Where in the world aside the western world can you travel from GOd knows where and give birth to a child and the child automatically become a full citizen enjoying same privilege as the indigenous people. Where in the world can you automatically get citizenship by marrying a citizen. I studied in the UK, your child automatically get access to free education, health care and a lot of facilities by the virtue of your student status in the west. A lot of students exploit the system especially those on scholarship by bringing their spouse and children while on study, thereby overstretching the limited resources. Go to the hospital and see indigenous white queuing for appointments that might take close to a month before they get access to see a doctor because a lot of people both foreigners and citizen had booked earlier. They were overwhelmed by such things and displayed decorum in votes to pull out of EU rather than following the path of fellow BLACK xenophobic South Africans displayed some time ago.

They are many, though I don't have the list. Google is your best bet. It is not that I don't have any school that will admit for PHD without GRE, but you can't really depend on one school. I always say finding the right school that meets your admission need and academic goal is the most difficult in the process. For once you find the school and you are sure, everything will fall in place.

I have posted some google search strings on this thread before, look for it, and edit according to what you are looking for. But don't expect finding ideal school an easy task, especially without GRE.

You can always switch career plan, but not before you leave Nigeria. It is usually hard to get an F1 with a nursing admission. The possibility is very slim it appear almost impossible. How do you plan to explain to the consular the reason for abandoning what you studied for 4 years and never practiced?? Also, you don't have prerequisite academic background to succeed in a nursing program in the US, given that you studied history.

A friend is currently on the same route, but he had to take some courses, and planning to sit for the the nursing exam, then he'll take it from there. It is a step by step journey, but it is very possible if you know how to navigate the waters.
