@hi affigurl. for ur information uniport hs started selling their basic programme form as they tagged it or u may call it predegree form. All u need is to log on to their site @ www.uniport.edu.ng. for full details on how to pay for the form.U don't need to come down to PHC to have access to the form. Evryting can be done online.

This is a new form of extortion. Imagine UNN acceptance fee being far more than other schools' fees both private, fedral and state.To my own opinion it is supposed to be the cheapest for two reasons. It is University of Nigeria and secondly it is a fedral Institutiuon.Even the so called Nigeria's premier University{UNIBADAN} has not imposed such exorbitant fee on students and parents knowing the harsh condition of our economy.It is CAPITAL extortion and shld be checked b4 things run out of hand. E get as e dey do this VC for body self! He started wit imposing students wit N10K as supplementary advert fee,which is even free in most schools. HE SHLD BE CHECKED PLS. Relevant authorities pls take note!

my brother,this is really extortion.N25K is far too exorbitant for acceptance fee of any University be it fedral or state So that entails that before they sum up other list of fees to be paid,it will be accruing to N65000 and above. Even state institution have not paid such.Anyway i thank God that i was offered admission both in Unn under sciences and Uniport under Engineering. So i have to choose the latter. I thank God for giving me both to choose 4rn.

@U2008, Pls i find it difficult viewing both the merit list and the suppl.Each time i click on the link for Engineering.the response i always get is "action cancelled".Pls is it frm the database or from the system i used,because as of two days ago it used to open up.I knw the file is in PDF format.I don't know why i find it dificcult to view the list over the net. Pls can u be of little kindness checking my name up in the list. If possible to upload it up here on this Nairaland thread.

The admission list is not complete. what's up wit the merit list for faculty of Engineering UNIPORT

Pls when is uniport going to upload the admisson list for Engineering courses.Is that they have not prepared the list for the said faculty or what,Pls I need an explanation because the ones for other faculties has been uploaded on the web

pls i cannot see the merit admission list for Engineering courses. Are they still about to upload the list for engineering courses?

Pls is the PTDF scholarship for the Oversea scheme(Graduates) or for the local Scheme(for undergraduates in Nigerian Uni). I need to be clearified on this pls. Thanks and God bless as i hear 4rm u.

Well it is qiute a welcome development.this is one of the factors among others that had been contributing in the incessant industrial action in our university system,though quite suprising that the said institution had never been part of it,while others had been going in sympathy strike for them.What an irony!

Pls it had been over 3 months the post Ume result for Uniport and Unn were released,but it seems everything about admission is nipped into the bud.What is the delay all about while most schools{unilag,uniben,NAU e.t.c} had already started registration for freshers. men i weak 4 them.Prospective nairalanders of the above institutions pls lay bare ur mind.

pls I am a prospective student of chemical Engineering unique uniport. any info on when the admission list 4 2k9/2k10 academic session wil be released? Also it seems the restive condition in the school has died down over the invasion by so-called ex-militants and normalcy has taken place in the skl community.Will the 2nd semester exam start 4rm Dec 7 as proposed by the skl academic calendar? We need answers to these pls.

if this works out,then we have to give three BIG Gbozas for former labour leader Adams Oshomiole 4 hs effort in resolving this face off,whether on grounds of suspension or calling-off.
