Scun: He wasn't one of the greatest please. And who is one of the greatest. |
Sincere 9gerian: Olodo! And who pays you for your die hard opposition to the FG on this forum? Tinubu or Buhari? Who pays you for all the negative articles you copy and paste on this forum? Why fight everybody over GEJ issues. You are going extremely bad with these your politics. |
Dude you're so pathetic. He should go and 'watch a match'? If Jonathan or even an ordinary minister in Jonathan's cabinet tries such, you folks will be the 1st to call for his head. Upon all the billions Tinubu siphoned he couldnt build a 'standard hospital' in Lag? APC is the best party my CO.CK!
Tinubu is not a political office holder, what will calling for his achieve? |
At the end the Mother's life destroyed Father's life destroyed Daughters life destroyed The only one with hope is the SON. |
debbleopto: one thing comes to mindThat's exactly what Amechi is saying. GEJ supporters knows the economic situation won't improve, but since their Son GEJ is in power. It is their turn to CHOP. |
Choi... What was the scantool on the passenger seat for? Hyper-wicked ride... though I don't know about really enjoying this car in Lagos-except maybe on VI (which is too small). Abuja should have been more like a place to enjoy the car.
That should be Scanner for diagnostic. |
Rossikk: ''In September 1985 a two-year moratorium on nearly all vehicle imports was imposed.''This is from your post In September 1985 a two-year moratorium on nearly all vehicle imports was imposed China didn't ban all vehicle imports even with the moratorium. |
Rossikk: IGNORAMUSES, READ AND LEARN:And did they banned vehicle imports to China. Not even US,Japan nor Germany try such. You can increase tariffs and duties. |
manny4life: Technically NO, but on a collective scale in ref to wealth, yes it is.No it has noting to do with wealth. Ogun state is not shopping state where you see malls and markets everywhere. You can go to Sagamu,Ibara,e.t.c and see for yourself. Most people living in Ogun actually do their major shopping in Lagos. |
No only for Samsung but for Android. I got the APK this morning. |
solopumpy227: Just some observations from comments on this thread:Who told you Ogun has the lowest GDP in the south. |
You blind? Ogun, Jigawa and Gombe are the co-equal poorest And you half-baked illiterate of Yorubaland. It is ''Where (not Were) did the data say (not said) Ogun is the poorest?''
Is per cap income a measurement for living standard? See why you failed statistics. |
jmaine: Please look at the caption of the thread.Just shows you don't know anything about that road. |
jmaine: How can you form your inference using Mowe Ibafo Axis to extrapolate what is happening on a 167km stretch.Sure you don't know the road. JB is supposed to work from Ojodu -Ibafo-Mowe-Sagamu only and not the full road. So tell us what part is JB working on. |
Sincere 9gerian: Do these Tinubu dogs have no shame? The President flagged off work on the road. We've seen pictures of ongoing works on this thread. Some NLanders have testified to commencement of work. But despite these mounting evidence, Tinubu dogs insist no work is going on. What evidence do they have for holding this position? Nothing. They just HOPE and PRAY that work should not commence on the road. Why would a normal human being hope that Lag-Ibadan road remains in its deplorable state? Because that is what makes their master,Tinubu, happy. That's thesame road I pass through every time, Is MOWE,IBAFO not part of Lagos-Ibadan express road? Can you please show us the part been constructed. |
customized13: this is the height of ignorance, it can't get worse. Bt the data said ogun is of one the poorest na, let's follow the data, I don gree osun GDP is higher than all SE states , BT d GDPs of all SE state is individually higher than dat of oWere did the data said Ogun is the poorest? |
customized13: so enugu wey dey numba 25 stil develop pass oyo state wey dey 4th, its a shame wt all their GDP stil no purchasing power, try and convert ur GDP 2 infrastuctural development na, u can as well replace all the rusted roofing in d world largest slum(ibadan) with asbestos atleast , u guys must be really suffering from bad leadership dat cnt convert GDP to purchasing power.GDP is an evidence of economic growth not purchasing. |

Ondo and Osun are major cocoa producers. Cocoa is an export crop so the income is high. |
kettykin: If you know a little bit of economics it wouldn't take you much to realise that having a lot of cash transactions is as a result of a high purchasing power parity, for cities like Aba and Onitsha it simply means there is more disposable income in those cities chasing lots of goods and services leading to high private consumption which will lead more production of those goods and services which is a good measure of GDP. But a town with very low spending power will result in lower private consumption like Oyo is experiencing this leads to a discouraging local production and if at all there is production the produce would be for export to lagosStop confusing yourself. GDP is not higher purchasing power. e.g Income noodles is produced in Ogun while the consumers are in Lagos. Who gets the money-OGUN ![]() ABA and Onitsha can be for buying and selling while the manufacturers are in OYO. Who gets the money-OYO ![]() THAT IS HOW GDP WORKS. |
kettykin: First they started these rumours with being the most educated, later jamb was able to truncate their hollow lies with their valid data posted on their website which Dibu ojerinde removed as soon as he became the jamb boss, when this dawned on them that their age long fallacies has been uncovered they started another baseless fallacy and deception with their universities ranking system which has been flushed down the dustbin of history with award winning professors produced by universities in the east rated lowly by their worthless Web rankings.GDP is the value of goods and services produced within a country in a given period of time. GDP is not buying and selling. |
Adelaide2: Dude, I did not manufacture the data (Geez, a Yoruba man did) that says Ogun is the poorest in southern Nigeria Adelaide2: Cost of living is very very low in Oyo and Osun which explains their Per capita. Cost of living is very high in Eastern Nigeria (SE, SS) yet most have a very high standard of living. How do you explain that? As far as I am concerned only Lagos and Ogun and to some extent Ondo are viable states in SW. In SE, only Ebonyi is unviable. I am on the ground and I see the poverty in Oyo and Osun. Yet I am told Osun is better than Ogun. Tell that to the morons.Do you notice the contradiction in your posts. Reading statistical data is above you skill set. Stick to fictional literature and newspaper gossip. Leave statistic alone. |
Crassus: are you saying people who live in areas with low income per capital are facing absolute or relative poverty? are prices of goods and services fixed in every part of the country?Just ignore the DUD, OGUN is currently the most industrialized state in Nigeria OGUN houses more Tertiary institutions than all SE put together. OGUN is currently the major source of building raw material in the country. |
Adelaide2: Hey!!! From your PDF, is Ogun the poorest state in southern Nigeria or not? You posted it remember? You killed yourself. You have been bandying about some fake NBS data since last year. We asked you to wait until the official data is out you refused. You at first claimed this was from NBS but you could not supply a link. Someone else or you with another name did, and it happens to be unofficial stuff. Even at that, SE state are not doing badly at all from that data and even Ebonyi is better than Ogun. Lagos that is the best is 50 % Igbo. Now you say the 2013 One Ogun is better, can you post the link of that one or it is in your dreams? Is it official or it's like this ne, commissioned by some SW newspapers?LOL, Tomorrow you will claim to Educated with PHD. |
Is this the letter OBJ is talking about?
|
So it is now Awka and no longer Lagos. |
pastor4real: @emmatok: You are wrong again. Most foreigners and citizens live by the minimum wage here, most of these foreigners have degree from there home countries but it is very difficult to get into the system here with your foreign education unless you are a doctor, pharmacist, nurse etc. With your degree you will end up with the minimum wage jobs. Ask our people with degree from Nigeria where they work. Most Nigerians with degree from Nigeria work in Parking lots, walmart store making $7.25, $8 or $9 an hour plus tips if you come across a good customer.Well in Nigeria degree holders also work has gateman, cleaners, dispatch riders and collect minimum wage. The fact is that a minimum wage earnings in US is better than Nigeria minimum wage earnings. Goods and services are cheaper in the US. With less than $1000 you will look good, fed well and get some essential electronics. Can you try that with 20000 per month in Nigeria. |
anonimi: Or those graduates "empowered" to earn 8k net by some states that will remain unnamed for now.I don't understand your post. |
mayten30: hahaha are you serious?you do not know what u are saying?300k is not up to 3000 dollars,go to betfair.com when you get there let me know and u will see how you can earn even 3000 dollars or more easily,I will even teach u for free..We know about you forex and betting they are all predictions. Prove me wrong. But they are not part of wages and salaries. Its you personal business. |
pastor4real: @emmatok: You are right about the infrastructures, accommodation and the purchasing power. You totally wrong about getting good accommodation for $500. In Pennsylvania, Delaware and New York; you will need at least $900 to rent 1bedroom flat to live in good location with rest of mind. You are right that u can get a used car for less than $1000, my friend that will be a good one, be ready to spend extra $1000 plus on the car. You cannot survive with $8/hr unless u want to rent a room from som1 who own a house, that will cost between $300 to $400 a month.Pastor minimum wages are for unskilled-semiskilled workers.e.g cleaners, gateman, messengers e.t.c. Taste might not be the priority here. But they can live better than some Graduate Nigerians earning 15000 per month. |
iyobs7: Obviously u omitted where I wrote 120 THOUSAND for a 2-3 BEDROOM FLAT for a YEAR and in ABUJA iyobs7: Wait and someone is even talking about house rent compared to USAThat is your last post. |
mayten30: so forex trading is lottery?tell me u do not know what forex trading is all about instead of you just saying thrash about what u do not know, incase if you do not know what forex trading is then go to google to get info, google is ur friend,go to google to know more about forex tradingForex is about predictions of foreign exchange Sports betting is also predictions. If you claimed to be earning 300k every month from these, then you are scammer. Even trained Pros don't get 300k every month from forex and betting. |
iyobs7: Wait and someone is even talking about house rent compared to USADid you just write these down. 12000 for a 2-3bedroom flat in Benin and 150-200 in Abuja. Are you joking. You won't even get such in low palaces like Osun,Ondo, or Kano. You probably not working so you don't know what minimum wage is. |
