If you're asked on how much your remuneration will be or you wished to be paid on a lucrative job interview for a multinational company or a big firm. Is this really a question or a test to put you through? I have a friend of mine that was asked this question by a white man after he must have answered all other questions. My friend feared to mention any specific amount but rather just declared intention of not putting remuneration at fore-front but rather more on delivering his role. He came out thinking he will get the job, but unfortunately failed. So I ask What will one that is posed with such question say? Mention any amount(minimum amt in figures) or just wave this issue of remuneration like my friend did. Please I need a concise answer to this. Thanks |
The way I dey look this strike e, e bi like say FGN don swear not to give in to ASUU demand, and the latter on the other hand don swear not compromise their stand by sheilding their swords. Is either one surrender for one or else this strike go enter into a very long thing..even pass that Oct 2 |

But come to think of it, What is there in honouring agreement. FGN entered agreement with ASUU since 2009, till date it has not been implemented. When FGN approved the agreement, they were not blindfolded or compelled into signing the agreement in the first place. That shows how insincere our Government is. The same Govt that prosecute Organisations over breach of agreement is now the one breaching agreement. You signed the agreement then honour the agreement. CHIKINA |
I have a dream "When the universities in Nigeria will be ranked among the tops in the world I have a dream "When our classrooms will be equipped with the state-of-the-art facilities I have a dream "When Nigeria undergraduates would produce innovations that the world will reckon with" I have a dream "When nigerian universities' graduates will be the most sought after in employment opportunities all over the world" I have a dream "When our universities' lecturers would engaged in invaluable research that multinational companies would seek to adopt and develop" I have a dream "When people from other parts of the world would envy to seek admission into Nigeria tertiary institutions" I have a dream "When nigeria graduates will be highly employable immediately after graduation without further practical training" I have a dream "When our universities' hostels will be well equipped with airconditioned, computer system, convinence facilities per room & at least two persons per room, just in par with that of developed economy. I have a dream "When Government would give some form of social security to universities graduates until they secure a good job" I have a dream " When lecturing work will be competitive and be the most sought after profession" I have a dream "When our quality of our universities' lecturers would be in par with that of the developed nation" I have a dream "When our universities system would be 30 students to a lecturer" I have a dream "When our laboratories would be with cutting-edge equipments and one equipment to a student" I have a dream that our University system will be salvaged from all the infrastructural, intellectual decay. |

This is a very breed of dog called "Tibetian Mastiffs", and is one of the most expensive breed of dogs in the world. It is very common in China, though owned by Rich Chinese businessmen. It has mane as that of a lion, though with quite a little difference, and some have been found to grow bigger than full grown male lion. The puppies goes about 1500USD to 2000USD |

FGN has tried on its part, I think ASUU should see reason to that, with increment up to the tone of NGN30BILLION. They better take the one the FGN is ready to deliver than chasing the wind of a whooping NGN87BILLION, that will not be feasible even in the next 2 years. ASUU make Una take this money before FGN go vex and decline giving anything at all. Remember at all at all na em worse pass o! |
favouryemmy: ASUU is fighting for the university system and for the students. Dont you want to have the same facilities that those in other developed countries have. Nigerian universities are lowly ranked in the world especially due to infrastructural deficiency; that is to say that Nigerian universities are suffering from infrastructural deficiency. That is not healthy for the education system and ASUU has decided not to allow this malady to continue. Its a pity the students are affected by it, but its for the better. At the end of the struggle, our laboratories should be better equipped to teach students on hand with the latest equipment.I hear you, even after the whole struggle and mission realized, the money will definitely be misappropriated. Have you ever asked what have some universities being doing with their so called FGN subventions and internally generated revenue Some Universities realize nothing less than 10 billion per academic year, and still they yearn for proper funding, if it is actually what they are fighting for.Misappropriation and embezzlement is parts and parcel of every sector especially education sector. The money will still go the same way its predecessors has gone. Believe it or not! |
All these so-called lecturers, teach Una no go teach, research,Una no go research, sort, Una go sort, collect current from female students, Una go collect. Una go dey eye big money Wai politicians dey chop, ok, kukuma make una enta politics naw,and leave lecturing work, if una think say e dey easy, una no go gree enter. GREEDY FOOLS BENT ON DAMAGING THE FUTURE OF THE YOUTHS. If I bey FGN, una go strike tire.i wish say no OBJ still dey for power, by now he for don dissolve ASUU.By their name will change to "uusa"(long throats) ![]() |
