The north continually rule? From 1999 till 2020 (current democratic dispensation), the south has ruled for 14 years while the north has ruled for 7 years.

After over three decades of wasting away, serving no purpose other than sitting on prime land in a prime location, time has come for the old Federal Secretariat in Ikoyi, Lagos, to be taken to the next level in line with President Muhammadu Buhari administration’s ‘next level’ agenda.

A national monument, in its own right, the federal secretariat represents a colossal waste in the midst of scarcity and want. It is one of the ‘dead assets’ in Nigeria that makes the need and call for land and property ownership reform in the country not only imperative but also urgent.

Nigeria has a rigid traditional land tenure system that hampers full-scale economic activities on land. This system is the reason for the country’s low industrialisation, housing development, agriculture, and other economic and productive activities that lead to the improved standard of living, job creation and economic growth.

The same rigid land tenure system is the reason for the huge waste the federal secretariat in Lagos has become just like other national monuments scattered all over the country.

The secretariat, which provided office space for federal civil servants while Lagos served as the federal capital, was part of the Federal Government’s properties in Lagos that was offloaded into the property market between 2003 and 2006 by the Olusegun Obasanjo administration in the country.

If you are talking about roads, power supply, security etc, then don't make it look like it all went bad under Buhari. These are long standing problems in Nigeria.

All our leaders past and present have failed to tackle these problems.

Start importing used cars from the US and sell them. Go for fast selling models e.g Toyota Corolla, matrix, Camry etc. Start small small and then expand when you have learned.

If you only hate the way Buhari's government goes about things, the right thing to do is offer advice or criticise constructively not always calling Nigeria derogatory names like zoo, poverty capital of the world etc etc.

I just returned from a trip to SA and and I can tell you authoritatively that the people there aren't finding life rosy either. Money is hard to make anywhere in the world my brother.

In the tertiary certificate, he added wanghaga to his other names after receiving a traditional title. He swore affidavit to that effect.

Besides, the institutions are still there, he has classmates and lecturers still very much around. The man had asked the trial court to subpoena the institutions and any other witnesses necessary since an allegation of forgery is s criminal one which needs to be proven beyond reasonable doubt, but the court refused saying that it would cause delays.

The issues he has were caused by typo errors from the primary and secondary schools certificates e.g writing "Adegi Biobarakuma" instead of "Degi Biobarakumo". He swore affidavit to correct each. What else would you have him do.

Do you know that in giving it's Judgement even the Supreme Court misspelled his name, addressing him as Biokumo instead of Biobarakumo?

About two of the cases are that the institutions misspelled his name while one is that he added "Eremienyo" to his name after collecting a traditional title. He has sworn affidavitd to cover for all these things.
