Not a mistake. Children can and have being manipulated, misled by women. The children may eventually realize when they are adults, but then, all the years have gone by.

My wife and I have been married for over 3 years now with a beautiful daughter who is 2years plus but things are falling apart everyday.

Whenever we had arguments she will want to sabotage my job. Couple of months ago, we had an argument and I was to give update to my team via teams meeting (I work from home)..My wife keep raising her voice, I left the living room and went to bedroom lock the door behind to continue with my meeting but surprisingly to me, my wife went through the window and started the drama again.

Just yesterday there was another drama and she picked my phone unknowingly and call my overall boss.

Note: it is from this job am sponsoring her Masters in one of the centers in Uniport and also feeding the family. More than 70% of my monthly earnings goes to her. I am not a social person..I don't drink and either spend lavishly.

My wife is a very proud person and she has this obvious non challant attitude which are all seen by family members. Everybody keep talking about her but she's not changing. Although I have my own differences as well but she believe I can't control her. She's not submissive at all...I can say that over again and again.

Even while she's doing her masters, I was the one taking care of my daughter at home (thanks to covid)..in fact all my team members knows my daughter as my second colleague. I believe we all know how working from home with kids is like.

Please I need your advice. I am already thinking of divorce but the fear of loosing my daughter to her custody is my biggest challenge.

I am loosing my mind.

Here is the mediation update about the construction saga btw mr brabus and somehow which I stand as mediator btw them to see how the matter can be solved amicably.

As I said last time that I will update the house, here we go, straight to the point in short paragraph

The mediation start on 28th/ 29th of dec 2021.
After much time on call coupled with sms and whatzap messages with mr brabus.
Like 20min, 40min, 30min and so so, the last time we talk on phone was about 80min (1;20min) straight talk, ( I almost get hear problem that day)
I also reached MR somehow” through messages etc.

I tried to get two things done.
- the amount due to pay back
-time to pay back

On the amount due to pay back, MR brabus said he can ONLY pay N1m back based on his own calculation against N2m QS valuation .

Now after much discussion with him (brabus) he said he will do something by adding to the N1m when his head cool down, plus when meet with his cleint one in one to run mind together ( I suggested this to him)

Let me say I won this part of battle halve way.

Now to the second one “ time to pay the initial 1m, after another serious discussion MR brabus said the said N1m and is not ready at the time we discussed this ( 6th of January) and I asked when bcs its urgent and he promised to get back to me on the time, but up till now he as not get back to me, I message him but no reply yet.

I always report our discussion to mr “somehow” he do also follow up.

At the moment NO penny as been paid ( I don’t achieved my aim fully on this matter, do I called it failed mediation, hmm No bcs I I gain some I loss some. But generally I get something about life on this matter.

So as it’s now I don’t know if the client ( mr somehow will use another form to retrieve his money back or still go back to mediation. As I will take a small break about the matter and leave it for the cleint to decide.

I thanks MR somehow for his gentility and understanding toward the matter.
I also thanks MR Brabus for his time also, I will not forget others good people here who want the matter to be settled amicably.

Ordinarily, by law in case of separation, a woman has the right of primary custody of all the children that are less than 6yrs old which is why FFK is trying hard but has failed to prove that she's insane. And I ask you sincerely, is she in your judgment more insane than others who have right to their kids even here on this platform?

The law recognize the place of tender care which only women can provide for children less than 6yrs. I know for a fact that Precious is not as financially strong as FFK to take care of those guys but she's still richer than many NLander's parents and no one took them from their parents.

FFK is trying very well, he's provided one nanny and one nurse each for those kids from birth, I mean there are minimum of 4nannies and 4nurses staff in that house, but that can't be absolute enough to write their mother out of their equation.

So my point is...when people are in trauma whether by their making or by chance, don't pretend as if they're not human or you're not!

Can you quote the section of the law the arbitrarily gives less than six years old kids to their mother? Precious has a well documented medical case and child custody was legally handed to FFK. She also cannot fend for the kids enough according to the standard they were used to while she was still with their father. Honestly, all I see you do here is whip up sentiments.

Also, she is not being denied access to the children, she just doesn't want to meet them at the villa where she can be easily supervised.

I agree with FEGEITOK here, both parties need to communicate through their lawyers. While we obviously don't have all the information, from what I've seen, there is nothing concrete that can substantiate the allegation of fraud yet. And there is an active law in Nigeria, whoever seeks redress can always get justice. Egunmogaji has told us that.

I also think QSFemi needs to lend his voice here since he seems to be at the center of the misunderstanding. Did you present a valuation that was found to be erroneous and subsequently reviewed?

Thanks to everyone who commented, I took the wrong step. But even at that, the man had not right to become violent over the matter.

There is this girl at my work place i always liked and vice versa. The feeling grew to the extent that my line manager called me to ask what's in-between us both. But since I was yet to ask her out i said nothing...along the line she started given me attitude and i just immediately distant my self from her guessing someone else has come in between us.

The dating didn'tast and she came back trying to mend things. But i rejected her cos i was pained with what happened.
