Swit Ayi: Mamas in d house pls I need ur help o. Since I gave birth to my son 5 weeks ago,I ve been passing thru pain when breast feeding. My nipple hurts so bad and while breasting on one breast,I would be having shooting pain on the nipple N areola of d oda breast. I thought d pain will subside few days after delivery but its getting worse. Help!

@Cjonne, hmmm. the story will change jare...sometimes these inlaws are so worried and they dont want to over-worry you, so they keep their distance. the way my mother inlaw acts towards me now, words cant explain the 360 degree and iv decided to have no grudge towards her as well. DH is her only son so i know she was worried.

broken relationships will be mended at the twinkle of an eye when the babies come so allow them stay in their lane for now, it is better than them calling you and asking you stupid questions or harassing you up and down. Just trying to sort out some traveling details

@beauty..pele. the weather is changing thats why

You will need
Curry powder (not ordinary curry)
Vegetable oil
Goat meat
Coconut milk
Black pepper
Onions
Ginger
Garlic
Onions
Pepper
Potatoes

Heat the vegetable oil in medium heat, add 3 table spoons of curry powder into it and fry the washed goat meat (this should be done in batches so the pot is not overcrowded) till browned then remove
Add the chopped onions and pepper into the curried pot and fry till onions is brown
Add the salt, ginger, garlic and sauté for an extra min
Put the goat meat back into the pot and add the coconut milk
Add 3 more table spoons of curry powder
Add water and cook till the goat meat is soft
Add potatoes when the meat is almost cooked and cook till the potato and the meat is cooked
Skim the layer of fat off the top of the curry

and serve with your dish of choice, mine is RICE…

@tobiegal, you can take cereal every morning for a week with milk for calcium. Maybe you are stressing the muscle. I used to have muscle pull when i was exercising regularly and cereal/milk worked wonders
