"I killed my baby and reported myself to the police. I filled a bucket with water, dipped her inside and held her head until she died.
I did it for three reasons:
"First, I didn’t have the financial might to take care of her.
Second, I was tired and frustrated.
But the most painful reason is that she deprived me of actualising my dream of becoming a lawyer.
"I would have aborted the pregnancy, but my father advised me against it. The person that is responsible for the pregnancy rejected me. I live with my sister, who has no job and I am also not working.”
Asked if she was aware of the magnitude of her offence, she gave a wry smile, and muttered, "The most important thing is that I have killed the baby."
GreatResearcher1: i wish corona will stay a bit longer. I really enjoy quietness and peace from churches and mosques disturbing the neighborhood with noise
May you personally continue to enjoy the kind of 'peace' that Coronavirus brings to the world. The kind you wish and crave
Yobabad: Unfortunately those that are supposed to take up the job are pamanetly here in this forum just to insult mazi Nnamdi Kalu , cause comfusion between SE and SS, rant and try to protect Bola Tinubu damaged image
Why is a foreigner so pained and disturbed about an affair that concerns only Nigerians?
Highzyk: The Bible asks an important question: For who hath despised the day of small things?... Zechariah 4:10 This is the story of the RCCG which from the very beginning weathered through the thick and thin of the ministry. Like many other churches today, RCCG has something to say about their endurance. I think we (individuals) we can learn one or two things.
Dshocker: And may your generation be doomed if most pastors are fake
The truth is dawning on you and the divine judgement is hunting you down. You cleverly inserted most to appease the judgement. It won't work for you! With your careless mouth, all of you that derive enjoyment in ridiculing everything that has to do with the Church, the fury of hell hasteth after your souls!

The family of Mr. Okpanachi John is currently mourning after their son committed suicide over his marriage crashed two months after his wedding.
John WAR learned works in one of the new generational banks in the Kaduna branch and is 37 years of age.
His elder brother Michael Okpanach, said, a note found beside his corpse inside his sitting room reveals he committed suicide over his marriage crash. He, however, added that the deceased borrowed over N3 million from a bank for his wedding.
John, who lives at the Sabo area along the refinery road in Kaduna, married a lady from the Ankpa area of Kogi state while he comes from Ofu local government in the same state with his wife.
Michael said John’s marriage hit a rock as soon as they wedded, narrating how his brother had on many occasions called him to report how the wife was trying to turn him into a house boy, an attempt he said his brother resisted.
He disclosed that the marriage finally came to an ended when John’s ex-wife pulled him out of a car he was driving on a busy street of Kaduna, on the ground that the car is a wedding gift from her father, claiming her husband has no right to drive the car without her approval.
Michael told WAR, angry with the development, his younger brother; John terminated the marriage, two months after the wedding and did not come out of the trauma until he committed suicide.
John who committed suicide on Tuesday morning according to the elder brother drank a poisonous chemical suspected to be a sniper and was seen when his neighbours forced open his door when they did not see him until 1:00 pm.
He, however, added that his dead body has been deposited in a mortuary while the family is preparing to take him back to Ofu for burial.
taiyesoul: Nice initiative. Health workers are on "suicidal" mission at this obstinate period. What Lagos, despite it's billions of naira monthly IGR refused to do is being done. Kudos to the Ogun State government for this laudable initiative.
Did they complain to you, Mr gala hawker. Every one knows Lagos has been blazing the trail in Nigeria and you want to turn them to God. Funny thing is you will never want to see or bother about what your own state is doing.
OFFICIAL336: it is a well-known fact that Nnewi is the city with the largest concentration of millionaires in West Africa. TVC ran a documentary about how they were able to achieve the feat.
sexylassie2: Lagos keep discharging large amount of people, i fear for Lagos
So none relapse?
I dont believe it
Why is good news so toxic to you? You don't believe nobody died today and therefore sad. Two people died among them in Lagos yesterday and I know you would be happy with that.
YorubaHero12: Although this news is 2017 so it’s old but I have an observation.
What exactly are the Igbos contributing to the National purse? Na then Dey first abuse the Northerners as leeches but yet Kano is contributing more VAT than anyall SE states.
Agriculture Export too also showed that the SW and the North are the largest earners for foreign trade for Nigeria. Sesame seed and cocoa are the two largest cash crops Nigeria export.
The SS majorly contribute the oil money for all the zones. Infact Ondo produce more oil than Imo and Abia combined. So don’t even mention Oil that can’t fill a cup as their contribution.
What exactly is the contribution of those 5 SE states to the National purse.
The report says 5 states account for 87% VAT in Nigeria. The states are Lagos (55%), Rivers and Kano 6% and 5% respectively. FCT came a distant 2nd with 20% while Kaduna was a much more distant 3rd with just 1%.
Having said that, even a blind, deaf and dumb man knows Ogun, Oyo, Ondo, Benue, Niger, Kwara, Cross Rivers and Edo states account for about 10 out of the 13% balance.
Now, let's assume the remaining 23 states contribute equally to the 3% balance, even though we all know Borno is slightly higher than Ebonyi while Osun beats Anambra and imo states combined. But to avoid argument, let's just assume all contribute equally.
Dividing the 3 into 26 places gives 0.12% per state. Multiplying this by 5 equals 0.57%.
So some 5 worthless undeveloped villages contribute just 0.57% VAT to the national purse (far less than what only Kaduna with the least contributes). Ironically, they claim to be the richest in Nigeria. Smh.
““The state government order is that security agents should escort them away to where they said they were going to, and that is the West, either Ogun or Lagos state.” state government order is that security agents should escort them away to where they said they were going to, and that is the West, either Ogun or Lagos state.”
Nonsense! So northerners travelling from their states illegally should be sent to where they are going? More like sending immigrants caught, crossing Libya to Spain, to Europe because they said so!
