senatordave1: Can pdp proof this in majority of polling units ? I do nt think so, but If I was them I would bring in an independent body to do the needful or else it would be pointless, but my thought though still as I said in the 1st instance cos when I heard the 1st reason given for the cancelled votes, I said here we go, new fraud! |

Skiilashi: This one go hard o. It is only through forensic scanning/audit that the PDP will be able to establish that ballots where multiple tumb printed by an individual that aided the rigging.
This will be an exercise in futility for the pdp That is the Issue, they claimed multiple prints on the ballot which I think is false, so it could be No multiple prints or Multiple prints from different people and the same prints in multiple prints. |

SLOVFO: Interesting. I have been seeing some cheap, small made in China machines. That couldn't cost more than a few millions. I thought those would work. Perhaps the quality of the toothpicks peosuced may not be so high. factoring in the value of the naira it flips up, hence you have not been seeing toothpick factories everywhere,The problem is you cant buy from the manufacturers direct as they sell container load so that leaves you to the retailers who sell twice the price you see advertised on the companies website. |

Rossikki: You do NOT need 15 million naira to start making toothpicks.
You can start with under 2 million naira in your backyard if you have a working brain and are serious with yourself. kids everywhere, I thought you were an Adult. |

delpee: There are ways to protect our industries. We can't keep importing to grow other economies while our people remain unemployed and poor. That's how our textile industry which used to be vibrant was killed. Some other nations deliberately make policies to favor the masses, not just a few rich businessmen whose added value only resonates in their pockets with little or no impact on the community. Trailers and containers everywhere, yet, our people are wallowing in poverty. Importing has never been the problem cos anyhow you look at it,you got to import, China import 100 times the total volume of what we as Nigerians import. You made mentions of ways to protect the Nigerian Industries well care to name one? I know how the Uk protect its industries, I bet you any money the Nigerian FG would never do that. |

AmTruth: Importers of all this product of which all this factory springing up in Nigeria will never be happy. Because the more we manufacture their IMPORTED products locally the more unhappy they become. But on the long run is better for Nigeria. Importers better look inward especially for product that can be manufactured locally. ahah U r very funny, what prevents them from becoming exporters and major distributors? if doe anything the benefit more. They are getting their product without applying 4 visas! |

delpee: A good initiative! Finally we'll stop spending our hard earned dollars on the importation of toothpick. Wood is available everywhere in Nigeria, yet we've been importing toothpick for centuries.
I hope another governor will wake up to realise that we need a matchstick company in the country. Something that basic is still being imported from India, Sweden, Indonesia etc
Which way Nigeria.....a long way to go! Bross if the toothpick cost more than China imported one the factory will close! |

dabossman: Were we going forward when we were spending 18 million dollars annually importing toothpicks? Yes, I know your argument will be that we should have advanced passed this level, and I agree. But it's never too late to start going in the right direction. that small thing called toothpick requires almost 10 machines to produce one stick, it's not a business that makes profit easy hence people shy away from it.U need xtreem low overhead to make it work. |

mycar: Let me break it down for you guys, In January you had N1M, in February, your income rose to N4M, within 2 days to the end of February, you lost N2M. On march 1st, you would be having N2M, which is twice what you had in January but yet your daily income graph will show a sharp decline and the trend should be worrisome. It can Stoll recover or even deepened, only time will tell With our trust of investment friendly policies?I doubt it.Even typical 9ja no find joy doing biz from abroad let alone foreigner |

Instead, shower her with enough gifts, expensive gifts like a phone, large sum of money, car, land, etc, and wait patiently till she finally sees how much you love her and agrees to give you the cookie. Patience while providing for all or almost all her financial needs is the key!! bad advice |
