Buhari supporters. I think that if ADC is well organized, they can give APC a run for their money in 2027.

When people said before 2023 that Obi did not have structures, he said the people were his structure. He showed what it meant at the polling booths with over 6 million votes. When Tinubu famously said “Obi is is boy”, he realized his folly with his comprehensive defeat in Lagos state and Buhari’s defeat in Abuja by Obi.

You make the mistake of looking at the capacity of Atiku to secure the ticket and compare it with the feeling of the citizens on the streets. At least Obi’s birthday yesterday showed the whole world what’s happening in the minds of the people. While Reno Omokri focused on Obi not been present at Buhari’s burial, he overlooked Kwakwanso and the rest who were not present. Obi is the national topic and not Atiku. When you say people were not born while Tinubu was the Governor of Lagos state, can you tell us your age then and where you reside in Lagos. We can tell you exactly what happened in that area then. Certainly you were not more than 5 years old in 1999, that is if you were born before that year. Sorry but you have miscalculated. None of them is working for Tinubu, including Atiku. The only man who will inadvertently make Tinubu retain power in 2027 is Atiku himself. If he gets the Presidential ticket in ADC, then we can safely say goodbye to them until another northerner emerges in 2031. Atiku cannot defeat Tinubu alone and Obi will contest in 2027.
