Pouring charcoal on muddy road and hoping it sticks. ![]() Kwara State is badly in need of another O'toge. |
When an elderly man extends his hands to shake you as a young man, you should do well to respectfully reciprocate by shaking it with a bowing gesture rather than allowing the hand hanging. But, never extend your hand first as a young person. So, I don't understand this explanation but since the governor didn't go ballistic on Ahmed Musa but was laughing with him, it's ok for me. |
Ex-Governor Ikpeazu is a buffoon for seeing all these and did nothing in spite of receiving FAAC allocations and impressive IGR. |
Anambra no bi Kano. If Governor Soludo decides to pick a pen and spend a hour writing PART 1 of an epistle on Ganduje, he will commit suicide. He should take it easy in promoting Ifeanyi Ubah. Chikenna! |
inoki247:Both D Prince and Rema are under Don Jazzy's Mavis. |
Don Jazzy's goldmine. ![]() Sure me say Gov Obaseki wants a massive concert to end his tenure. |
CrossRhodes:If a census of real Igbo people is done today, you won't qualify as one. There is a reason. Jee jua ese! |
That's why the Erisco competitors from Asia are pushing the Chioma story in international media. They are getting back at him for forcing them do the right thing in 2015. |
This has nothing to do with the police. Deji Adeyanju is just trying to gather clout for his newly set up law practice chamber. The fact is that this is just a fight between two parties (Erisco and Chioma/Gen Z) who are utilizing different strategies to fight each other in line with their capacities. Meanwhile, Erisco's direct competitors are also throwing in some jabs against him from sidelines. - Erisco is using the police and justice system as a law abiding citizen instead of taking the law into his hands and employing extra-judicial means to deal with Chioma. - Chioma and her gen Z colleagues are employing the social media and emotional blackmail to fight Erisco. The fact that Chioma is pregnant has been overstretched and her beautiful face has also helped her case. - Meanwhile, bulk of Erisco competitors who are Indians are throwing in jabs and pushing the negative narrative in international media. Consequences: A Nigeria's employer of labour, payer of tax and contributor to GDP is being destroyed because of one careless statement on Facebook. SMH |
Askme2020:https://www.google.com/amp/s/punchng.com/morayo-afolabi-brown-tearfully-apologises-to-husband/%3famp |
It is pure madness for a male crossdresser to win best dressed female award. The award is for females and not for crossdressers. The twisted-minded award organizers were mischievously looking for controversy and must be enjoying it now. By the way, I am not surprised that Morayo Afolabi-Brown is saying this. She has poor sense of value judgement. After all, she once said on national television that she wouldn't allow her husband to bathe their infant daughter. She painted the man as a pedophile. She later tearfully apologized to the poor man live on TV to avoid divorce. |
What about carrying a banner with picture of Seun Osewa at busy junction with inscription that he is notorious fraudster who uses Nairaland as cover. Then, putting the banner on my social media account with large followers reposting it. It is ok to not believe in miracles but do allow others who want believe to believe. It is a choice. |
justmondris:That governors are shortsighted and lazy doesn't make states non-viable economically. In the hands of sincere persons with vision and ideas, every state in Nigeria will become competitively viable. |
There is nothing wrong with 36 states. That our governors are shortsighted and lazy do not make states of the federation non-viable economically. In the hands of sincere persons with vision and ideas, every state in Nigeria will become competitively viable. For example, NFF is broke because the leadership lacks the requisite capacity because its peers in most countries have sponsors rolling on the ground with money to give in return for vital mileage. It is the same Nigerian poor leadership factor that is even rearing its ugly head at federal level. |
IgweBUIKE1:Davido says he gives to motherless babies homes and I hold him to his words. He doesn't need motherless babies to chase clout. He has enough clout from family background and his massive success as a musician. He is known worldwide. Besides, with him there are many things to catch 'much better clout' with than motherless babies. For your information, I don't do this stan nonsense. |
That lady is super dumb. Somebody's sweat money from legit hustles VS Someone who gets underserved massive monthly payout from public coffers as Senator. |
Looks odd that Adekunle Gold is going all green instead of going all gold. Isn't this a bit of injustice to GOLD as a colour? ![]() |
Much a do about nothing. Respect for his exalted office and courtesy for his age and person. There is life outside of political contestation. |
Why can't those loquacious Islamic preachers that are looking for whom to issue FATWA against, do so against these kidnappers? Why can't those fiery Friday Jumat Preachers who mobilize their audience for election day, do the same to instigate and mobilize wild MOB ACTION against these bandits wherever they are? Massive hypocrisy? |
They are following their papa like helpless omo daddy teenagers. That's a little disappointing given that they are adults who should be building their businesses. But, it looks like their papa indulges them too much. One day after their father leaves office and his political influence wanes, they will look back and wished they had done things differently with opportunities his presidency presented. |
The truth is that Tonye Barcanista, Sarah Ibrahim and F.S Yusuf are all Social Media political jobbers who are after how much they will make during political campaigns. They may carry a tag bearing "PR Consultant" but they are basically greedy desperate hustlers. Bird of a feather. None of them is an angel. |
The problem is not being a salary earner but how you intentionally PLAN, SAVE and INVEST a portion of your salary in sundry vehicles even as go up your career ladder. How you hold yourself back from extravagant life today for a prosperous tomorrow. I have seen prosperous business owners who wasted their money through extravagant lifestyle and became poor later in life. |

Long delegate list again. Oronsaye Panel ntoooor! ![]() By the way, why this sudden craze for Qatar? In what ways do these people think Qatar will help Nigeria? Look, God gave Nigeria the same wealth He gave Qatar but our leaders, past and present, including many who will follow the president to Qatar looted it for their personal use. Now, we are begging Qatar for a f*cking investment forum. Sad commentary, meeeen! |
Appointed the largest government in history of Nigeria and all of a sudden nine months later, Orasanye Panel Report is now the magic word to defuse tension. The other time, it was the concept of STATE POLICE that was used. If the President is serious, he should drastically reduce the number of senior advisers, junior advisers and special assistants appointed for the president, VP and the first lady who have nothing to do with Orasanye report and who are still in office drawing salaries and allowances. Scrap the new ministries he created that are idle and set the standard number of official aides a minister should have. |
Any man who dies trying to satisfy a woman sexually is a big fool. Just do your best, sincerely give it all you can exert and leave the rest. That's how our fathers did it and were alive to train us. There is life after sex. |
Then join the protests. ![]() Wicked greedy gang. |
One big shortcomings of this current government is its INABILITY TO PLAN, to carry out cost-benefit analysis of decisions or SWOT analysis of policies. There is little thinking long and hard on issues. It looks it acts on knee-jerk basis before thinking. Look at these: -- Removed fuel subsidy without plan for likely consequences. -- Floated Naira without plan to counter likely consequences. -- Placed sanctions against Niger before sending envoys to talk to military junta over there. No consultations or analysis of consequences. -- Implemented post-subsidy palliatives without any plan. -- Installed bloated government with many idle ministers and sides without thinking about the financial consequences. -- Focusing largely on monetary and fiscal affairs without any plan to stimulate economic, boost export and earn forex. |
tsdarkside:If you insist. |
tsdarkside:What's the purpose of concept of government and its policies? |
At present, Nigeria has little to offer. President Tinubu should look inwards for solutions revive the economy rather than going around disturbing other countries who are focused on solving their own problems. Our farmers (crop, animal and fishery), SMEs, entrepreneurs, big industrialists, showbusiness etc should be the rebuilding blocks as it should be. Work ways of making these categories of function optimally. |
