izzou: When Buhari won in 2019, nobody was portraying Atiku us the saviour.
We just felt he should replace the current failure.
But these guys can't see any wrong with Obi. They are not objective and open minded.
They don't even believe its a contest, and there would be a winner which wouldn't be theirs.
True, I think that at least 50% of the population will be dissatisfied with whoever emerges as president next year. The fallout of the results will reveal the true intentions of some people, all obidients claim to be patriots who love Nigeria so much, the litmus test of that love is when their savior doesn't emerge, will they undertake actions against Nigeria or do the patriotic thing, we shall see. |

What happened when Buhari won 2019? A lot of them will pray that who ever won fails, so there is the satisfaction of "I told you so", to replace the pain of defeat. They will also criticize all actions of the winner too. I think by abd large, this will be the response, Obi supporters are not that many to cause any damage on large scales, there are actually very many reasonable Obidients. At the extreme, those that dropped Biafra flag for LP logo will pick Biafra flag again, and start clamoring for separation. |

onyemaair: All these yarns you are spewing is evidence of how these evil people have succeeded in making supporting Obi look very unglamorous.
You have fallen for their evil tactics. Supporting Obi is something you should do proudly because the man himself is the very best of the rest. He is a bundle of principle and intellect. When you see him carrying his own bags in the airport or using economy class. It's not because he can't afford it.
It is a very deliberate campaign tactics to project an image of simplicity. One thing all leaders should do. The man is demystifying the concept of grandiosity of politicians and projecting how accessible our leaders should be and how simple a life they should lead. He is literally leading by example.
This is just one example of how this man is trying to change our political culture here. One where leaders are worshipped and inaccessible.
It is people that are supporting old corrupt sick patients that have to be ashamed of their choice because deep within them, they know they are projecting a terrible choice on nigerians again.
Hear this man speak here and tell me you've not fallen in love with him. A man who hasn't collected a penny from the state government since he left office while others are stealing billions of dollars legally. This man is a bundle of integrity. You believe in Obi, you believe his shit is gold, fair enough, you can believe it, but why must I believe it too? I don't believe it, so I must have fallen for evil tactics. At the bolded, thank God you know it's a deliberate campaign tactics, yet you fall for the campaign tactics like a fool, and berate me for not doing the same Na so Buhari take do campaign tactics 2015 and many guys fell for it, this time na Obi turn. Buhari in 2015 had more integrity than Obi has currently, at least there was no evidence of Buhari putting state money in a company where his family has interest or buhari moving 250M cold cash meant for state, fast forward to 2022, we see how far the integrity and simplicity led us I have heard him speak, he says too little with plenty words, quoting stats, and diverting attention with needless stories, and of course his solutions are half baked, seems like he thinks he has a magic wand. oops, since I have not fallen in love with him after hearing him speak, then I must be captive of the evil tactics that is preventing me from falling from snake oil salesman tactics. |

onyemaair: All these make no sense at all brother. You can't just say you are voting Obi just for the sake of voting. That's stupidity. The power of your vote is dependent on the number of other voters.
I have always said that Obi is the best of the rest. The other 2 are old corrupt entities that just want to be president purely for the purpose of self aggrandizement and egoism.
Obi is the one who has consistently spoken on Nigerian issues and yes, his last 2 interviews haven't been as sharp as the rest he's given before but the man is highly intellectually sound.
If you don't believe in him as a person then you might just as well vote for either of the old thieves.
Saying you are voting Obi solely because you must vote is a very silly position. You are causing more harm to the campaign than doing good for your country. Shalom. when the options are three different shades of bad, then I assure you that I can vote for the sake of voting. The power of my vote is the power of my vote, it is not dependent on anybody, I mustn't become part of a senseless campaign wheel in hopes of increasing the power of my vote, God speed to you if you undertaken that role. I don't even understand your issues, I must be screaming Obidient, or be bashing everyone supporting other candidates or swallow squawka man's words hook, line and sinker before I can be said to be doing good for my country?? Come be careful o, because I don't lick Obi balls doesn't mean you should call my name in a stupid roll call. I believe the real stupidity and mortgaging of brain is believing in a politician, which Obi is, and I didn't shift from any belief to this belief, my first post on this thread, I made it clear that I am not an Obidient or Obidient as the case may be, but I have always maintained that Obi has my vote, because I must make a choice, so I didn't move from I'm voting Obi to Obi is just as worse as the rest, I am actually maintaining my original stand that Obi is just as worse as the rest. If you expect me to lick a squakwa merchant snake oil salesman politician's balls, it simply isn't happening. I will cast my one vote on election day, but till then I will engage in peaceful discussions on the election subjects, Obi and Atiku aren't fighting (Obi still calls Atiku "my respected elder brother" ) why will I now waste my time and energy fighting over them? |

But seriously, can any obidient explain what is so secret about Obi's solution to security that he stated "but I won't be able to disclose it" about 5 times in the interview. I just listened to PO's interview on Channels with Seun. What does he mean when he says he can't disclose what he will do when he becomes president in terms of security, and that he promises he will be decisive about it? Nigerians should trust that he has the solution and believe that he will implement it when he becomes president, just like that? Lmaooooooo The rest of the interview was typical Obi, squakwa fiend, so no comments on that, I am just surprised that he added a new angle to his game, that's all. Omo, Nigeria is bleeped beyond 2023, our supposed best option is not even that serious. Joezinho: How many Igbo influencers/celebrities are supporting Tinubu?
They said they are supporting Obi because he's young and all kinda bulllshit. Sowore campaigned in 2019, how many igbos supported him? Obi is being supported mainly by Easterners not because he's worth it .Trust me, if Obi isn't an Igbo man, they won't even consider him.. Since they have turned it into tribal politics, no one should come crying at the end..
Honestly,i don't have anything against Obi but the so called kids insulting Yorubas everywhere in Nigeria, think that will help their candidate. Ask Mr Obi to highlight poverty alleviating programs he has initiated in Anambra or elsewhere in Nigeria since he handed over to Obaino? I doubt there’s any.
Apart from his talks online about the economy which I’m okay with, I see nothing else in his scorecard. It will be funny if Obi gets 80% of SE votes, and anyone still accuses the north of tribalism in terms of voting. I was shocked that when yoruba actors declared support for Tinubu, people were crying tribalism, but if it is an Igbo star declaring support for PO, it is competence, I think it's double standards. it is just convenient, that obidients can use competence to cover the tribal elements of Obi's candidacy. I don't think tribalism is a bad thing per se, some people's sense of identity starts on a tribal level, so it is easier to trust and identify with someone who is from your tribe. Call it a flaw of democracy as practiced in Africa if you must, only a few below 20% of the population vote for no sentimental reasons and can fall into the category of educated voters. |
