Fake letter. First of all, EFCC does not investigate certificate by law. It is a financial crimes commission. Therefore it is highly unlikely they requested for this. Secondly, the Registrar of the Chicago State University has confirmed that he attended the university and came out with best results. Three, he used the results and certificates to obtain senior management jobs in US and NIGERIA. None of them questioned the authenticity. Fourth, that letter heading is a forged letter heading of FBI. This is the handiwork of IPOB and Peter Obi supporters. Woe onto all those who spread fake information and news.
