I'm not a fan of Rabiu Kwankwaso, but when it comes to human capacity development, I always give it to him.

I have seen pictures of him with two pilots he sponsored their training and another picture of Kano state indigenes he sponsored for Masters studies abroad.

I'm from an oil rich state in the Niger Delta, my governor cannot boast of 5% human capacity development that Kwankwaso has to his name.

You'll only see him and him building stadium up and down so that he can over bloat the contract sum and receive kickbacks.

Modified: I read somewhere that the number of pilots he trained were between 80 to 100.

If your comprehension skills is adequate enough, you would have seen where I said "if e get cashout"... That's a statement of probability.

Keke everywhere is just an upgraded okada.
Buy big shuttle buses and create independent lane for that to ease transportation.
Having keke everywhere just make it a mega city slump.

The abundance of kekes on their streets indicates poor human development.

It's just like Akwa Ibom state, great roads, but very few cars... Just keke everywhere.

If there was adequate human development initiatives on ground, people would have been able to afford cars rather than moving around in keke.
