Trevor012:🤣🤣🤣 Must be nice to be that delusionally privileged. |
treble champ 100:I get this is suppose to be a jab, but it's grating on my Yoruba brain how this phrase is so grammatically incorrect. 🫠 And it has gone so mainstream. Everytime I see people using it, I feel an "etymological" knife twisting deeper into my gut that I have no power to correct it. Okay. Even this one is correct, but its meaning is different from the intention of people. "Ebi pawa o" is literally saying "we were hungry." Or we starved. A past state. When you go to a party and you're telling someone your experience of how they didn't serve you and your friends food. Ebi N pawa is we are hungry...a current state. Continuous. Still happening. That single 'n' sound literally changes its meaning. Anyway...as we were. I doubt my mini-rant here would change anything. |
1Alex:Where's the microphone?? |
I'm going to the scene of the action right nowwwww! ![]() |
Look at some hypocritical fools up there. ![]() Same ones will still castigate a woman for going after a man with money as is her nature. Awon muntulas. |
3 a.m. And I mean on the dot. So the portal for the spirits to participate in it as well will be opened. |
This kind of design. But it looks tacky in the picture above. |
EreluRoz:Okay. Because I was surprised where the "prayer" call was coming from when you never included it in your NL campaigns. I see no reason why you should tell us to turn to prayer now. Since you took the time to campaign, I expected it from you as a duty to explain it line by line as demonstrated in Tinubu's manifesto how he was going to tackle food insecurity. Saying Nigeria has a truckload of complex problems is merely stating the obvious. These problems were not obscure when the candidates were campaigning for the president's post. They all campaigned as if they had a panacea... Nigeria did not suddenly become bad overnight, so mentioning that as an excuse doesn't cut it. They all said they wanted to be president because they had something to do about the situation. That is what we're expecting now, not you telling us something every Nigerian already, obviously know. Is Obi better? NoFirst of all, nobody mentioned Obi here so nice try. Leave hypothetical scenarios, and face the present situation of the person YOU campaigned and fought for. I saw you telling someone up there that you choose the better person, so yes, Tinubu is better than Obi. And his governance style should have been reflected in the economy, no matter how little. Have I always advocate for revolution as the only way out of this mess? Big YESYou, as in you, advocated for revolution when you're always parading yourself as Tinubu baby or some Iyaloja title. That you were telling people to go and relax, that Tinubu will work. You now want to change mouth now? Haba. 🤣🤣 They are all the same and as such I won't blame anyone for biasedly supporting any of them till we are all already to flush them out of the system. But you supported Tinubu for a reason. Stand on business. You cannot claim they are all the same and in the same breath say Tinubu performed better than Obi. For the records, Tinubu performed better as governor than Obi.Good. So that means the current Tinubu presidency should also be looking to be better in all ramifications? Where is the replication of the better and superior governance of Tinubu? Because actually it'll benefit all of us. Me, you, Obi, Obidients, Atikulates - a working Nigeria is for all over us. You cannot compare something that doesn't exist (Obi's presidency) to something that currently is. Leave fake Obi presidency alone. When you believed in and supported Tinubu, you all could not predict the current situation we're in? ![]() So tell us what your preferred candidate is actively going to do about the worsening mess we're in so everyone is rest assured. Thank you. |
Angelfrost:You have not seen nothing yet. ![]() At least they will do well in educating the masses on what action verbs are. So it's not completely a bad situation. Look on the bright side. |
EreluRoz:Prayers? But you were/(or are) a core BATist on these streets. ![]() I expect you to be defending the mandate as vigorously as you campaigned for him o. If you're saying that Nigeria's economy is so hard to fix now, why did you all supported and canvassed for Tinubu to reach there as if he had something tangible and positive to give us? |
Majesty2:'My presido'... One would think you directly benefit from his influence and you're insulated from the economic woes, but continue. |
Special presidential committee to address food shortage... Una still never ready. ![]() Continue playing to the gallery. When famine-induced uprisings hit the land, you will know what's up. |
talk2hb1:Ok. |
bekinyaro:So there's absolutely no other scenario in which a lady can get stranded in a boys' hostel? And for reasons other than visiting restriction? Even about the visitation restriction, you lied. There are absolutely some universities in which girls aren't allowed in its boys' hostel. it was never his intention to overstay his visit and as you can see he got saved in the end!Last I checked, I never mentioned anything about the intention of the man, so why are you addressing a point I never brought up? |
Snowx:Nor be me tok am o. ![]() Na your fellow man talk am. |
talk2hb1:Why do you care about love? Isn't respect the most important thing a man values from a woman? |
Snowx:Let me summon dating expert and relationship coach PureFace1 for you guys to come and counsel you. Please, sir, can you help explain this phenomenon? ![]() Because according to you, a man of 60, 70 can get a young virgin of 20 if he wishes, yet men in their late twenties to thirties are finding it hard to do? How come, o knowledgeable one? |
Two things stand out to me in the story; - If it was a girl who got stuck in a boy's hostel, there's 99% chance that she isn't going to make it out in one piece. Not to mention how she might unsuccessfully get to disguise herself. - So nobody is calling the man a slut who's lost value and is destroying his future, huh? A young man sent to school to learn, having a girlfriend up till the point of staying past the visiting time for boys. So shameful. |
^ 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Aside that clownish take, I do agree with a commenter's judgment of you OP. The post is buy-gotted. |

rayblast:I hope it is. 🥹 So the opponents can rest on their oars a little bit. |
TUANKU:🤣🤣🤣 |
michlins:I don't exactly understand this comment or how it works on the field, but I just feel it makes a lot of sense. ![]() |
With all due disrespect sir, KNYY. E kosi, ke GTFOH. |
You just know this man will touch *every* areas of national development—or factors that contribute to it. He's so genuinely passionate for the country working. 🥹

99% of the time, you guys are 'shitting' on the concept of love, and saying men are incapable of it. You people give more prominence to other things, and say stuff like "love isn't needed for a marriage to be successful" and that our mothers didn't care to be shown romantic love by our fathers and so modern, woke 'gen Z' women like me who want a book-inspired, movie-influenced kind of love are unrealistic... yet you turn around to cry again that there's no love (in women) anymore? Shey you people will piss in one place so it can foam? Do you want a lover girl, or do you want a practical girl? 😂 Because, no, you cannot have it both ways. And what benefit do you all really want to provide as men now? You just think you're entitled to dating women by virtue of you just being a man? You don't want to spend, you don't want to provide, you don't want to do 50/50, you also don't want to satisfy women sexually. Hian. |
Your patriarch ancestors dictated the terms and the foundation of cultural marriage as we've come to know it. Y'all are just mad as hell at your inability to fulfill your (traditional) end of the bargain. |
The way you people act as if 'romantic love' was literally the order of the day in times past kill me. ![]() When in history, and in what culture, has sex, money (or properties) and transactional marriage, including kids not been the order of the day? |
