Nonexisting1:Good. You read the story about the sisters kidnapping their brother for money. Thankfully reading and listening to news is a major way of knowing about events in our societies. Do you want to say that you have never come across news if men committing such evil acts against their sisters or family members? |
yemre:Agreed. But remember that democracy does not thrive in the atmosphere of bribery. If the last American Presidential primaries involved bribing delegates, Trump might not be the President today, even with the backing of Elon Musk. Primaries must be based on clear conscience and not by either coercion or bribery. That way we are able to get the best candidates as our leaders and not crooks who bribe their way to success, only to loot and destroy. |
EvilMerodack:Where is the creative logical argument in the meaningless statement of the faceless and worthless group? Is it a fact or not the in the political space of today, the name Peter Obi is the biggest? Is it a fact not that the name Peter Obi is acknowledged by the mightiest in APC and the name sends shivers down their spines? Is it a fact or not that Tinubu has sleepless nights and must work harder to make the nation better because of the fear of the name Obi. Between Obi and Atiku, who has more popularity presently? The coalition approached Obi several times and not vice versa. The same coalition has been insisting that Obi must be part of them. Who does not know that Atiku will always buy delegates to secure the ticket? Why must you force Obi into the coalition please? |
Tjra:What do you expect of old men? To get younger? By the way, why not show us your own face? I know that by now hunger don bend am, with the daily dose of Tinubu hardship medicine. |
sleek214:You no be youth? Why you no go contest? Those old men of today were yesterday’s youths. They started contesting as youths as today they are old men. You can start from somewhere. At least you can cobtest as your compound’s tenants association secretary. |
Nonexisting1:“ Uwa mmebi. The female gender knows no family or friend. Since I was born, I never heard of a brother arranging the kidnap of his sisters whom he is meant to love and protect. A woman can do the unthinkable because of money. Tụfịakwa” Those were your words. Where is the evidence that no brother ever kidnapped his sister? Where is the evidence that the female gender knows no family or friend? So men who hide fellow humans for money rituals are not doing the unthinkable? |
Alliswell248:Should we remind you of the profession of your people? |
Nonexisting1:First you should share proof of your claim in your initial comment. |
Beremx:Relationship expert but carried two children to the marriage. Relationship expert, yet posed in front of a man’s house, claiming the house as her own to the whole world. Can the pot call the kettle black? |
Barzinime:Arrange to see me and ask for my passports. No talk too much. |
Britishpea:First you must understand your use of English. “Are you a Nigerian?” That was a question. My answer is YES, in capital. “You Dey Vote!!! Was the supposed to be a question or an expression? Well I simply take it that having not understood your use of English, you made an expression, emphatically stating on my behalf that I vote. I started voting long before you were born. Now learn this. You do not vote because a crowd of people vote. You vote meaningfully and sensibly. You vote to either cause a leadership change for better, or you vote to continue on the same leadership, as a sign of good performance. That’s the very basis of democracy. When you get to polling centers to join a crowd of thugs, simply for the sake of voting, you can be rated as a thug. You are not able to cause a change that makes your society and living better. Your expression, just like the above, can give you away as one who parades voting centers, for the sake of receiving inducements to vote for horrible leaders, |
flokii:Stop talking this rubbish please. Streets are first of all founded when people purchase lands in areas and the roads are marked in the survey. Someone moves to get a street name after him and it is registered. If you know nothing, be silent and learn. |
Mynd44:Whether it happened last year, or this year, does it not show you a clear sign on mental insecurity among those who brought the idea? Does it not show you clear racism and tribalism in a country where the same people of the SW want to say “we are one”? |
SoftSport:Please which Nigerians are you talking about? The ones who voted for him or the ones who did not vote for him? Can you tell us please? |
MurderX:So, if na you, you go leave America come relocate to Nigeria? Or as you said “all of Africa”, you go locate to Sudan, Mali, or Somalia? |
Goldeno:Yes, she was beaten because of her color. The only reason that white racists attack you wherever you find them is the color of your skin. Right under your nose in your country Nigeria, the Chinese, Lebanese and Indians racially attack your own people. So while in Europe, South Africa, USA, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, Asia, mind where you reside, as a black skinned person. Your comment smirks of one who has never ventured out of his community. Na only Nairaland be your own embassy, airport and abroad. |
LagosOrigin:Don’t mind the jester. You know that the fastest way to connect APC and Tinubu is to denigrate Obi, as Reno Omokri woefully tries to do. Dokubo the jealous man should be thinking of what will happen to his so called title when Fubara’s tenure expires and when Wike imposes another stooge. The frog may be thinking of an escape route to reconnect with Tinubu, after several abuses given to Tinubu by him. Dokubo should by now be telling Nigerians how Tinubu’s Presidency has been making lives members of his community better. By now he should be telling us how his people have been able to afford food. I believe that he has still not gotten over how the pipeline contract was awarded to Tompolo and he could not lay his hands on anything reasonable apart from his men guarding roads and forest areas. |
When did it start working please? I still have my 9mobile sim on my phone, yet there’s no network on it. |
maiunguwar:Sorry bro, it is not my logic, but the reality of their unwritten political agreement. Did you not notice that Obiano focused more on his senatorial zone. It is a national practice that you can verify. It however does not stop the Governor from working in other zones, but at a given percentage, shared between his zone and the others. That Uga-Atani-Ossamala road is a Federal road. The road cries for complete rehabilitation, as it is very difficult during the raining seasons. However as we know, Governors run those projects and then forward the invoice to the FG for reimbursement. |
Disenfranchised:Sorry but you missed it. He referred to Chief Obih, the victim in the case and not Obi in Peter Obih. Please always read with understanding before commenting. |
The last General that handed over to Tinubu nearly missed his step. Hopefully the man is fit. Abi I no see well? Military traditions, always good to watch. Once again, may the Buhari family be comforted as they embark on this new journey in life without their father. |
onuman:That shows that you do not have the faintest idea of religious rituals in the SS and SE. Please make a good research and revert. |
shivisee:The same Reno Omokri who lost his polling unit, ward and local government to Obi in the last Presidential election? Reno Omokri has just one vote, just like you and other Nigerians. His so called “north” ends in the NW and NE. He does not know that the north is made up of three regions. The last Presidential election saw Obi winning Plateau, Nassarawa and Abuja. Obi made his mark in other areas. By the way, why should Reno Omokri continue as a follow follow? Is there any rule, known and unknown, that stops him from contesting an election in Delta state, at least as a councillor? With all his writing and following following, can he not man up enough to contest an election to prove his usefulness as a politician? If BAT losses the next election, speedily Reno Omokri will ditch him and latch on to the next person in power. Is there any law that says that Obi must be at the graveside? Or did you hear any story of a personal dispute between Obi and Buhari? If he was at the burial, you all would say that he was not standing straight, or he was not looking at the grave. Make una dey sorry for una sef. |
Anijay1212:How many poor people travel to South Africa please? How many poor Nigerians reside in South Africa? There are too many Nigerian marriages with women older than their husbands. Whoever you chose to marry, is your private affair and personal choice. We are not in the business of dictating people’s choice of partners. And by the way, what makes you think that by marrying a lady much older than a person is, the person has a hidden intention? I read the post very carefully and understood all. The lady made her choice between two brothers and within the three of them, there’s peace. Who says that the man intends to relocate to Australia? How have you determined that he is not well off enough in SA? By the way, what will be the advantage of relocating to Australia for him, if he’s doing very well in SA? The young man has children by her. It was carefully thought. It was IVF and they are both happy. Make your choice of a woman that can contribute to how very well your life is organized. By the way, why would you live the child of a wealthy person, if she ticks all the boxes of your type of woman? Is there any rule that says that a man should remain in poverty or leave the child of a wealthy man to marry a pauper’s child? Do you not know that there are too many Nigerians who reside in Mozambique, SA, Angola, Gabon, Namibia, Lesotho, while their wives and children reside in America, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand? The men travel to visit their families and then return to their locations to continue their businesses. For the other Nigerians who are not well to do in SA, it is their choice to remain. Even with their situation, they feel better off residing there. |
HUMANIIST:Ufuma kwa? I believe that you will also feel the presence of government more. As the governor faces his senatorial zone, Ufuma, which is part of it will not be left off. By the way no be only yam and cassava we take know una, apart from say Oko poly touch there? |
maiunguwar:It should have been done by Obiano. That’s why Governorships are zoned, so that development can be even and every Senatorial zone use the opportunity to fix their area. Notice that Soludo has been working hard around Anambra South, which is his own Senatorial zone. Ekwulobia needed to opened up and given some opportunities like Onitsha and Nnewi. Opening Ekwulobia means creating business opportunities there and adjourning communities. That Nnobi to Ekwulobia has been very tortuous and around Igboukwu is very narrow and snaky. Now it will be expanded. The market around Igboukwu, Isuofia will be opened further. The areas of Aguluezechukwu up to Uga, can connect to the market in Ekwulobia. Their own markets in their communities can further open up, promoting trade and commerce. As I always ask, some please help us remind Governor Soludo to find a way of fixing Uga-Atani- Ossamala road. Stella Oduah failed completely and one cannot understand what is going on with Tony Nwoye. |
columbus007:Very correct. He is the first son and now the head of the dynasty. He performed the most important duty of a young man to his father. The father handed over the baton of the race to him. May the young man find strength in this trying time. May the family be comforted. The journey is not easy for him. In spite of the fame and material possessions, it is not an easy journey for the family. The wife married him when she was only 18. He became like a father to her too. So for the wife, it eas the loss of her husband and father. Each day they wake up or go to bed, they will notice the very clear void. They will feel more pain when they notice their father’s friends beginning to vanish one by one. Once again, may the family be comforted. |
Anijay1212:Where was the poverty? The young man lived in South Africa and she lived in her native Australia when they met online. Do poor Nigerians find their way to South Africa? Did you read any part of the story indicating the woman as rich? Why do youths here find it difficult to read with understanding before commenting? |
Why are marketers complaining please? What kind of evil people do we have in this country? While we grow under horrible leaderships, some people just make it harder daily for the regular citizens. Many families find it hard to purchase gas. If Dangote can lessen the cost, what’s the issue? Just as Dangote begins to supply directly Petrol to stations, he can please build little outlets where citizens can buy directly from, if possible, to avoid these evil racketeering marketers. |
Shawarmagirl:What does it matter? What does it change? What’s the problem with that? Who feels it knows it. No matter what, the man played his role according to his knowledge. It is up to the living to do theirs. Whether Presidents visited or not is immaterial. It is a sad loss to the family and nation. More painful when a breadwinner is lost. Let the Presidents remain in their countries. |
