This guy keep frequenting abroad even when known artistes are 'idle'. I hope trips are for shows. Just hope it is ... if you understand what I mean. Wishing him great shows Portable! |
The fact is that anglophone countries like Mali, Burkina Faso and Niger allowed themselves to be used by France to frustrate most of ECOWAS plans including the single currency project especially whenever it felt its interests in West Africa was being threatened. You can't eat your cake and have it. My take on the recent move of the current military Junta of countries to dump ECOWAS is that it is more selfish, dictatorial, emotional and optical than rational. - Selfish because they want to hold unto power at all cost under the protection of Russia. - Dictatorial because they never conducted any referendum on whether majority of their citizens wanted them to quit ECOWAS as many are earning their living in the remaining ECOWAS countries based on ECOWAS protocol. - Emotional because they appear to be poised to make a political point. - Optical because they want to appear revolutionary. But the question is do they have any plan look inwards by embarking on a sovereign national conference to develop a new post-France constitution that will take into consideration the abuses, weaknesses and challenges the post-independence constitution has? Unless they do this, time will teach them that they just exchanged one exploitative master for another. |
Tinubu is just using this dude to mock Atiku. ![]() |
Svoboda:I agree. |
In as much as Keke Ogungbe, after studying in US, started off self-employed as co-owners of highly successful Kennies Music label, he could have smartly used the period he worked for his brother-in-law Raymond Dokpesi's DAAR Communications as an opportunity to tie up his NYSC loose ends. He was a bit short-sighted there given how smart he is. May be he never anticipated he will one day got involved in politics. In any case, I doubt if he committed any offense by still undergoing NYSC because he was within the age limit at the time he graduated. |
Atiku is asking valid questions here. Clarifications are needed. Experts in international Finance should also speak up. |
Beolly:How about working with him to produce his successor who understands how things are done for sustainability? Everything shouldn't be politics. |
It is noteworthy that of all expenditures, the charges against Willie Obiano focus mainly on Security Vote for a state that unknown gun men held to ransom up to the governorship election day. EFCC personnel should do more to earn their pay. |
In the beginning, Dr. Rafiu Ladipo, a successful clearing agent and former President of the Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA), used his resources and goodwill to build up Nigeria Football Supporters Club into a strong football fan brand that was internationally recognized. Then, sponsors rushed to take advantage of the publicity and PR potentials that the brand offered. Then gradually, the good old 'cometh money, cometh trouble' situation showed up. Many people who didn't even understand the concept of Nigeria Football Supporters Club started questioning why Dr. Rafiu Ladipo had presided over the club for a long time. Some interests in the then NFA (later NFF) conspired to remove Dr. Ladipo as President. Gradually, the new money-minded people discovered that they would give more and receive much less in running the organization. They fizzled out and the Nigeria Football Supporters Club became inactive. History will never forget Dr. Rafiu Ladipo. |
There is a deep-rooted mutual suspicion among religious groups and ethnicities, which was planted by pre-independence political founding fathers and continued to be expertly utilized by today's political leaders to push their selfish agenda. This has impacted negatively on our choice of leaders, formulation and implementation of vital policies, siting of key projects, fight against corruption, etc. The sad thing is that even educated, well-travelled and enlightened people become suddenly dumb and ready to fight whenever the politicians press our MUMU religious and ethnic buttons. |
Northern politicians and elites are too focused on chasing SHADOWS while their poor, hungry and security-challenged people are yearning for SUBSTANCE. Northern politicians and elites have better things to press Tinubu's balls for but they leave those things and are threatening him for irrelevant things. Northern politicians are a huge DISGRACE to humanity. |
On point 10/10. |
Mom-manager: Baby-sitting pro max. ![]() |
Not strange that Mohbad died intestate. He was just beginning his career and still looking ahead to a bright future. At this point, a trustee should be appointed by the state to manage Mohbad's estate on behalf of his son and of course his wife if DNA confirmed he is truly Mohbad's offspring. If not, his parents and siblings should be entitled to his estate. |

One interesting thing about the BBC documentary on T.B Joshua is that NOBODY has accused him of human sacrifice. It is remarkable. By the way, all the allegations of abuse and strange spiritual practices are what are currently happening around many popular pastors and even political godfathers even as I write this. |
It is productive activities that grow the economy, boost employment, create wealth, boost forex earnings from exports, etc. Taxation won't do that. Removal of subsidies won't do that. Increase in minimum wage won't do that. We URGENTLY need robust plan and functional actions towards boosting food and export crop production and processing, protecting and strengthening local industries, incentivising SMEs, boosting sale of Nigerian products to ECOWAS, Africa and other parts of the world. We need to revive our dying economy. |
Most likely Daniel Bwala needed funds badly to meet his personal needs but his former principal Atiku Abubakar was consistently not responding positively. He therefore felt neglected and insulted for not being appreciated for his works and sacrifice. Subsequently, he reached out to Tinubu's camp through FCT Minister Wike and got more money than he needed on the condition that he publicly expresses his support for President Tinubu to weaken Atiku's brand. #Stomach infrastructure |

Ibadanpikin:You are part of the confusion. Your village is not Umunze. Umunze is your hometown with the following seven villages: Nsogwu, Ugwunano, Lomu, Ubaha, Ururo, Ozara and Amuda https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Umunze |
Azuka Onwuka is a confused Igbo man. The fact is that in Igboland, particularly in Anambra State where I come from, every town has a number villages that combine to form the town. From Awka, Abagana, Enugwu-Ukwu, Agulu, Ogidi, Nnewi, Ihiala, Uga, Aguleri, Onitsha, etc, it is the same pattern. Each of these towns have villages and Google is there to help out. These towns make up the LGAs. Therefore, If I travel home for Christmas, burial, etc. I travel to my village in my hometown where I have my ancestral home and where I have my Umunna. So, I don't understand what Azuka Onwuka is saying in this write-up. |
We need to URGENTLY SCRAP the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation. The truth is that there was no Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation before Pres. Buhari and yet social problems were solved with less corruption over the years. This ministry from all indications is conduit pipe to loot money in the name cash transfer to poor of the poor, relief to victims of disasters, school feeding, etc. We need to URGENTLY SCRAP the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation. |
Max24:What entrepreneurial initiatives or SMEs incentives have both FG and state governments put in place to encourage productivity among Nigerian young population? For example how many trade missions, export drive initiatives, etc has FG put in place to sell our local products to international market e.g our "senator dress" could be made an international outfit for black people all over the world by intentional actions. Has FG released any incentive and knowledge-transfer packages to encourage people with idle money to invest in factories to create employment? |
What of our mineral resources that are harnessed illegally by 'Chinese criminals' under the FG nose with the stolen money taken out of the country? What of money spent by FG on estacode, hotel accomodations, etc gor large government delegation to mere international talkshops? What of money spent by the NASS members to import vehicles for their official use? Reno Omokri, you a fat head seeking attention. Instead of killing all betting platforms, why not suggest to Pres. Tinubu to force the foreign bookies to open physical offices in Nigeria, employ our people and pay taxes like their Nigerian counterparts or block them. |

The return of dowry will only effectively untie the Yul and May from marital knot and to enable May to remarry if she so wishes. It has absolutely nothing to do the transfer of the paternity of the children from the marriage. |

This is pure Cobra Kai stuff from Atiku. Hit first. Hit hard. No mercy. ![]() On a serious note. The meticulous and professional work of the undercover journalist that conclusively exposed this certificate scam deserves an award. And President Tinubu himself deserves commendation for swift reaction. |
Many men will knack multiple rounds for free. This is a clout-chasing bad girl wannabe. Real bad girls don't pay for sex. It is waste of their endowments and coital talent. It is a business for them. |
Even the soldiers are tired of fighting for Nigeria. ![]() |
If WWF could script, direct and have fights acted out to entertain people, why shouldn't the organizers of this comedic bout do the same. The only problem like most Nollywood movies will be poor production, average acting and amateurish stunts. |
