CannyDoll: I am so discouraged this morning, my IELTS result just brought down my spirit;
1st attempt - L7.5 W7 R8 S7.5 2nd attempt - L7.5 W6.5 R7.5 S7.5
I don't know if I can continue.... A friend once told me that I won't know the value of 0.5 until I write IELTS and miss it by that little margin. Please don't give up. It shouldn't even be an option at all. Try and spot your weakness and work on that while not totally ignoring areas where your perceived strength lies. I got my desired score too at my third attempt. Just look at your moniker. It's already in Canada beckoning on your body to follow suit. Go back to the drawing board, return and fire again. |

obinwannechukwu: Hey mate, it's ok to cry but make sure you get up, dust ur ass and do the exam again. However, I suggest you do not attempt a re-evaluation. They will just take ur money and give same results. Lemme share my IELTS journey with you.
1st attempt.....5.5, 5.5, 7.0, 7.0 2nd attempt....6.0, 7.5, 7.5, 7.5 3rd attempt.....6.0, 5.5, 7.5, 7.0 4th attempt.....7.5, 7.5, 7.5, 7.0 5th attempt.....6.0, 6.5, 7.0, 7.5 6th attempt.....8.5, 6.5, 7.0, 7.5 7th attempt.....9, 7.0, 6.5, 8.0 8th attempt.....9, 8.5, 7.0, 7.0.
Note that where I live, the BC IELTS test is about 110k, re-evaluation is 63k and I spend a minimum of 150k for each of these attempts. IELTS humbled me but I eventually conquered. Wow!! Imagine spending an equivalent of 1.2 million Naira just for IELTS. Thank God you're not in Nigeria. Otherwise, even people around you will tell you it's not ordinary, that your village people are behind it. When you start getting lots of that, your subconscious mind will start playing tricks with you to believe someone in your village (an enemy) is truly responsible for that. I salute your doggedness Sir! Your testimony here will really comfort others who didn't make their IELTS and urge them not to give up. Congrats to you and others who will ace their IELTS in today's release. It will surely end in praise. |

Ramj: Provided you enter pool before .... Tie-breaking rule: February 23, 2018 at 08:06:19 UTC Not true. The tie breaker applies when you have the exact score with the cutoff. If you have even one point higher than the cutoff, you will get ITA so long as you're in the pool before the draw happens. |

Boss we get hope ooo if the trend continues. I want to assume the previous cutoff was a kind of bearish correction. I pray for a successive lower lows in the subsequent CRS cutoffs. Hoping and praying for back-to-back draws of not less than 3,000 invitations.#Team427 |

hamlak: You can publish your books all over - it is your creative work and you got the rights. You will be paid by any channel where there is a sale.
The only time you can not put your book outside o Amazon is if you select Kindle Select which is a program where you give Amazon the exclusive rights for 90 days in return for promoting your book for 5 days and making it available to be borrowed. The era when this was effective is far gone. You will be better off having your books all over the publishing sphere. I want to specially appreciate what you're selflessly doing here. God will reward you for your kind gestures. Meanwhile, I have created payoneer account and I'm about to implement what I learnt from your e-book. Payoneer have stopped card request until you have at least $30 balance in your account. I hope to testify here once the $$ starts rolling in. |

I was expecting you tell him to be a little bit patient. Do you even understand PNP route at all and what it takes? Please let's be mindful of what we advise here. If you don't know the answer, simply jump and pass. P. S: I also noticed you have been asking people to send you PM for irrelevant things even when it's uncalled for. rosepetraa: I know now that WES does not evaluate CITN. Created a profile and tried to enter that qualification, but got a message that they do not evaluate CITN.
Biko nu, anyone previously assessed their CITN professional certificate in the house? Which assessing body should I use. Biko!!!! I'm not sure anyone here have assessed CITN before and got positive outcome. Since WES said they can't assess it, try IQAS, who knows you might be the one to open a new frontier of opportunity. Me sef wan assess NIM to get points for two or more certificates, if that's possible. After all, I wrote exams and they should be able to generate transcripts |

Congrats bro. I have been nurturing this plan of adding a spouse before PPR or even after COPR. However, after reading your post, fear come dey catch me. Asking for wedding pictures, reception and honey moon pictures, etc... Hmmmh. I thought a marriage certificate from registry is sufficient document for proof of marriage? For someone that's in a distant relationship, those courtship pictures may not be handy too, unless they need whatsapp chats.... Someone please explain what happens if they requested for those documents and all you have is marriage certificate from registry with few pictures taken during the court marriage ?? |
