They are used cells but unlike most people will give you wrong or over hyped the true capacity of power bank or batteries, mine are properly checked,

Each cell are put through capacity test with discharge tester and then keep on the shelve for days to know if the cell self discharge.


Their so many fake cell out their especially the new ones... most power bank you buy today has new cells which are mostly fake.
