The last of the Vice president’s residential
buildings are the Four bedroom Duplex
acquired in 2003 through ‘savings and gift
in Kind’ in the Kpansia area of Yenegoa.
The value of the building, he said is
N15,000,000. The last Building is the
extended Family house in Yenegoa which
he said is a four flat storey Building
acquired between 2003 and 2007 through
savings. The value of the property is put at
N10,000,000.

So he has nothing worth mentioning until 2003?

Under vacant and undeveloped plots, the
vice president stated as follows: 1032.50
square meter of land located at Onopa
Yenegoa and valued at N3,098.00. Plot
2C, 374 Low density Area Yenegoa
allocated by the bayelsa state government
and valued at N150,000. 2760.00 square
meter plot at cadastral Zone BO2,
Durumi, Abuja allocated by the federal
Capital Development Authority and valued
at N5,578,540. One Parcel of farm Land
at Otuoke Ogbia acquired through
inheritance and estimated at the value of
N50,000,000.
Plot Medium Density in Yenegoa allocated
by the Federal Ministry of Works and
housing the value of which he said is
N1550.00
Plot 29, Low density Area Plot in
Yenegoa allocated by the Bayelsa state
government the value of which is put at
N4,908. While the last undeveloped plot
owned by the vice president is plot 2246
Cadastral Zone A06, Abuja the value of
which he put at N4, 800,000. It was
allocated by the Federal Capital
development Authority, FCDA

He must be an expert in savings, because how he managed to have saved all the money to acquire all these within four years is a miracle. While before that, absolutely nothing.
And he valued a piece of land in Otueke village at over 55 million. Even the same size land in Onitsha cannot match such a ridiculous value.

Jonathan gets more gifts than Oxfam, Salvation army and UNICEF put together. His middle name should be DONATUS with the amount of cash even a BMW donated to him. For a public servant to be receiving cash and kind gift is an undiluted corruption. If this is a sample of what they call an asset declaration in Nigeria, then it is purely a nonsensical exercise to me.

That may be an error because in those days, the age to start primary education in the East was 6 years, except if your parents are very rich or influential and can use their influence to start you at 5 at least.
After the war, some kids started school even at 10 because there were more kids than schools place availability.

I don't know what his manisfesto are as one ever win or govern Nigeria based on their manifesto if you are honest.
If Buhari or any other person can cub corruption even by half, more than half of Nigeria problem will be solved.
The main reason why corruption is difficult to tackle is solely because of lack of examplary person at pinnacle of power.
A president who is allergic to corruption will make it absolutely impossible to go that way because the minister knew his faith if caught. Not shielding him.

No one will have the moral to fight over something those he wants to fight knew he was a pioneer actor. When a leader sets an example, it trickled down the command chain.
Buhari or any other person cannot wipe out corruption but some one need to set the tone for the future and if you are corrupt, you cannot do that, that is why OBJ and GEJ failed.
And note: corruption is not purely about naira and kobo, but behaviour and attitudes rapped impunity.

In 2011 they worked solely for their own interests to stop any sort of CPC momentum which could drag them along.


Most of them in PDP both north and south will jump ship even few weeks after this election if they lose and the same for some APC members if Jonathan got re-elected.
Political party is just a platform for most of them and nothing more.

In Nigerian political context, VP and deputy governorship positions, absolutely meant nothing. Even a powerful Atiku tried to make it relevant but was cut down by OBJ.
If Yar Adua had lived, do you think Jonathan would had succeeded him? If this ticket win, will this guy succeed Buhari too, not in a million years, that is, unless Yar Adua-Jonathan scenario happened again. (highly unlikely)

If Jonathan and Sambo ticket was to succeed, will Sambo succeed Jonathan? I don't think so either. How many deputy governors now will be succeeding their governors next year?
That is why people shouting about Amaechi being dumped knows nothing about politics of Nigeria. Amaechi is better off on the wing for other positions than being a VP. If you doubt me, ask Alex Ekwueme.
