David Lyon should also go back and tell the supreme court that they erred.
He should tell them that his running mate did not submit forged documents but that all those names are his for which he has sworn affidavit. |

Politics › Re: Police Give South-West Governors Conditions For Amotekun Corps To Bear Arms by Eteka1(m): 9:05am On Feb 15, 2020 |
Jakumo: The essence of this flawed bid by Nigerian federal government spokesmen to regulate the varieties of personal weapons that would be carried by regional vigilante groups like the newly established Amotekun group in the south west, is that the federal government seeks to apply the laws applicable ONLY for the regulation of CIVILIAN gun ownership, to the instance of statewide paramilitary groups whose role clearly falls within the realm of both military and law enforcement response tasking.
The quotation of statues relating to civilian gun ownership, by federal government spokespeople, is from a legal standpoint of ZERO relevance with respect to the arming of ANY state OR federal law enforcement agency, since the weaponry carried by trained service personnel, are determined in the context of the anticipated mission emphasis and deployment theater envisioned for specific military units, and NOT on the politically-motivated, legally unsound, semi-official pronouncements issued by insignificant little government officials seeking to earn brownie points . To you Nigeria is so lawless to the point that any state can decide to form a military, Para-Millitary, police etc and arm them as they wish? Let me tell you, only the Federal government has the prerogative to do the above according to the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Amotokun is in the category of vigilantes or community policing whose job is to assist the police or military with accurate information about criminal activities in their area. |

MetaPhysical: I honestly think people just talk nonsense without use of discretion.
When IGP is addressing Northerners or Easterners he can remind them of the law and statutes of Firearms Act.
When he addresses Westerners on issues of law and statutory contracts we do not need a reminder, WE ARE THE LAW!
OP, dont allow IGP to scare you with Firearms Act. We already identified the loophole in the Act, and we are exploiting the loophole to apply for license, period! And you will also exploit the loophole to issue yourself the licence. |

From what I read here, majority of them were people SUSPECTED to be Boko Haram members but after being subjected to thorough investigations, it turns out they weren't. Some of them were people just unlucky to be at the wrong place wrong time, some were relatives of suspects etc.
So why all the hue and cry about such people being released? I don't see anything wrong with it. |

let me explain further. among the three armed forces,which is more likely to bring a change of lets say,of government. which of them is more likely to bring this insurgency to an end assuming the government is serious? how many wars has been worn on water? and you can't say you have worn a war if there are no troops(army) on ground. have you forgotten you said the following? "FYI information,when it comes to soldiery, the real deal is the army followed by air force.".You cannot win a war without any of them Navy, Airforce and Army ok. |

Answer these questions;
1. Did he steal the container? 2. Did he misplaced the container? 3. Can't there be delay in the delivery of any service? 4. Did he apologized for the delay or not?
I can't take you serious if you don't reply with your answers to the questions. You are just shameless. The clients to this man are understandably worried about the fate of their investment because of the way things have gone awry despite having paid way beyond the agreed amount all you can do is to abuse and insult them. Shame on you. |

comradejoshua: Take a chill pill with plenty of water. You don't love the person you are supporting. If you do, you would be appealing to the aggrieved clients whose investments are caught up in this mess. While also advising Oliverjaid to do everything possible to deliver. Rather you are busy tackling, insulting and abusing them, thereby rubbing salt into their wounds. As a result, your friend will continue down this dangerous path until he lands himself in very serious trouble. |
