This is a problem we have..... pot calling the kettle black and don't even know. We need to look at the message and not the messenger. Muslims is the only group popular for terrorism...ask yourself why. The answer is in the thread.... this guy killed all these people...but he is not labeled a terrorist. Why not? If he were a Muslim... would he be labeled a terrorist? Why?... then define who is a terrorist or what is a terrorist act. You agree the guy is mentally unstable.... when is a guy mentally unstable and when is he a terrorist? Isn't the defining factor his religion/colour? The terrorist killings in the church etc he mentioned.... I live in the US and I'm now learning of these...not surprising.... it is not widely covered in the news... but yet when a Muslim guy stabbed two people in France I couldn't escape the Islamic terrorist attack in France news even if I tried. Too many of us are gulping down the cool aid served by CNN..FOX etc... without tasting and it shows when we belch this kind comment. It's a shame.
Check waht you just posted does it not lebel him as a terorist? cso the word terorism is mentioned, anyone thats causes teroro is a terorist irrespective of where whom they are!

kikio1992:
Twitter user, @nelpeace18, alleged that if you re-book a ticket you didn’t buy from the Lagos office of Ethiopian Airlines, they will give excuses till you are forced to buy a new ticket.

See what he wrote below;

It is very embarrassing when you come into the country without stress and when you want to return to your outstation @ethipianairline NG will stop you from boarding because one flimsy excuse or the other till you are forced to buy another ticket.

A ticket was booked for me by the organisation I am working with, to and from Saudi, but for some unforeseen circumstances my return date was rebooked. After my vacation, I went to the Ethiopian Airline Office to confirm my ticket I was told I have a booking

but the ticket has not been changed to the new date, that I should contact the agent that got the ticket for me. I contacted the agent they sent me the confirmation of ticket I went back to Ethiopian Airline Lagos, they refused me travelling with the rebooked ticket,

I had to buy another ticket to travel. When I got to my station I complained to my employer, we contacted Ethiopian Airline Office in Saudi Arabia they told me my ticket is OK, that the problem is with their Office in Nigeria,

that should not have refused me boarding. They now sent me the ticket for my wife who is supposed to come back on the 25th of March 2019. The Ethiopian Airline office in Lagos started the same issue, they had with me again,

that she cannot travel with the ticket, she will have to buy another ticket. I don’t know why we keep making things very difficult for ourselves. It is a regular occurrence with Ethiopian Airline office in Lagos if you rebook a ticket you did not buy from them,

they will use one flimsy excuse to reject the ticket and you will be forced to buy a new one. Thereby, ripping innocent passengers off. They need to be called to order asap

U do not have to deal with the Nigerian office, deal with their office in Saudi. If it does not work trouble their HQ, U can also raise the issue with their EU HQ

OfficialMURIC:
The Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) has condemned the massacre of forty nine (49) innocent Muslim worshippers which occurred during Jumu‘ah prayer in ChristChurch, New Zealand yesterday Friday 15th March, 2019. Dozens of worshippers were also injured. The perpetrator has been identified as 29-year-old Australian citizen, Brenton Harrison Tarrant.

MURIC, an Islamic human rights organization, described the killing as a sadistic, vicious and brutish terrorist act. MURIC’s reaction was contained in a press statement issued on Saturday, 16th March, 2019. The statement was signed by the group’s director, Professor Ishaq Akintola.

“This is terrorism at its height and a crime against humanity. This killer, Brenton Harrison Tarrant, is a Christian terrorist, a white supremacist and a monster. It was a blood-chilling incident.

“We wonder if there is no conspiracy somewhere. How did he have close to 20 minutes to operate in two different mosques without a single police officer taking him down? He drove from the first mosque after killing many Muslims and even had the time to wait on the street for pedestrians to cross. Then he drove to the second mosque and continued the dastardly act.

“This is a cold-blooded premeditated terrorist act. It was horrendous. We suspect that the terrorist did not act alone. Logistics must have been provided by somebody or some people. This is the mystery the New Zealand authorities have to unravel.

“This is a cold-blooded premeditated terrorist act. It was horrendous. We suspect that the terrorist did not act alone. Logistics must have been provided by somebody or some people. This is the mystery the New Zealand authorities have to unravel.

“However, we denounce the reluctance of the Western press and its cronies to describe the killing as a Christian terrorist act in the same way that they have always been eager to describe other killings as Islamic terrorism. This New Zealand massacre has no other nomenclature. It is Christian terrorism, loud and clear.

“We condemn selective labeling of crimes. A terrorist act is a terrorist act, no matter the background of the perpetrator. But it is hypocritical to limit terrorism to Muslims alone while the Western press and its surrogates find soft landing semantics for those who commit worse crimes against Muslims.

“Criminally-minded individuals and groups abound in all faiths and in all cultures. It is therefore unfair to label Muslims alone as terrorists. This year alone, between January and February 2019, several terrorist acts were perpetrated on American soil and none was traced to a Muslim. Yet none was labelled as a terrorist act.

“On January 23, 2019, Zephen Xaver, 21, killed five women at the SunTrust Bank in Sebring, Florida. On January 26, 2019, Dakota Theriot, 21, fatally shot his parents and three other people in Ascension and Livingston churches, in the U.S. state of Louisiana. Again on February 15, 2019, Gary Montez Martin, a 45-year-old American, killed six people and injured another six.

“The anatomy of terrorism is becoming clearer day by day. Those who accuse Muslims of violence and terrorism should ponder over the causal-effect theory. Violence and terrorism are mere symtoms. The real disease is injustice and provocation. Violence and terrorism are mere smoke. Injustice is the fire.

“We all know that there is no smoke without fire and it is the height of stupidity for firefighters to turn their water hoses towards the smoke, leaving the fire to continue raging. Justice is the soul of peace. Those who deny one cannot enjoy the other. This is MURIC’s analysis of the symbiotic relationship between injustice, provocation, violence and terrorism.

“Our solace lies in the belief that the victims died as martyrs. Al-Jannah is therefore guaranteed for them, moreso since their killing occurred during worship. It is the heartless killer and all those who helped him who will burn ad infinitum in hell. We pray for the families they left behind. May Allah grant them the spiritual, moral and material fortitude to bear the loss.

“Before we fold our mats, we charge the New Zealand authorities to ensure that justice is done. The families of the victims of this terror act must be adequately compensated. It is our considered opinion that crimes should be related to individual criminals and not to their religions, country or tribe”.

Stop talking nonsense.identification is part of accreditation which the card reader purpose is for.the reader was meant to replace manual accreditation but its not backed by law
Its obvious you did not vote. Now what was the reason you have pictures of voters on the wall? was that not meant for you to be accredited to a particular polling unit to cast your vote?
Now let me brake it down B4 you throw ur dummy outta the prawn, Your picture and your name on the wall signifies you are on the voters register now that is accreditation
The HHC aka card reader is to prove you are the person holding the PVC ie Identification, I'm very sure this is not so hard to know, even an 11-year-old would understand this.

To ans this question, a CTC will address that, as it shows the number of accredited by the machine and you compare against number of votes cast.
The forensic analysis will show personal details of all registered voters, accredited voters, then the legal team starts comparing data of fingerprint on ballots against fingerprint on system.
This is the major reason why the court refuses to approve of it as the constitution do not have a protective measure against abuse of citizens right or privacy.
DO you really think that would amount to an abuse of our rights as persons i n Nigeria?

Thank you,you now got my drift and message but you missed something.since forensics isn't captured, the judges have the right to allow or reject it.intact its better they reject it to be on the safe side.the forensic issue is exactly like the card reader, its alien to the constitution and cant be relied upon to build a case.just like the card reader, the forensic results will be rejected.atiku has no case.the video evidence he's bringing is very minute.
btw U n me, are you sure we cant deduct total accredited votes from numbers of votes? even this State govt election people were able to press calculators to know the numbers of votes were more than accredited. However talking about the card readers, this might work against APC since some reasons for rejected votes where lack of card readers, so that too might pose a problem in court.I would like to think the next senate legislate on forensics in cases like this.

The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal has rejected the request by the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar and his party to be allowed to conduct forensic analysis and scanning of materials used for the conduct of the February 23 presidential election.
The tribunal said such request for forensic analysis and scanning by experts, of computers, card reader machines, server, among others deployed for the election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), was beyond the scope of the provisions of Section 151(1) & (2) of the Electoral Act (as amended), which permits the inspection of election materials.
In a unanimous ruling on an ex-parte application by Atiku and his party, a three-man panel of the tribunal said Section 151 of the Electoral Act, which allows an intending petitioner to inspect materials used for an election only allows inspection and the obtaining of certified true copies of such materials.
In the lead ruling by Justice Abdul Aboki, who led the panel, the tribunal granted the prayers which allow the applicants the permission to only inspect the materials and obtain certified true copies (CTC) of the materials.
The tribunal also granted the applicant’s prayer for leave to be allowed to bring such application at the pre-hearing stage of the tribunal’s sitting.
Read also: Poll: Parties join forces in Oyo, Kwara, Benue, Lagos
It said the request by Atiku and PDP to call experts to engage in forensic analysis and scanning of INEC gadgets, computers, among other materials was outside the scope of the meaning of inspection under Section 151(1) and (2) of the Electoral Act.
Justice Aboki said: “After a careful examination of the reliefs sought on the motion paper and a perusal of Section 151 of the Electoral Act (as amended), and the decision of this court in cases of Aregbesola v. Oyinlola, Akintayo v. Jolaoye, Senator Hope Uzodinma v. Senator Osita Izunaso,, it is hereby ordered as follows.
“Leave is granted to the applicants to bring this application at this stage,
“The first respondent (INEC) shall forthwith, allow the applicants and or their representatives to inspect polling documents and obtained certified true copies of all polling documents in the custody of the first respondent, used for the just-concluded presidential election, to enable the applicants institute and maintain an election petition.
“Prayers three, four, five and six on the motion paper are hereby refused.
“Forensic audit, examination and analysis by forensic experts cannot be regarded as an inspection of those documents within the ambit of Section 151 of the Electoral Act (as amended),” Justice Aboki said.
He agreed with lawyer to the applicants, Chris Uche (SAN) that the Court of Appeal had, in previous decisions, permitted the scanning of election documents used during the election at the stage of hearing in election petition.
He added that such scanned documents must be certified by INEC as true copies of the documents in its custody or held in the custody of INEC.
Justice Aboki faulted Uche’s reliance on an earlier decision in the case of Senator Uzodinma and Senator Izunaso, and noted that the Court of Appeal has since set aside the permission granted by a lower tribunal for the scanning and forensic audit and analysis of election material at pre-hearing stage.
He said: “In that case, the lower tribunal granted the pervasive orders brought under Section 151 of the Electoral Act.
“The respondent to the said application, appealed to this court, which found that the excessive orders granted with respect to the inspection of polling documents and sundry other materials,.. were found to be totally outside the scope of Section 151 of the Electoral Act.
“This court found that the orders made violated the rights of the respondents to fair hearing under Section 6 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended). The orders made by the lower tribunal, in that case were set aside by this court. And orders were made, by this court, within the ambit of Section 151 of the Electoral Act.”
Ok I see what you meant but it does not prohibit it its just did not mention it,I still think they could have allowed them to as far as there is nothing to hide,In other words, it needs amendment ie for the word forensic to be added if not it is subject to a vote whether to allow or not to allow as the law did not make provision for it!.

I bet the guy you quoted wouldn't reply this. I'm surprised they're calling Yakubu the worst Chairman when under him, PDP is about winning fourteen States and APC also winning fourteen States with AAC claiming one. During their time in govt, there was nothing like inconclusive election simply because they always rigged the election such that there wouldn't be any need to have inconclusive polls. Under this man, at least we now see margin of defeat being around 100 to 5000 which wasn't obtainable during the time of Iwu.
The only reason no one can magically inflate results is cos of the Card Readers. Apparently, INEC is saying it needs permission from the presidency to release electorial materials to PDP for re-verification of presidential pols. Don't know how true this is.
