Ancestral curses don't know if you're born again or not, I reiterate. I'm speaking from experience not just what I heard people say. Being born again is simple...forsaking your old past and following Christ wholeheartedly, acknowledging him as your Lord and Saviour...keeping all His commandments and living a sinless life. Now, tell me what more do you expect of a born again Christian? Despite being born again, you can still be haunted by generational curses and that doesn't mean you're a sinner still . You'd need to keep praying until the yoke is broken. Everyone born of man inherited one curse or the other cos our forefathers had committed all manner of atrocities which were unknown to many.

First, it's not in your power to decide who is born again. Only God sees the heart. It's not up to you to tell who is born again and qualified for heaven.
Also being a member of any church does not make you born again.
Paul taught that when you are born again, you become a new creature.
Jesus Christ taught that old things are passed away.
You are washed in the blood of Christ. And trust me, his blood is powerful enough to wash away any curse. Unless you don't believe.

I know all that...he had his past and had since come to Christ. When I say he's born again, you should understand better. Had he not gone into a violent prayer, he'd also not have made it to 40 just like others before him.

My friend, pls read Daniel 10:10-14. I'm sure you must have read about Daniel in the bible and known he wasn't a sinner. Yet, the Prince of Persia withheld answers to his prayers from being delivered to him, after praying and fasting for days. The bible didn't say its generational curses that prevented his answers from reaching him though. But had Daniel not prayed so violently, despite being a servant of God and a faithful one for that matter, his prayers could have been hindered for ever.

If you like, be speaking in tongues as born again xtian, it doesn't absolve you from being haunted by generational curses. Until you break it, could be same-same. Go and ask real men of God concerning the battle they faced before overcoming it

Yes oo. Sadly, generational curses don't recognise whether you're born again or not. The bible has said it all in Deut 5:9.

That's why people must pray always....without ceasing. However,if you're from a family of believers, those curses could have been broken along the line and you'd not be affected.

Sadly, his younger sister died a few years back when she was approaching 40 years...it was just a few months to her 40th birthday. They took her body home. I now remembered what he once told me...I was shocked. Only God knows what happened generations back...and someome placed a curse on them which affected their generations. He's now a pastor sef. Definitely, the curse wouldn't have any power over his children cos it's been broken in his generation already.

Many weird things happen to many people in life and they'd think its ordinary...people always ought to be praying. Sadly, this generation is a wayward type. Many don't even believe God ever exists. I only shake my head for them.

One day, I visited my inlaw who told me her friend had a breast cancer. I asked for her name and I gave it to my pastor for prayers. My pastor said, she can't survive it because its gone too far on her before they could realise it. He said the cancer had affected 4th generation before hers. He said but if someone can pray for her...if she has a daughter who hasn't known any man, and can read a book of psalm which he gave me, on her, she'd make heaven. He said the psalm was about forgiveness of sin.

It's not in all cases. I know one albinos couple who never had albino children. They had 2. I've also seen a man whose wife is an albino and had albino kids, the 3 of them.

Adeboye is just a pulpit conman just like most of them there. Ask him if he is a true man of God why is he sharing platform with politicians instead of converting them with gospel of salvation and upcoming judgement of God.

I've been under a few other men of God but none stood out for me like pastor Adeboye. As in the power of God I've experienced from him, his humility and genuine walk and spiritual exercises just makes him outstanding among his fellow GOs.

Yesterdays holy ghost service was one of a kind. The power of God truly came down and I felt it. When he was doing the 360 turn, the power of God was just moving so heavily I felt I was going to throw up my spirit from within me. My spirit was literally trying to jump out of my body. Hmmm.... God is truly with Adeboye..

He's an undiluted man of God. I also received my double portion Friday night during his ministration. The moment I felt satisfied and convinced that I had got my double portion, I just left the TV and went to sleep. He's one of a kand like you've rightly said. There's a young man of God who's just like him. By the time his ministry also erupts, the whole world would hear. Whatever you'd hear from pastor adeboye's mouth is what he'd also speak. I've noticed this several times. He's not a pastor at RCCG though. I once referred 2 nairaland monikers to him here on this forum. They've never met physically even till today. Only fasting and prayers as instructed by God through him on phone. One of them said she defecated stone and that was the end of her predicament which had lasted almost a decade. The other met his benefactor and his life was transformed.

The bible says if you believe, you shall see the glory of God. Pastor Adeboye is such an amazing man of God. I watched the programmes and testimonies being shared.
