The Rewire said its nothing much to worried about as long as i can ignore the check engine light

ahah your rewire is Dammed, you got issues with timing, have your timing checked. Or if your timing/chain/belt is due for replacement do it

There is no way of telling if an Engine was rigged unless you open up the Engine.

I got a car on hire purchase, Nigerian used.
I use it for E-hailing. Corolla 03

I've used the car and currently the car has issues. It started with shorting oil which I started servicing every 3weeks. Right now, car engine is weak and it smokes like crazy.

The mechanic checked and said the engine has been ring(Ed)(sed) before so he said I have to re-bore.

Please profs, I intend using this car a while after balancing and I need the surest solution possible.

I want a Belgium engine but mechanic said re-bore puts engine at same grade with Belgium.

I'm a novice and I am confused.

Please I need suggestion and advice.

As an illustration;

Can One get a clean low mileage accident free Camry 2010 for less than $4k, I doubt so. Even at auctions.
Now $4k = #2.4M
Plus shipping $1200 = #720k
Clearing is about #650k
Total #3.77M
The question is, who would buy a 2010 Camry for #4M?

I also bought something similar just this Friday at abayomi iwo road in ibadan and it’s Turkish door made by Anotec . I got it for 160k. To my surprise, I was not paid on the pay day(monthly pay) I called up the company to complain but they said because I didn’t supply my NI and I have to wait for the next month pay day… no wahala, I waited , only not to be paid again!
