Blacks always known for sleazy stuffs. Where are science challenge, new discovery challenge, business challenge, inventions challenge, etc,? Na wah oo. |
BastardWike:those seen are not the new computer village structures. Look at the picture behind the governor's image on the signboard above...that's the replica when completed not what you are currently seeing. Those ones are temporary shops for okrika or akube cloth sellers |
Ishilove:I don't think so. Have you been to the place before? As far as it may seem, people from all over Nigeria go there to buy first grade used clothes in bales. Banks have been moving there already. First Bank and zenith are already there. I'd only urge business minded individuals to consider building nice structures around that place now that people eyes aren't yet there. Rent will sore in that place in a couple of years to come. The roads leading to that place from abule egba have been partially tarred by ambode. Sanwoolu is constructing more roads as well. To all thinking the place looks like abattoir, they should look at the pictures behind the governor's image on that sign board, that's how the real structure would look like when completed. Those seen in the pictures above are being used by the okrika sellers. They're not the new computer Village structures |
The ongoing construction work at the permanent site at Katangowa, Abule Egba Lagos would no doubt, bring huge development to that area. The construction according to the contractor, would be completed in record time. Former Governor Ambode laid the foundation of the modern ICT Market some years back while the current administration is working round the clock to complete the project. The computer Village in ikeja would be relocated to this location upon completion while the buildings currently occupied by this market in ikeja would be returned to it's residential status. Currently, the Katangowa site is being used by the okrika clothe sellers. This okrika market ranks the largest in Africa. Several people from far and near do visit this market to buy first grade wears and shoes. These okrika sellers would now be relocated to Amikanle/Alaso area of Lagos soon. The below are some of the pictures of the site

The north don't seem to know they're going to be exposed with this NIN thing. Their fake population figure would be unravelled, voters fraud and underage voting would be checked. |
Kogi has never been so fortunate with leadership. They always impose bad blood on them. I hope they get it right someday. |
erico2k2:Agreed. Even if one gets petrol via the right source, one can still run a gen for 13 hours daily with just 1,500 naira and still spend less than 50k in one month. |
rawfact:I don't agree with you, as far as the new tariff is concerned. When the GSM came, it was very expensive to come by. But service was OK. Gradually, as more people purchased SIM cards , the price dropped and now, SIM is almost free today. Almost every home in Nigeria today it connected to phcn grid. The energy tariff is unjustifiable. They're running the sector just like they did in the Nitel days. Be honest to yourself, we're you aware of the percentage increment in the energy tariff before they implemented it?. It was almost 100% increase yet with poor service. This government is fraudulent. |
erico2k2:with diesel, its achievable but not 24/7. Even with 1,500 naira, I can run my petrol gen 13 hours a day with one LG AC and one fridge on. I do this everyday. If you divide the 50,000 naira by 1,500 naira, that's 33 days. In many homes in lagos, people don't enjoy electricity for up to 13 hours daily yet, the tariff is so huge. Its high time people began to think outside the box. The increased tariff isn't worth it...not commensurate with the service they're rendering. Get a good gen with sound proof and you'd be fine. This government is a fraud. |
nairavsdollars:I told my neighbour in November that the increment was nearly 100% excluding vat, based on my comparison with the previous months consumptions. She came knocking angrily at my door and said she's been short-changed by the IKDC, asking if I had same experience and I just laughed. By the time I sat her down, explaining things to her, she now became calm. The most annoying part of the matter is that, they didn't even tell the general public of the percentage increment. They just applied the new tariff codedly. Remember they said last year they'd not increase tariff after people and interest group threatened a nationwide protest. This government is he most fraudulent I've ever seen in Nigeria. The service is even getting worse instead of improving. |
Odewaleadesoye:North is worse off, when it comes to act of immorality both male and female. What annoys me the most is, the way they cover up a thing like this. After the lockdown, in my hotel in a northern.state around mid night while I was preparing for my presentation taking place the following day, all I was hearing was wayooo baba, wayoo baba. In the morning, the man left the hotel room, leaving one small girl behind. He dashed into his car and zoomed off. When the noise was so much, I had to shut down my laptop and went to sleep. |
Mokason288:You forgot to mention reverend King, the man sentenced to death in Lagos some years back. He's also from anambra. The hustle didn't start today, lol |
orisunmibare01:lol. Its all fun. Gd morning |
BafanaBafana:Obasanjo is the only leader and elderstatesman Nigeria has, highly intelligentand strategic. Others are religious and ethnic bigots. Yaradua would have tolled baby's steps but sickness truncated his life. No wonder his tenure was so peaceful. Had he not changed them every two years, the level of corruption and complacency would have been so much . |
orisunmibare01:check when indomie was first produced in Nigeria(1988), if your burth fell within that age range, you're of that generation. |
Must a woman be married before getting pregnant or giving birth? Some people might want it that way for financial reasons. When things improve, they tie the knot. I remember my former colleague . Their daughter who was also their first born was their flower gal on their wedding day |
orisunmibare01:Awww...indomie jenereshan spotted ![]() |
Na chalk. ![]() I was the captain of my class, from JS1 up to SS1. There was a time when there was no chalk in my class and he became aware of it. My class was next to his office. Come see table settings. Everywhere was so quiet under a serene atmosphere. I attended a public school and I never regretted it. Our leaders must pay for destroying public schools, right here on earth |
North go just daru ni. I remember when yakowa became governor of kaduna state. See protest on the streets as if yakowa was a foreigner in his own state. When the man died in a bomb-laden copter wey crash for Nigeria delta nko? Come see jubilation for kaduna by almanjiris. Na religious bigotry go destroy North finish no be curse |
Jostoman:Your brother olorunshakin from ekiti nko? I remember when fayose was showering encomiums on buhari for appointing him as the chief of defence staff back then. Maybe he didn't perform to his expectation |
Dansuqi:you know usually, once a northerner leaves, another one replaces him/her, likewise when a southern man leaves, a northern person replaces. I have instances i can cite. After olorunshakin, I was expecting a replacement to come from the north instead, a southerner replaced him. Sadiq abubakar's replacement is an ogbomosho man, another southerner. This happens in most cases |
Heartbender:Na bcoz dem no see lies parade again ni, make dem kuku add some condoms join, cum call am bullet ![]() |
All these wey baba just dey dash southern people positions in barely 2 years into the end of his 8 years tenure, hope it's not about 2023 oo, to woo southerners for another northern leader...na joke oo. ![]() He must have started thinking right , provided those appointed are the square pegs in square holes |
yemmight:The guy doesn't lie. That's what I like about him. He would never tell you what he's not. Many see him as a thug but can't point out to any thuggery acts linked to him, either past or present. Even our creator had enemies so, who's Sunday not to have one? |
thebosstrevor1:see your mouth like that of lai Muhammed. For you to achieve victory over terror, you have to be brave and courageous. Fulanis are worse than Sunday Igboho. Obas were afraid, politicians were afraid of facing killer herders but he faced them fearlessly. If I had my way, I'd join him. I'm not surprised at babafemi ojudu's reckless article. Our people have been betraying themselves from time immemorial over peanut and he's one of modern day betrayers. I learnt he wants to contest again in ekiti guber after fayemis tenure. He could be seeing Sunday as his potential enemy meanwhile, he's no interested in all that. |
forgiveness:I taya. Now we know ow why they said they don't want amotekun. Lmao |
AJOBI77:very true . Fulanis no dey forgive. I knew they'd revenge and the onus is on our leaders not to give them breathing space. With over 15 peace committees set up by successive governments over Southern kaduna killings, they've not stopped unleashing terror in the area. It has even become a regular occurrence |
I watched the man speak on channels tv a few minutes ago, looking so relaxed as if someone went to wake him up to come and read the speech. Imo state has never been fortunate with sane leadership |
Arewa1stSon:Stop all these epistle aboki. Just Google herdsmen kidnap on ondo-ore expressway today and you'd keep mum after watching the video. FYI, myetti Allah has met the conditions of akeredolu that they must not graze in their forest reserve and all their members still there would be relocated so, peace . Watch channels tv news tonight for details |
They shouldn't have named the group ESN. They should look for another name to call it like amotekun. ESN sounds more regional than amotekun. Please change the name to something else like, tiger in igbo language , while the purpose still stands |
aryzgreat:I set a trap...hahaha |
Any little quarrel between husband and wife nowadays would always end this way. My pastor told me something about my wife ( not adultery or witchcraft) 2 years ago and I told her . She got angry instead of making correction. She later made that correction in another place where same thing was seen about her. She now hated that pastor like shiit. Imagine the matter happening the other way round and we divorced I'd have accused the pastor of sleeping with my wife instead of admitting he was the cause of our divorce by interferingin our marriage. I'm not exonerating pastor suleiman here but this is what's trendy nowadays just to vent anger on the innocent man of God rather than deal with the real issue. By the time the woman speaks, we would hear a different story. |
