. Down the road, off that express way is Sefa Specialist Hospital in Kaduna, off college road. The owner, Dr Akuse was a highly intelligent doctor. He passed away in 2014. How time flies. Nobody even remembers him again in their association called SOGON, where he used to be very active. I've been to the lengths and breadth of Nigeria, even transversed the Atlantic ocean, down to Indian ocean and the Great Mediterranean sea and I've come to realise one thing, vanity upon vanity, all is vanity.

My mum is almost 90 years old. Very active in her hay days. The moment I read your post, my mind went straight to her and i wished I saw her that very moment. There was a day I first gave her money and she said, please give it to Igede, her maid taking care of her. I asked, but why and she said nothing, that the lady would need it to be buying things for her. My mama wey no dey trust anyone with money grin

I hope people would learn from this reality. The Buhari we're talking about today, the politicians who think they own Nigeria, would soon become a passing whim. I boarded same flight as Prof Sagay sometime ago. I looked at this man and remembered how he used to be active in those days. Prof is a good friend of president buhari. He walked a little and sat on a couch at the airport to rest a little, putting his walking stick aside. I greeted him and he just waved his hand...a refined gentleman, full of honesty. I asked a young man recently, what can you tell me about Awolowo. I pointed to his big statue at the Agidingbi junction, off Awolowo way in Ikeja. He said, i learnt he was a popular politician. That was the same man who gave our grand parents the opportunity of passing through western education by making it free. He's been forgotten by many, just like that?

This life is not worth stressing oneself over. I just look at the greedy politicians at times and shake my head. They'd soon be gone and nobody would remember them ever again. Thanks for sharing this.

I'm not Ipigs/ipobs or whatever you may call it. Always try and be civil in your comment. Its not necessary. I'm not ibo and buhari had always been my person. I also voted and campaigned for him. Buhari who was preferred by many, won't be on the ballot next year so, where would tinubu get the winning votes from? Does he have Buhari's credibility? Many may blame Buhari's poor performance in some areas in his personality but I know those who worked against him are those he entrusted with sensitive positions. That's a story for another day.

I never hated buhari and I'm not ibo ok? That's why I voted him in 2015 in Lagos. The decision of granting secession to any region is a function of the National alAssembly and our constitution, not the president who would be removed , should he try nonsense. Obi is your next president after buhari leaves office....and if he messes up, he may not finish his 4 years term before being impeached because the formation of the next assembly comprising of all the major party members will make Obi more vulnerable to impeachment if he goes off track

Your likes are nothing but myopic in thinking. That's what we heard in 2015 that buhari would islamize Nigeria, should we vote him. We voted him but nothing happened. Baba is rounding off his 2nd term already yet, no single LG in Nigeria had been islamized so far. The decision to grant secession to ibos or any region is a function of the National Assembly representing every part of Nigeria and our constitution, not the president.

Yes, Lagos! BVAS would do justice this time . No results would be padded and delayed for days before being announced this time. The mistake most people make is that, Buhari , the people's choice won't be on the ballot next year. Every candidate needs to work extremely hard for people to vote them this time, not even now that the apc had done woefully in governance. I can't believe a dollar is almost 750 naira today. It would have been better they leave it at 250 naira they met it in 2015 which they said wasn't even OK. People are wiser today.

Everyone knows the CBN had since stopped the rescue of naira. It's no more news. Even at that, they still pegged the USD at 444 Naira, officially...i don't even know how much it was today. If the apc can reverse the current rate to 250 naira, which they said was too bad during Jonathan administration in 2015, I'd give them an award.. they dont have to reduce it further from 250 naira they met it downward. They should just do that one for my sake. I'm not interested in other areas they've done badly. This is the area that concerns me the most.
