Nice video with a nice message, at least it will change the orientation of some of our students and lecturers who think it is only exam result(paper certificate) can decide one's fate in life. That does not mean that one shouldn't strive to make good grades, but it shouldn't be a do or die affair.

If ASUU is on strike, it will be on the rounds and I everybody will know about it even an unborn child still in belle, but come to strike action by Polytechnics and Colleges of Education, everybody will pay deaf ears, even the Minister. I want to know if it's for real or a scam because I am to pay for a medical test, and I want to ascertain it's validity in order to avoid regrets.

Guy, my best advice for you is for you to run for your life before it is too late. The handwriting is already clear on the wall, Which scholarship organization will expect you to pay for a medical test? If they are genuine,as they acclaimed to be, why can't they sponsor the test fee. This is enough green light for you to take to your heels. But it may be for real, let me not discourage you, but you got to trade with caution. I will give them 30% genuine test.

Have not heard such news that a school expelled some students on grounds of not wearing school ID. That's nonsense.if they were actually expelled based on that. They have the right to sue the school or take a court redress. Unless is based on examination malpractice, then there is sense in that.

Lanspower: Just can't believe this. The agency being used for degree accreditation for the on-going Federal Skill program in Canada has singled out degrees from Uniport as the only one they will not be considering for accreditation. I stumbled on this while browsing through the eligibility requirement for applicants from Nigeria. The question is Why UNIPORT? Don't they realise that is the Alma Mata of our dear president and our great Firstlady?

Please what's ur source? How can you tell me out of the whole institutions in Nigeria, that's only uniport degree that's not accepted. That's a very BIG LIE. Afteralk uniport ranked 8th position out of almost 100+ universities in Nigeria according to NUC 2013 ranking and secondly there's lot of uniport graduates enrolled in Canada for the program. So your source is misleading.

I like the way lumia displays live tiles

Am just in love with my lumia be it lumia 610,710,920 or 925. Lumia just gives me all I need in a smart phone. Especially the ease to assess its Microsoft office such as Power point, Excel, Adobe flash and reader. And other application and its battery strength is remarkable despite running numerous applications. Lumia is just the most innovative pocket-friendly smartphone in the market. Android phones can wait. Also like the way it displays live tiles and updates

Please let them start the strike as soon as possible, at least i know that my position, i got as one of the sales agent in a business outfit is till vacant/open for me, during the last two months strike, so that i can go back before someone takes it up. I have only received one month of the emolument b4 the strike was abruptly called off. Na dem go tire, be it ASUU, NASU, SSANU, even JSANU( Junior staff). Nonsense. If am the FGN, i just know what to do. They try am during the time of OBJ, but dey gave up. They are lucky to have a listening GEJ as a presido, and they re abusing the privileged.

It's time Nigerian institutions start installing secret camera under exam desk to curb down and track down cheaters.

Just pray this will be the last ASUU strike, Please FGN implement all the necessary thing demanded by ASUU to show some commitment towards Education. No breach of Agreement.

The spate of incessant industrial action in our higher institution of learning is fast leading our educational system to mines. if they like to call it off there's their business, They had demanded so many things from government, even retirement age of 70 years. ASUU is just insatiable and they will keep on demanding, What have the institutions of higher learning spread across the country being doing with thier internally generated revenue if not the misappropriation of funds by the so called School authorities, after they will blame it on FGN, we pay for our school fees which is fast increasing year in year out, after all education is not free. Abeg , they should just go and rest, If am the FGN, I will not listen to them untill they are tired. I don't even want them to call of the strike, not now i just started making some good bucks out of it.

Which way foward now, maybe is high time students all across the federation mobilise & start their own Protest? Who knows the FGN will listen to their yearnings. What do you think?
