If you were overweight...you are adviced not to put on up to the recommended weight gain which is 11kg - 16kg for women with normal bmi...you can google to find out more

@udoka....dont worry jor ..when the baby comes out...it may even weigh less than they are telling you cuz that weight includes amniotic fluids and all that.

It happened to my friend in jand...they kept telling her the baby is almost 5kg but when she went into labor last week at 38wks the baby was 3.2kg with lot of amniotic fluid..relax..you will have a hebrew woman delivery ijn

Your situation is dicey because you will probably come across as fraudulent since you were already pregnant and did not disclose at your last interview just few weeks ago...it will look like you were packaging your vacation to go and give birth.

The reasons they refused you few weeks ago may also still be valid because your circumstance has not really changed from few weeks ago..

As long as your nos are fine....i wont worry...iv said it before predicte was the last to pick up my hcg ..its not as sensitive as touted...

I got my bfp on trueline at 10dpo...although very faint...that same day blood hpt, dr. Greg and predicte told me negative.

I remember holding the trueline against all shade of light: sun, moon, flourescent, etc..telling myself iv seen too many negatives to know a positive, no matter how faint


It was at 18dpo i think i remembered to try again with predicte (just because i had it at home) and it finally showed up....i never even bothered with the blood one again

Dont worry jare...it is well....but if you really want to see it on a hpt try trueline...its the most sensitive based on my own experience

@g4-2012....azoospermia is zero count and it is diff from low count...im not sure what varicocele is but i think iv seen it mentioned on th ivf thread a couple of times

In my dh's case his hormonal levels came back very fine but his count was low...8million..so all he discussed with us was a lifestyle change...i even mentioned ivf cuz i honestly dint trust dh to give up smoking but he said that was absolutely unnecessary...so mayb he saw something in your case to recommend ivf straight up

Ask for the specific diagnosis.....ask for more information and explanation...you have paid consultation fees so you are entitled......if you know what the specific diagnosis you can also do some more research on your own

Im not a dr but its the womb expanding / stretching slightly to accomodate the foetus...it is pretty normal

Miz_JaY: Good day Doc, am 10weeks pregnant and I have cravings for some particular fruits but I'm not sure how safe they are for me at the moment. Pineapple being one of them but I heard its not too good to take during pregnancy. I just bought some african star apple (native names: agbalumo/ udara) and also pepperfruits which I just ate now, orange makes and tangerines makes me throw up so I don't take them. other fruits like mangoes and avocado pear etc are out of season cos we r approaching dry season. Is it safe to take agbalumo and pepperfruit? I take coconut water too.

Iv eaten pineapple at least 5 days a week since i was 4 weeks. Now i am 17 and half..still going strong...no complications whatsoever

I also take orange every day to help with my digestive system as i have suffered a great deal of indigestion

P.s i checked with my dr first....
