wonlasewonimi: Bro I dont believe this story. ATMs are programmed to give the card first before dispensing cash. If they don't do it in that sequence, most people will just do their transactions and leave the card there. However, what is most common is people leaving their cash on the machine after their transaction. The machine has also been programmed to pull back the cash after few minutes and credit the card back. I am not sure about Naija's ATMs sha.
@OP, it's not the fault of the bank you're careless with your card. They wouldnt refund you. You can go to Alieexpress support to stop the order. In 9ja its Cash b4 Card.Abroad ie Europe. Card then cash |

Meanwhile, the source of 2billion is from fela's song, blamed on Obasanjo and for some people Buhari and the source was a discussion (dem say dem say) inside a molue bus. They equally said the money was deposited in a UK bank. Now, everybody will quickly tell you We did not have that kinda money in 1978, 2. No way that amount can be missing and the economy or country will not collapse. 3. No bank will accept that kinda money from anyone cos the interest rate will be humongous. Also, no paper trail or evidence whatsoever till date. So, bros, pls borrow yourself brain no talk this mumu talk again. I leave you with one thing, Buhari has always challenged all those saying he embezzled money and he said he has never ever touched a kobo under his care. jaxxy: Bt why do civilians especially in Nigeria feel they have to disrespect or not acknowledge military personnel’s with atleast sm respect like they wud to any respectable persons. The military are not to be overly respected bt neither shud they be looked down on or unduly disrespected.
Yes many of them take things out of hand bt this usually starts from when they feel or observe undue disrespect. It’s not right for them to react that way however bt that’s majorly it.
Abroad when they see the military amongst them they still acknowledge them just that they won’t react badly to any disrespect cos they are more knowledgeable and hv adjusted/evolved to right laws and approach to situations. Rubbish talk.Abroad the military get respect in Nigeria we are scarred of the military. Big difference btw respect and fear..A road U are not allowed to take ur guns out if not in duty post.Abroad military do not work i side thier country unless helping in cases of national disasters like floods n there are no guns. |

Hedonisst: Bloody cowards in uniform. Every other day, Boko Haram attacks them in their bases and the ones that manage to survive all run away, leaving their arms and ammunition behind for the Boko boys to cart away.
Yet when they see unarmed and harmless civilians, they always like to form Rambo. Does that make sense? I don't know the kind of orientation these idiots receive. It was 4 this reasons Americans where granted the right to bear Arms. |

DaBullIT: Again who will enforce the sanctions?
What sanctions did you have in mind?
Heavy tax = consumers pay more to discos
Licence withdrawal = complain from consumers how they live in darkness?
Shutting down their operations = more complain from people like yourself
So what again? FG can liquidate their co.pany fru its asset management bodies and put it right if they cant come up with the fines.they are full action ing so nothing like shutting down.plus if the FG where serious we have a prepaid meter manufacturer in Nigeria so.ewhere in the East I cnt remember but it's there wxporti g.we as Nigerians are ready to even buy prepaid meters. Let me tell U something my friend d our pro lens is not Gencos or Discos.but prepaid meters.if we all ha e prepaid the so called Discos will be forces to invest in Discos to increase capacity. In my base in PH the houses there has 90%prepaid we ha e light more than anyone else cos the Disco age t is working g clock round to make sure she sells electricity. We dnt even call anyone if transfor.er does go bad .they pay for it themselves and replaced it. |

My point was and it still is this ; Fashola can make policies but it's up to the power companies to make it work, you don't expect minister to force power companies to distribute meters to people for free? We need no one like that.what we need is a leader who can make polices and set out sanctions if these policies are broken period.whats the point of making such policies and there are no sanctions if broken. |

So many policies this minister of darkness has introduced , Most of the power companies refused to adhere, if he were to shut down those power companies, i am sure you'll come out here to rant even more
If i know nothing at all , i know Fashola told nigerians that prepaid meters has been subsidized by FG and it should be free to Nigerians , did those power companies adhere ?? NO
I know when Fashola said nobody should pay bill for light they didn't use / unread meters / estimated bills , tell me you haven't paid that in a year ?

This administration is probably not going to take the glory for this beauty , but it will forever be in the history books , the investment alone is making some engineers very rich , transport / shipping companies are getting richer , the ones who complain all the time are idiots who sit behind computer all day just to complain
