Ma the ogun and osun own shock me pas. Failed party, failed candidate |
Kasdat5:I see. |
Moh247:Where did you place Alao Akala? That man worked well as governor in such a short time. |
Urchins will say all manner of stuffs on this news They'd say Obj has no electoral value ![]() They'd say its fake news ![]() They'd say his endorsement holds no water yet, he had endorsed and installed 3 presidents both in Nigeria and outside the country in the past, including buhari himself, redeeming his dented image as a former dictator. Obj is a force to be reckoned with globally, the president of former world presidents himself, ębora owu fun ra ę. The last thing he'd do is support Tinubu's candidacy. He ensured that IBB didn't declare mko winner of the 1993 election saying he'd squander Nigeria's resources, telling daily times to publish a scene in which mko was holding 2 prostitutes by their waists when campaigning in America ahead of the 1993 elections. IBB stood by his instruction, the move which led to Tinubu's face off with him for decades. This generation is just shouting upandan of Emilokan without understanding the make-up of Nigeria. Elections had been concluded already. Lemme leave the rest till after February |
SIONKPO1:They'd never comment. Na to read and waka pas. LASU fees are killing. Students are complaining bitterly |
Afeleke is in a wrong party. A thing like this is synonymous with Labour Party. I hope he'd defect later. My cousin is crying over LASU fees right now ![]() |
![]() Moni wey just commot today ![]() |
IyaTola, thank you very much for this piece. I hope the mods would move this to front page cos our youths of nowadays need to ponder on this. Life isn't what most of them think it is. I know Kurmin Maashi very well in Kaduna. I may also know the man you talked about . Down the road, off that express way is Sefa Specialist Hospital in Kaduna, off college road. The owner, Dr Akuse was a highly intelligent doctor. He passed away in 2014. How time flies. Nobody even remembers him again in their association called SOGON, where he used to be very active. I've been to the lengths and breadth of Nigeria, even transversed the Atlantic ocean, down to Indian ocean and the Great Mediterranean sea and I've come to realise one thing, vanity upon vanity, all is vanity. My mum is almost 90 years old. Very active in her hay days. The moment I read your post, my mind went straight to her and i wished I saw her that very moment. There was a day I first gave her money and she said, please give it to Igede, her maid taking care of her. I asked, but why and she said nothing, that the lady would need it to be buying things for her. My mama wey no dey trust anyone with money . I hope people would learn from this reality. The Buhari we're talking about today, the politicians who think they own Nigeria, would soon become a passing whim. I boarded same flight as Prof Sagay sometime ago. I looked at this man and remembered how he used to be active in those days. Prof is a good friend of president buhari. He walked a little and sat on a couch at the airport to rest a little, putting his walking stick aside. I greeted him and he just waved his hand...a refined gentleman, full of honesty. I asked a young man recently, what can you tell me about Awolowo. I pointed to his big statue at the Agidingbi junction, off Awolowo way in Ikeja. He said, i learnt he was a popular politician. That was the same man who gave our grand parents the opportunity of passing through western education by making it free. He's been forgotten by many, just like that? This life is not worth stressing oneself over. I just look at the greedy politicians at times and shake my head. They'd soon be gone and nobody would remember them ever again. Thanks for sharing this. Anyone who wishes to always reflect on this life should buy or download a novel by Kofi Awoonor titled "This Earth, My Brother". Life lessons are in-there richly |
Edomi:Intermarriage cause am. If Akeredolu's son vies for Ondo Governorship tomorrow. If you see an ibo name among his names, don't wonder. Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, the Labour Party Gubernatorial Candidate in Lagos bears Chinedu cos his mum is Ibo. Our leaders are our enemies in Nigeria for causing divisions amongst us in order to achieve their heinous goals. We're better together a united country. |
Beta oo. Cos black is beautiful |
Urheadmaster:True. Canadian snow , especially in Quebec is weird. Around January, I don't like visiting Germany at all. There's a place called Bad EMS, near Frankfurt, up to Gackenbach. Cold in that place can freeze your marrow |
ZombieSlayer1:I never doubted that the country is rich. Read my post once again |
Guy, it all depends on where you are in Canada. Visit Quebec. You go freeze reach bone ![]() |
This joker again? Lolz. Russia is so rich yet, their people are so poor. Instead of using the resources to better the lots of his people, he's busy building up armoury. Is he fighting the entire world? |
Na who we go com believe now? Abati is working for Obidatti23, no he's a pdp man, working for atiku. Anything associated with BAT is always in a state of confusion |
Buhari can afford to live with those insulting him and still deal with them decisively, Obj too. See Tinubu's o lulę insult The worst of them all is lagos landlord. He will play a tit for tat game by sending his thugs to either remove or deface you. Every leader must be willing to accept insults and criticisms from anyone. It's one of the qualities of a good leader which he lacks. May we not have his likes as president of this nation. |
asanausana91:Liar. Vote your candidate, no be by force. If buhari could not islamize Nigeria, its obi who would now support igbo secession. Is that the new war against PO? Jokers! If the past governments had been fair to ibos, would there had been any agitation for secession? Have you ever been to the SE before? Even Sunday ignoho isn't left out on the mission cos of the way some heinous fulanis are treating us. Obi will govern like every other leaders and leave. Nothing would happen. Rather, his givernment will unite Nigeria than ever. |
One of Tinubu's supporters. Illiterate urchin ![]() |
buhariguy:I'm not Ipigs/ipobs or whatever you may call it. Always try and be civil in your comment. Its not necessary. I'm not ibo and buhari had always been my person. I also voted and campaigned for him. Buhari who was preferred by many, won't be on the ballot next year so, where would tinubu get the winning votes from? Does he have Buhari's credibility? Many may blame Buhari's poor performance in some areas in his personality but I know those who worked against him are those he entrusted with sensitive positions. That's a story for another day. Who told you buhari is openly in support of Tinubu's ambition? Why did he approved the candidature of Ahmed lawan instead? Tinubu had messed up before him on key issues Buhari begged tinubu to pardon ambode but he refused, tinubu openly made a disparaging comment about buhari...o shee leekan, o lulę, o tun shee lęękeji, o lulę etc....emi lokan. What an insult on his personality, I had known buhari before he became president and what he can do. Anytime he came to lagos, he must stay in my boss's house at Mc Donald's, ikoyi in those days, irrespective of the number of days he's gonna stay. My boss , now late was half yoruba, half itsekiri man. Buhari's body language recently on whom to support is a clear message to Tinubu's supporters. Wait and see what happens after election. Enough said. |
....and some people are chanting his name, Emilokan too? Smh! |
sangresan:Truth always sounds like nonsense, my brother. Let's see what plays out after February. |
Why not patronise my friend Dr Ayo of Granville? The woman had money so, why patronise low budget therapist? |
baretalk:I never hated buhari and I'm not ibo ok? That's why I voted him in 2015 in Lagos. The decision of granting secession to any region is a function of the National alAssembly and our constitution, not the president who would be removed , should he try nonsense. Obi is your next president after buhari leaves office....and if he messes up, he may not finish his 4 years term before being impeached because the formation of the next assembly comprising of all the major party members will make Obi more vulnerable to impeachment if he goes off track |
baretalk:Your likes are nothing but myopic in thinking. That's what we heard in 2015 that buhari would islamize Nigeria, should we vote him. We voted him but nothing happened. Baba is rounding off his 2nd term already yet, no single LG in Nigeria had been islamized so far. The decision to grant secession to ibos or any region is a function of the National Assembly representing every part of Nigeria and our constitution, not the president. You guys have started again abi? Better use your data and time do beta tin. Obi is the next president of Nigeria. |
Upworkwriter007:Yes, Lagos! BVAS would do justice this time . No results would be padded and delayed for days before being announced this time. The mistake most people make is that, Buhari , the people's choice won't be on the ballot next year. Every candidate needs to work extremely hard for people to vote them this time, not even now that the apc had done woefully in governance. I can't believe a dollar is almost 750 naira today. It would have been better they leave it at 250 naira they met it in 2015 which they said wasn't even OK. People are wiser today. |
Otunbakayce:Borno isn't even sure for him. Urchins are behind the nonsense they called prediction. Imagine Rivers, delta, bayelsa, akwa ibom, even fct allocated to Atiku, lol. Except wike is no more, would atiku have 20% votes in Rivers. All those states mentioned will vote Peter Obi |
MandelaLives: |
Maybe he wants to use the money to revive fairplus, his moribund transport company after he leaves office. The man would end up in jail |
Moh247:MRI |
Moh247:The things we don't have comparative advantage over, is what I need dollar for. Its on the cbn approved list of Imports. We can't produce it here, not even in 100 years |
He looks the age. |
Moh247:Everyone knows the CBN had since stopped the rescue of naira. It's no more news. Even at that, they still pegged the USD at 444 Naira, officially...i don't even know how much it was today. If the apc can reverse the current rate to 250 naira, which they said was too bad during Jonathan administration in 2015, I'd give them an award.. they dont have to reduce it further from 250 naira they met it downward. They should just do that one for my sake. I'm not interested in other areas they've done badly. This is the area that concerns me the most. |
