What the supreme court did is to preserve the portion of the constitution/electoral act which says only the Presiding officer of a polling unit or the election petition tribunal has the power to cancel, nullify or reject results of an election.

Since INEC and Emeka Ihedioha had failed to do the proper thing i.e filing a petition at the election petition tribunal for the cancellation of the results from the over 300 polling units affected, there is nothing the supreme court can do about it. The results (however rigged they may be) unfortunately remain valid.

Now tell me how it is your business. Did Mbaka complain to you? Mind your business.

The statement made by the PDP was irresponsible and regrettable.

No problems. As long as they don't bear arms cos it's only the Military, Police, DSS and some Para-Millitary that are empowered by the constitution to bear arms.
