That would be impossible, I can't go back for capturing now, what happened to the finger print in the old card that is on their data base?

The finger print capturing should be for people that did fresh registration.
I called my friend who works with INEC and he told me exactly what I told you. If you think it's not correct, let's wait for suggestions from other persons.

Can I do the capturing in Abuja here??
I don't think so. I was in the same shoe as you are now. I was directed to capture in the State I transferred to.

Yes... I think you can apply for a transfer and follow the same process I suggested for OP.

Stanweezy:
Another capturing again?, but I was asked to put a new picture during online transfer processes.

Mind you I didn't do new registration
YES. If you did apply for a transfer, you are required to print that application and take to their office for another capturing (finger prints) and you will wait for another PVC. That renders your old card invalid.
Politics › Re: PVC Registration, Transfer And Replacement by Enskynelson(m): 12:21pm On Jun 08, 2022
If you did a transfer, you are required to go to their office, do capturing and be offered another PVC. What did you mean by "it was successful"?

Yakubu Dogara is a strong ally to Tinubu, he's a Christian from the North. He'll be Asiwaju's VP
Have you asked yourself the reason the North and the whole APC became jittery and confused the moment Atiku emerged as the flag bearer of the PDP? The answer is not far from what I said above.
Go and see for yourself how far Atiku went in the last election, you will realise APC need to thread carefully otherwise, it is gonna premium tears or inconclusive election at their best.

Did you know Namadi Samboribo before he became VP to Jonathan?
Think twice. GEJ was the incumbent. What is Tinubu right now? Elections are getting better by the day. The level or rigging is reducing and it's getting better.
Politics › Re: APC Presidential Primaries: VP Slot Divides Northern Governors by Enskynelson(m): 8:58pm On Jun 07, 2022
Tinubu and Ganduje? A Muslim/Muslim ticket? Let's see how that will fly. More reason Tinubu will still struggle with votes from the north if he wins the primary.

Tinubu is expected to pick his running mate from the north but who is a major politician in the North that is a Christian?

More surprises ahead. Let's wait and see.

Wake up from your Dream please. Even Tinubu to contest with Atiku, it will be a tough election and that is the fear of the members of the party from the north. If Wike had won the primaries, APC could have easily selected PYO, BAT even GYB and they would have won easily. Right now, APC is still very much confused.

Thanks for the swift reply.

For that number 4, I thought someone who just finished secondary school can apply for Nursing in any University without being a registered nurse prior to admission.

I read about some Universities that offers both Bsc & RN when one completes a nursing program.
In NOUN, admission requirements for B.NSc Nursing is different. Same goes for B.Sc. Public Health. You cannot just apply for the admission using your O Level result.

4) Like how much should I budget for Year 1 including all fees needed

#Thanks#

2. 4years
3. BNSc. Nursing Certificate
4. You MUST have attended school of nursing and be a registered nurse to be qualified for the admission

Sterope:
A massive difference. You can always take those off and unless you are buying from an unregulated market, they don't have a long term effect on health.
The difference I mean is, are they not all signs of low self esteem? The only reason I will ever take for someone not to bleach is if it will affect your health. Every other reason seems weak as most people are guilty.
Fashion › Re: Dear Men, Stop Bleaching! by Enskynelson(m): 5:34pm On May 30, 2022
Sterope:
Bleaching is not a way of correcting sun effect. Good gracious, that is not what goes on their minds. There are a million documentaries on bleaching, there are people we know that bleach. Their reasons are everything we suspect minus sun effect.

Babies don't retain their natural colours even in the abroad. They get darker as they grow older.
What is all that about self-esteem there? What is the difference between one bleaching and someone fixing nails, wearing wigs, fixing eyes, wearing high heels? How many ladies have self esteem in the world today since all of them seem to lack self esteem?
Fashion › Re: Dear Men, Stop Bleaching! by Enskynelson(m): 5:25pm On May 30, 2022
Joezinho:
People who bleach have got low self esteem.
But what is the difference between them and those that fix nails, fix eye lashes, fix bum, wear high heels, wear wigs? They all belong to the same category and that means virtually all women have low self esteem.

Bleaching: Another Perspective

I am a lover of naturalness and I advocate seriously against skin bleaching. But a perspective people are missing is this. Many Africans were not born 'that black.' Many when they were born were fair-skinned until the Sun came and turned Mary into black Maria; the once-fair skin became charcoal overtime and before you know it, we have nothing natural left of our colour. At this point, all people remember about your God-given colour is the Sun-flaked skin and your shaded look forgetting your God-given colour is the one you were born with.

The truth of the matter is, a naturally dark skin can be good and enviable if kept away from the harsh rays of the Sun because it is a very delicate part of the body. My little exposition should help all those criticizing bleaching just because they feel it is a way of not being contended or proud of your 'natural look', because there is nothing natural about a Sun-burnt skin afteral. Remember, a child when born is not this black in Africa and if we were to grow under a more conducive weather, many will not think of bleaching.

All I see about most reasons from anti-bleaching advocates is hypocrisy. And here are the reasons. You first of all ignorantly call a Sun-shaded skin ‘natural’ and it doesn’t just end there. You claim they are not proud of their natural colour, yet you fix hairs, eyes lashes, fix eyeballs, fix bums, and you do make-up that make you look unnatural. Bleaching, toning etc could be a way of correcting the effect of the Sun on the skin and reverting it back to the natural way but what’s up with scraping all your eyebrows and using eye pencil to draw a line, what are you trying to make natural with your outrageous makeup? What is natural about the hair and nails you fix?

My suggestion is that, instead of just standing up to criticize bleaching all because it makes you feel people are not proud of their 'natural' colour, please do more research so that we can prevent more babies from being blackened by the tropical Sun.

Finally, for all of you bleaching guys, you better start sharing this on your wall and Whatsapp groups. At least, I have finally given you a reason to beat many blasting you for this.
