Hey hauz, winter applicant here. I havnt submitted my application yet but I'm using an agent. Now, issue is my agent is askin mi to get an affidavit of sponsorship, bt I am self sponsored, wot is d sense in dat ppl? Affidavit dat I am sponsoring myself? I mean, I'm submitting only my SOA.

I already wrote DAT wen applyn to Seneca, I do have a gud job here, $28k no b beans anywer in d world, I do wanna stay bac in Canada but if I don't find beta Dan $28k, den imma com back and tak a higher offer @ my bank. Only problem is d bank wnt giv mi a letter to d embassy as dey don't want mi to go in d 1st place.

From what I observed about the "SPONSORSHIP NOT CREDIBLE" stuff, CDHC:
If an applicant presents an S0A (even though a good one) without any source of income to show that there is subsequent inflow of cash, it might lead to the above reason (be the sponsor self or parent).

Some members in this thread have witnessed exactly the same reason for denial just last/this month...

It isn't my personal biznes, I invest wit a couple of frndz and @ maturity I get my principal and interests, u get? Dey ship raw materials to Europe andstuff, but we always sing contract letters.

However, if you don't have any docx to proof home tie, just write in your study questionnaire that, you will return after your studies to continue working and contribute immensely to the development of Nigerian economic growth.. *sound funny right? but Don't overlook it*

I have a great pension scheme wit my bank ofcos, and yea comin bac to my bank is wat I put in my statement of purpose.

dommakavelli: In addition, include recent 6 months pay slip, employment letter and study leave letter from your employer.

if you're married with kids, include the above docx of your wife's too except study leave. that will indicate that she can take care of herself and kids while you're away. you can include her statement of account too.

Note: your statement of account must have good cash flow and balance but no lump-sum deposit.
if you have landed properties, you can include them, they serve as home ties. *please avoid fake documents. if you're not sure about the authenticity of a document, please don't use it.

Not married, don't own property, I am a banker so I have lump-sum deposits, both from my bank and from personal biznes runs. And most of my mony r in fixed deposits anyway which creates lump sum deposits too
