there's no other place to do change of data apart from abuja, the cost will depend on the nature of what you wanna change. pm me for details

I will advice you to go for option B, the "not so developed" area today will soon become a beautiful environment and project like yours is what will drive people to put similar structures on ground. there's no wisdom in paying huge amount for 600sqm that will not give you your desired building. you can as well pm me to carry out the construction work for you at a modest price with quality materials. thanks

it is not enough to release statement, heads must roll over this. there have been so many cases of collapsed building throughout the country that are in court yet none has been pursued to logical conclusion. The building code has been in the national assembly since 2006 but they wont pass it because NIOB won't grease their palms. this madness must stop. building construction is a profession that should only be carried out by competent and registered professionals.

Just got a land in Odogunya. Please what and what do i need to do from start to finish. Also what and what are the documents to acquire from governments (the cost, name of document) and from drawing a plan....what else to i need to get the job done. Please people help a curious soul.

you need to get a design first and foremost, then submit it at the relevant govt agency for approval, after this you can mobilize for the construction work to start. you can start preliminary works pending when you will get approval though. hope this help. by the way where is odogunya located?

We do not need a two-storey building. All we need has been defined on page one. We do not also need any pent house. Let it just be a normal one storey duplex but with this same design and different roofing entirely. We need to see the sample of the roofing any designer proposes. We appreciate your efforts thus far!

let me analyze it, the problem in Nigeria is that everyone abuses his/her own little office. the official price for payment is 19k, if you do that yourself, you might not get your passport in 2months. there are administrative charges included, e.g you pay for approval, you pay like 2k for quick production and the person that will run the file will collect like 2k for his own hustle totalling about 25k. you can get new passport or renew the existing one in all states of the federation including gwagwalada passport office in abuja. but if you want to retrieve a lost passport, change of data (name or date of birth), damaged passport and retrieval of seized passport at the embassies due to fake endorsement (visa), your destination is the service headquarters in Abuja, your case will determine your price. if you have any other questions, be my guest.

if you use 1000blocks for substructure, 3000 for superstructure including headcoach, that's 4000 multiply by 140... N560,000
workmanship is 50 per block which is N200,000
what about cement and fine aggregate? I'm being realistic, you've not even talked about DPC, lintel, roof beam and preliminary works.

to be candid, 3million won't finish it, only blockwork will consume a million

with exquisite finishes 10million, but with modest finishes, 8million including fence and external works.

one of the benefits of NL is the ability to interact with great and talented minds. i want to commence a modest building project but as someone new in the area of building i dont have too much knowledge. however one thing i know is to get a good building design/ plan and integrated structural, electrical and other conceptual plans and all the people i have met have not been able to deliver something good.

so here's the challenge to all the architects builders and designers;
i have a 50*100 ft plot of land and i want to build a two flat apartment, one three bedroom and the second a four bedroom apartment probably all ensuite. simple yet eye catching. this project will commence this year.

pls post your designs here and include your email and i will contact the best design that suits me for the job.
