Why you wan sell am nah. By the way, it's cheaper than this at elizade. I understand you don add your own price join |
guuudy87:as if you read my mind. dem be fake witch. |
Mylove55:i see. But the pdp said same when the ceramics compamy first started, that it would be a waste of resources. Ize-iyamu and his team also condemned it, but today, Oshiomohle in his inner spirit would be forever grateful for what obaseki did to his government. As the man speaks from both sides of his mouth, I wouldnt be surprised tomorrow if he says, his attack on obaseki was a campaign strategy as he's now saying about Ize-iyamu when he condemned him 4 years ago ![]() In your own words, you said the refinery won't work but we have seen the ceramics company which he brought to edo during Oshomole's administration work effectively, generating over 500 employment to edo people. You said the power plant won't work and he's just using same to campaign but we have seen the IPP obaseki worked tirelessly to bring to edo work, which supplies the ceramics company power 24/7 and the host community which made oshiomohle said obaseki was brain behind his government when the going was still good. We have reference points already and we've got no doubts he's a man of his words. |
babyfaceafrica:the difference is like from earth to the 6th planet. Hes a technocrat. Not a single serving governor is doing what obaseki is doing in edo. How many state governors are executing a power plant for their states? It's huge. What you'd hear them say is, oh well, that's the federal govt project not state's because they know they'd not see money to embezzle from it being a capital and long term project. What of the modular refinery brought to the state? The edo modular refinery would be the first of its kind, ahead of what osinbajo promised the Niger deltans in 2015 when he came. The ceramics factory, the largest in west Africa completed during Oshomole govt was made possible by obaseki. Nigerians hardly import tiles from abroad since operation as it has been able to meet local delands. The same MOU Oshomole is faulting now brought this company to edo. This has provided employment to over 500 edolites. Revenues too would be generated by the state in form of taxes. The same obaseki saw to the construction of the IPP which serves the ceramics compamy and the host community power to avoid interruption in production by nepa. We can see what many here on nairaland aren't seeing |
this is a clear difference between illiteracy and education. Obaseki has proved he's not a thug. Can't wait to see you back in office come next month. |
catwalq:when you're sick , you can't think straight. Making an effort to type that, even though it contained some typo errors, is commendable. Covid-19 is the worst thing that can happen to mankind. Anything that's capable of taking life isn't a joke man. |
Mchenryfreeman:Not in edo, maybe in lagos shaa. Edo isn't lagos. If there's going to be ballot box snatching, it would be caused by the imported thugs from South west especially lagos and we are waiting for them. |
myboy2111:so, you mean oshiomohle is still in government? Na wah oo |
NgeneUkwenu:On nairaland, yes! He's won. |
Simplyleo:like seriously? Comments reserved! |
Righteousness89:You're right but the California wildfire doesnt have anything to do with world confusions. It happens every year just like when village boys here set forest on fire in search of bush meat. |

tribalmall:Your comment no carry single weight. Almost all the apc-led states had their doctors embark on strike for same reason during this covid-19 pandemic. Make i start from ogun state where the trend started OGUN https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.vanguardngr.com/2020/06/ogun-resident-doctors-join-nationwide-strike/amp/ LAGOS https://healthwise.punchng.com/lagos-doctors-to-begin-strike-monday/ https://www.premiumtimesng.com/regional/ssouth-west/402561-doctors-begin-three-days-strike-in-lagos.html FEDERAL/ NATIONWIDE https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.aljazeera.com/amp/news/2020/06/nigerian-doctors-strike-lack-ppe-welfare-concerns-200615084342885.html EKITI https://www.premiumtimesng.com/regional/ssouth-west/404779-ekiti-doctors-strike-enters-fourth-week-as-nlc-tuc-issue-14-day-ultimatum.html ONDO https://healthwise.punchng.com/ondo-doctors-to-begin-indefinite-strike-wednesday/ https://allafrica.com/stories/202006240475.html KWARA https://www.google.com/amp/s/punchng.com/kwara-nurses-begin-strike-over-lack-of-protective-wear/%3famp=1 Many of them were owed same allowances from as far back as mid 2019 and obaseki paid edo state doctors up to january 2020. For me, that's commendable. SO, WHAT'S YOUR POINT HERE?. TRASH! |
Lool |
That's how they roll. We also heard of similar payments in the NDDC, including on flight tickets and air travels at the time when the whole world was under lock down. Na wah for corruption, e no wan take am easy for this govt at all |
Lol. Africa no dey carry last |
See as palp water full the wall? A sign of hard work. Weldon little man. |

AAA593:Don't mind my APC friend . I don promise Dansuqi say edo election result go shock am and I don't give a damn if they sacked diri or not. Congrats to him though. |
Sheggy13:this must have been an updated information which wasn't there in my time. There was and still is IJMB O'Level as well which you probably didn't know ever existed from your previous comment as you harped only on the A'level wing of ijmb which was my point of the stressed argument. I sat for IJMB O'L at Kwarapoly in year 2000, which I used to enter university of Ilorin the following year. I'm not aware of the latest development as indicated on their website. Like I said earlier, what's obtainable in the olden days as requirements for admission isn't there anymore due to high number of intakes in the Nigerian universities. I didn't present my waec o'Level result for admission but I wrote jamb as it was clearly stated that time on UME brochure that IJMB O'L was acceptable to them as entry requirements. I don't know what it's called now cos I learnt the name given to the brochure has changed. Then it was DE/UME. Tomorrow, the NUC or ministry of education could increase entry requirements to 6 subjects at a sitting, who knows. There was a time universities would accept 2 combined waec o'l results or combination of one waec with one IJMB o'l result to complete the 5 required subject passes for admission, based on each university's requirements on the DE/UME Brochure, which they don't do anymore. A few years later, the number of credit passes was increased to 6, for those combining results not more than 2 sittings, you see. Things change with time and relevamt bodies update their information to the general public in this regard. As as the time I wrote my ijmb o level, I doubt if there was any website sef. |
LMAO. Get well soon Messi. No king rules forever. The law of diminishing returns must set in someday in sports. ![]() |
Agboriotejoye:Lol. Allowed! Don't mind him. |
Equity15:yes, I updated my app recently. I'd visit them tnx |
MajohBankz:it wouldn't be our portion. We know ourselves. No election could be more threatening than when Oshiomohle came to hijack power from the then ruling party pdp. Yet, we were orderly and all voted oshiomohle. Nothing happened. Edo is a different terrain. Maybe in lagos osun, Ondo...yes! But here we no dey do all that. We foresee importation of thugs from outside the state and we wish them luck. Una go here for news |
Sheggy13:You're wrong sir. There's IJMB O'Level and IJMB A'Level. Get your facts right. You're the one misinforming others. I wrote ijmb just so you know. With the A'Level, you gain admission into 2 hundred level directly. While the ijmb o'level is a substitute for waec which you could use to gain admission into hundred level and thats the difference. It's acceptable nationwide and more difficult to pass than the almighty waec. Because of competition nowadays, 4 credit passes aren't valid for entry into any university today. How many university graduate did we have in the 70s. My dad used to say they could be 50 in the whole universiry who would graduate in a particular year back then Nowadays, even if you had 5 credit passes but failed the post UME, no way for you. Even if you passed both the post UME and UME, the school would still use other criteria like the number of students who scored A's in some key subjects to to be considered first for admission if the number of those who met cut off point surpassed those needed for a particular course. Ife does that nowadays. My cousin was admitted with direct entry and 4 credit passes waec result in FUT Minna with lower credit from poly to study physics in 2010. The futminna requirement was clearly indicated on their DE brochure too and I saw it. If you don't inderstand something, ask questions instead of condemning what someone else has said as misinforming. This is so common in Nigeria. It won't cost you anything if you ask. |
MajohBankz:fear fear. Noting go happen |
Am really surprised the way some peope are putting fears in our minds that we shouldn't wait to defend our votes. Na una dey fear na. We no dey fear anything for here and that's why somebody could be riding you like a horse in lagos. How many of you do go out to vote in lagos? Na only online analyses una sabi, siddon for parlour on election day. Una go soon learn. You vote and one stupid fella would come and whisk it away just like that? Whosai |
Tflex01:in a nut shell and your wildest imagination, anyone who's against tinubu is ibo abi? See your mouth . Put your ears on the wall and listen to what hausas are saying about tinubu you're braggong about. Look at where akoko edo is on the map. I'm far from being ibo or sharing same ideology with them |
The vast majority are even singing Pepper dem, obaseki pepper dem oooo, at the apc rally. Obaseki is a goalllll ![]() |
