collinsobinna: @oga Feelamong and elai, other reputable members of this useful forum.pls I would like to know how some of you have managed to rollover your interest.

My question is the rollover done immediately the interest is paid,or u hold the funds till next auction.

I would like to know so I can compound my interest.
I dont rollover my interest o... i collect all my interest upfront to invest back into my own business.. i only rollover my principal.

A lot of people have been asking me on email for the people I use for my TBills..

I use Fidelity Securities Ltd; The investment banking subsidiary of Fidelity Bank... like i said before, I use them cos its more efficient in terms of moving my funds from Stocks to Tbills at very short notice.. moreover they do not do all them COT like banks when i move between the two investments.

dan_dollar: GTB is a very useless bank.imagine, had a TB that expired today, and wanted them to rebook it for this current auction.I was shocked when I was told it wasn't possible, that the funds have to be in my account savings account before I apply.zenith bank rolls over my investment every 91 days I don't have to wait for 2weeks after my investment matures to have it re-invested.I remember what I went through before they fixed the last one that expired today.after I applied at their branch in my location,I had to call and write their head office before my account was debited like a week after.at a point, a guy at the head office told me CBN had stopped treasury bills.I told him that he should note that he's not dealing with an illiterate.

Please does anyone know of any bank, apart from zenith bank where my investment will be rolled over, kind of,immediately it matures so that I don't have to wait for another 2weeks?
bros dem tie you for the bank ni?

why not just take a walk from there??

efilefun: Good day @Feelamong I will like to know if I can leave the investment there for years just like FD? Or I have to monitor everytime the investment period elapse
why not just do a 364 days Tbill and ask for a rollover once its matured!

PoliticsRe: Ongoing ASUU Strike: Politically Motivated? by feelamong(m): 4:21pm On Aug 23, 2013
Sincere 9gerian: I'm not against ASUU or any union going on strike to push govt to met certain demands but when such union insists that their demand must be met 100% before they call off strike, then something is definitely wrong. Since the agreement was signed in 2009 why didnt ASUU continue strike then until it was fulfiled 100% if that is the way to go? If every Nigerian insists on having his or her 100% or nothing, then nothing will happen in this country.

The issue of the NASS is different matter. Unfortunately, the NASS has become too powerful so much so that they can hold the president to ransome. Only the NASS can to cut down on the allowances of the NASS. If we continue to pill up the pressure on the NASS through the media, they may be forced to cut down their allowances
Just listen to ur self..smh!

Better tell the President to sell off one of those useless presidential jets and meet the demands of ASUU ASAP!

Toya_tc: Unfortunately, my bank said that my bid was not successful. They just dey dull my style. I hope it pulls through duirng next auction. @feelamong abeg when be the next auction?
No mind dem bankers!Hope u have asked them to place the funds on call!

next Auction is 3rd Sept....Try to fast and pray wella O! cheesy
InvestmentRe: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by feelamong(op): 10:49am On Aug 22, 2013
Elai147: I was hoping for the same rate too o... Well let's wait for news on the complete stop rate. Let us know if you have any news from your bank.
Yea.. the stop rates are as oga Elai stated above

91 days -------11.094%

182 days ------12.25%

The fact that only these two tenored Auction defitely would have led to the drop in rates...So much money pursuing this now as the Stock Market is currently taking a beating!

But the next Auction has 364 days tenored Bills so i expect the rates to hinge up a little!
