Due to the issue with double allocation and fraud lugbe is off limit for me.

the fact that you've encountered difficulty in certain area doesn't mean there's no legit properties there again, you will ascertain the document with agis before you make payment. kuje is another place I have presently, the location is very good and the land is big. I don't have kubwa so I can't vouch for that.

it depends on the area you're looking at, you can get a plot for 6m in places like lugbe, kuje, kubwa, some part of apo and so on

you cant just quote for a project like that, get the piece of land first. then get an approvrddrawong.. after that a quantity surveyor will do theB.O.Q to give you the estimate. i can help with the land though... have some plot in kubwa for sale. contact me if you're interestrd

Doesn't work like that bro.... tell your colleague to get in touch so that both parties can share information about the work, soil conditions, structural design, finishes and other factors need to be considered before a quotation can be ascertained.

very articulated article, I am one of the fanatic supporter of president Buhari and I'm not regretting my decision but I must admit I am getting worried about the present situation, especially in terms of appointment, president Buhari should have at least chief of staff, Secretary to the government, foreign affairs advisor anr economic advisor in place by now. president Buhari emerged on 1st of April as rightly noted by Simon Kolawole and ex president Jonathan did him a huge favor by not contesting the results so there's no distraction. I'm majorly concerned about the appointments so far. let's assume Nigeria is divided into north and south, has the appointments made already equally distributed? I suggest the president should delay any appointments from north pending when southerners will be appointed. another critical aspect is economy, even the presidential aspirants have economic advisors , so how can a president not have?? like I said earlier, I believe the president knows what he's doing but he should carry everyone along. God bless Nigeria

it's very possible, I work in abuja, just finished my postgraduate prog in Abu zaria and at d same time doing my professional exams (NIOB). since funding isn't gonna be a problem I believe it's achievable

Aguiyi ironsi was never in support of Nzeogu's coup, he was ever involve in the reason why the coup failed. Ironsi only became the head of state becus he was the highest in command in the Nigerian army as at the time. Ironsi only spent 6 months on power ... Was that enough time to investigation and capture all the coup ploters and trial and execute them?

I know he wasn't involved, but how long did it take mamaan vasta and co to face firing squad? given the fact that no igbo man was murdered in the coup carried out mainly by igbo officers which benefited igbo men (zik wasn't killed, nwafor orizu wasn't killed while Ironsi became head of state), it was important for him to make example of them but his perceived reluctance in prosecuting them amounts to supporting their cause.

they were actually kept in prison just for d situation to calm down, those young army officers confessed to the planning and the execution of the coup, what evidence were they waiting for b4 execution? it was the delay of this justice that gave birth to July 1966 coup, they were later released to participate in biafra war (which nzeogu himself did not believe in).

Note: 'Agu-Iyi' in Igbo means Crocodile but it can also be usd to refare to any 'Large Lizard' such as the commodore Lizard.

I can't remember Ironsi himself prosecuting Major Kaduna Nzeogu and his co-horts that carried out Jan 1st 1966 coup which killed Ahmadu Bello, tafawa balewa, ladoke akintola and so on. in the same coup that brought Ironsi to power.

passed through there yesterday, it doesn't make any sense to name an abandoned project. there av not been work on that road for 3years and they named it after Jonathan, are they mocking him or what?
