Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Where To Get Affordable Accommodation Around Island In Lagos. by emoboy4u: 6:24pm On Jan 01
Whenever you are calculating Lagos rent, do not forget to add agency, agreement and commission feee of nothing less than 150k to the maths. For that budget, you get a bedspace at one of the hostels at Yaba or even with Adeniji, Bamgbose , Campos areas which are a stone throw to Marina.

DREAMHOMES6970:
@Mods,
I see many comments from the other religion to troll these thread but if it was a Muslim thread I will have to swear and agree to an oat before commenting.... It unfair and totally unacceptable... If the other religion have to comment on a Christian thread as this they shld be made to swear an oat as well... That will reduce the number of trolls on Christian threads
To be fair, I see no trolling in their comments. They asked questions in a civil manner and the only people throwing insults here are the Christians themselves.

When the Christians go to the Muslim section, they do so to ask questions (with insults) and troll. I think if you do not have a clear and solid answer to a question, you either go do some research or you ignore all together.

If you plan to win souls for Christ, then you need to project the teachings of Christ to them by way of your manners or approach.

While you Christians say evil things about Muhammad and the Muslims, you can never see a Muslim say the same about Jesus Christ because Jesus is highly regarded in Islam and insulting is blasphemous.

Please you guys should learn to engage conversations in a gentle manner without throwing insults here and there. Thanks

Go Nairobi, a 4 year old will call you by your first name and even ask you "how are you"? cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy

Na im one of the early set of GT bank's top executives who was posted to Kenya to head the GTbank's Kenya operation, oga struggled with their Kenyan junior staffs calling him casually by his first name. cheesy cheesy cheesy
I doubt this because the culture of the corporate world is to address people by their first name without any prefix. So I doubt an executive of a top bank would struggle with that.

I just discovered that my AI can generate any clean and reusable codes for my in my preferred language to meet my needs.

Don't you think that with time programmers may become redundant ? My thought though. What's your take on this?
There is some truth here. I just created a software using chatGPT 3.5 - in less than an hour - that I have had in mind for the past two years with no idea where to start. It's scary!

Hello Nairalanders!

I’m reaching out for some help. I graduated from university a year ago and I've been on the lookout for a job ever since, but things haven't fallen into place just yet. I don't have the funds to learn new skills, and I'm currently crashing with friends because I don't have a place of my own.

I'm hoping someone here might have some advice or know of job opportunities. I'm eager to work and I'm really keen on finding a job to at least take care of my basic needs. Hunger is terribly dealing with me. Any suggestions or leads you can offer would mean the world to me. Whether it's job openings, advice on gaining new skills without spending much money, or any other resources, I'd be so grateful for your help.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. Your support and guidance could make a big difference in getting me back on my feet. Your help could be the stepping stone I need.

Thanks in anticipation!
