500GP: YOU DON'T HAVE TO HIDE UNDER YORUBA IDENTITY BEFORE YOU AIR YOUR VIEW.Really Yoruba wannabe? I won't say my name here but I think the judgment was by the book, No mercy d jury throw the book at him... Sad.. I get it, some people do all sorts to survive but the guy was not about survival but greed. |
shymexx: Regardless, it's unfair. This isn't the slavery era, and everyone has a right. I don't condone what he did, but they can't just pull numbers out of their ar.ses and jail people for centuries like that. It's just wickedness. And I'm sure there are tons of people in the American prison system that have been sentenced like this guy, for no just cause.Whatever...yes the system might be lacking...but still better than those countries that would hang him... |
500GP: THIS IS A LESSON TO THE Igbos.Am not a tribalist, even most of my Igbo friends in the country we live are tired of their brothers... And as a Yoruba guy am tired of dis Yoruba yahoo, credit card scammers... #5Last Picture Alive When you are an engineer, life can be full of surprises some days, but would you expect something like this to happen? Two engineers dies when the windmill they were working on caught fire and this might have been the very last picture of them alive. The picture was taken on 29 October, 2013 in the Netherlands. [sup]#6[/sup] A Real Life Painting This is absolutely incredible! This looks like someone painted this, but in actual fact, it is not a painting it is a real photo. This was taken in the orange Sossuslei sand dunes in Namibia. The part that looks like a bright orange sky, is in actual fact the sand! Nature can be really amazing at times, don’t you think? When it is in the middle of the ocean, I am not sure if you will ever have that feeling, although this man looks like he feels quit safe despite what is going on around him. He is standing very casually near the lighthouse barrier, but the waves are crashing vigorously around him.

I saw a post yesterday about controversial images of the past so I decided to share this with you guys I got it from an amazing site. It's about pictures taken that words not enough for expressions. There are absolutely no words to describe some of these photos. Some are really incredible to behold and some are seriously heartbreaking… I have to admit, I shed some tears with one or two of them. Have a look and see how you feel about them. # 1 Keep Your Hands off My Mother It was in 1987, when the Minneapolis police responded to a 911 call. It was a boy named Diamond who made the call saying that his father, Ferrato, was physically beating his mother. Diamond was the first child that Ferrato had ever seen who stood up for his mother… this is a moment when most kids are really afraid and they will just leave it. This photo not only left an impression on Ferrato and the police, but it was also named one of the most influential photos in the world by Life Magazine. 20 years later, Ferrato found Diamond again—his parents are still together in a happy, healthy relationship. #2 This Year I am Alone Belarus Konstantin Pronin, is an 86-year old World War II veteran. As you can see, he is sitting on a bench where he waits for his comrade at the Gorky Park during Victory Day in Moscow, Russia. This photo was taken on 9 May, 2011, but that year, Belarus was the only one from the unit who showed up. Makes one think hey? #3 Starved Kids This is wrong in more ways than one. When you look at the statistics of how many starving people, kids especially, there is out there, you would think that people would have some compassion, wouldn’t you? This Turkish official is teasing starving Armenian kids by showing them a piece of bread. This was during the Armenian Genocide in 1915. Just wrong!...well let's move on coming up at number four is . #4 Wake Up Daddy Being an alcoholic is not an easy path, but we have to remember that this is a family disease. This means that when you are an alcoholic, your whole family is affected, not only you. In this picture the boy is trying to wake up his alcoholic father on the side walk. Doesn’t this just break your heart into tiny little pieced? Image what must be going through the boys head!

There is nothing wrong in terminating unwanted pregnancy...Hypocritical Nigerians...OH how I hate what religion has done to this country. To answer your question...There are two pills I know of but am not sure of availability if you live in Nigeria, where I live you will need a prescription...they re called..Mifepristone and Misoprostol...do the job without surgery.I don't think anything is possible rather than these drugs. Both are to be taken together... Good luck. |
laphta: op, ur first, second nd third points ar on point. But i ges u hav an internal bitterness towards wizkid. D tone of ur writing is pretty clear on dat. Still i also think davido is beta.I agreed with you, this chap has a beef with Wizkid...I love them both... I even think wizkids speaks more audible when interacting l can barely hear Davido when he talks... Like most Africans davido might have a throat infection and know it not |
ayukdaboss: This lady is gradually becoming less appealing.... Oh No...beautiful woman in a beautiful dress...and she looks less appealing? Hello? Nigeria...Religion has destroyed my beloved fatherland... Nigeria could have been great without imaginary Gods... |
For few years, this social media giant called Facebook, I must confess have been a pain in my life for just one reason; Africa remains the only continent Facebook don't have a presence, with so many users across the continent, but on my part it maybe the lack of boldness or rather I just don't want to be labeled a black radical moreso, this is the only source of income for me as per my job. I can't discuss this among my colleague being the only black man in my very dominated white company and worse, a business in a country with pathetic racial troubles...South Africa. Recent studies revealed facts that shows that 69% of Facebook's global staffers are male. A full 85% of the company's tech workers, and 77% of its management team, are also men. The company's U.S. workforce is 57% white, 34% Asian, 4% Hispanic and 2% black. The report released on Wednesday, is the latest in a flurry of voluntary diversity disclosures by high-profile tech firms. The true scale of the industry's diversity problem is difficult to determine, largely because most major tech companies have closely guarded their data, and I really get that but not employing black people it's a trend among these tech' company at least yahoo, google and few others might have presense in Africa they rather employ white south Africans to head these organizations. Not to bore you guys what do you think am I just plain paranoia? I Will really appreciate am losing my head. |

I give up on some comments here...So you think because Oprah network is struggling she lied about a shop sales girl...I have been in the similar situation in Switzerland in a barber shop 2 barber shops to be precised they refused to cut my hair that they don't do black hair. Its not what the girl said but am sure her actions speaks louder and Oprah got the message. |

These guys are all of full of Nonsense...THE QUESTION WAS WHICH COUNTRY IS MOST INFLUENTIAL...pls stop talking about infrastructural and currency... IN-FLUENCY is not about who has the most money or who is better...How many South African musician do an average Nigeria Knows? How many South African style or food been eating in Nigeria? If you have your answers then you will know which country is more influential. Lanrefahm: south africa is far better dan naija. dis is a silly question. is just like comparing messi with obafemi martins or comparing BH to MASSOB comparing wole soyinka to chinua achebe. |
I don't have a problem with the authorities deporting Illegals...matter of fact they should deport more...but when will African forces start treating people with respect and dignity at least put some cloths on dem and let dem sit on benches not the ground |
Mr. Don't confuse disagreements with Loyalty...Yes the yorubas might disagree on many issues but our tribe comes first b4 any religion... but when NINETOFIVE: One would be surprised of this new development, judging by how the Yorubas always try to defend and align themselves with the Hausa Fulani hegemony. The Christian Yorubas has been dumb all these while, they agree to every things their elites { who happened to be predominantly Muslins and takes most of their decisions based on these very premise} say. The Bokoharam can not infiltrate the South west without the involvement of the South Western Muslims, believe me You guys would never know how divided you are religiously is only a mater of time. |
