Experience: over 3 years
Single applicant.
ITA: 9th January 2018
AOR: 26th January 2018

ADR for schedule A and travel history: early February
Notification that I will be doing an interview: middle of July
Notification of interview date: beginning of August
Interview: September 18. Check page 1 for details
IP2 and ‘interview completed’: September 18

If you are using Fixed deposit, do you still have to present 6 months account statement? Not compulsory The bank doesn't issue letter in IRCC format. Isok and generic bank letter is acceptable. Or is uploading just the FD certificate Okay?
Do I ask the bank to give me their own kind of reference letter? Yes.

Hi people. I'm new here and need your advice ;
I am a young pharmacist less than 30. From some threads I've seen here and the little I know my ECA shld be through PEBC;do I register for IETLS and start ECA at the same time,considering that PEBC takes longer than WES,should hubby also start ECA via WES immediately after registering for IELTS? Was thinking my husband should be the P.A since he has more work experience and 2 certs HND and PGD. I have just one year internship experience in a govt hospital and spent my service year(last year till I finished this year) running my own community pharmacy.
Does my 1 yr internship and over one 1 yr experience in business,my age and discipline put me at an advantage over hubby for a good CRS score,or his degrees and more work experience(5years+)

Well, ordinarily they shouldn't.

But maybe they want to clear their doubts which should not have existed in the first place. But i'm certain that when a senior officer reviews it, this would be overlooked. If i was the guy.. i will just sit and do nothing... will just be sipping my mango juice and waiting for my PPR. Lol.

I am POST ITA and the primary applicant. My name is listed as part of the shareholders under Memorandum and Articles of Association of my wife company.I did not claim any point for her work history but i have filled the company name under her personal history as her work experience,hence the need to provide document that shows she manages the company.

I am an employee of another company which i have declared pre-ITA to secure ITA,now am worried wont that raise a red flag if i upload her company memorandum of association showing my name as a share holder?

Really encouraged by the testimonies, and I believe in 2019 I shall testify as well. I have read through part 2 till now and the encouragement here is superb.
Will start with WES evaluation soon while I prepare for IELTS next year. Things will fall in right places...

Is it possible to do medicals ahead of time before ITA? YES Do the medical centres ask whether you got ITA or whether you have an Express Entry profile? NO (I have neither of them). I don't want to waste anytime after I get ITA (good thinking). I have not yet gotten my ECA now (Nothing spoil) but my CRS will be above 460 after ECA (isok); so I am sure of ITA (possibly a false assumption).

This question is not just about calculating CRS points. I already claimed points for the experience but i read somewhere that you cant claim points for work experience while studying full time.

I started working in july 2012, after 2 years and 4 months on the job i left to go abroad (UK) for my Phd on study leave while still being paid full salary. Is this work experience enough for express entry?

Good evening everyone. Please I need to clarify something. I evaluated my diploma degree with ICES. I had mailed them initially that I dint have my certificate anymore which got burnt in a fire in 2008. However they agreed that a statement of result from the school will suffice. My diploma has been evaluated . I need to know if the statement of result will suffice post ITA as proof of education.

Some people do as you are suggesting, but I'm not an advocate of that. I believe in doing things in order.

What I would do to take advantage of time (in case of cut-off tie) is to create and submit the EE profile, but while filling under education, I will choose "do not have an ECA" (or something like that). This will create my profile but without the points from ECA. When I get my ECA, I'll update and change it to "have an ECA" and fill the details.

This is exactly the issue I'm facing with WES. it seems WES is bent on frustrating people. The information they put there is only transcript which I sent to them, unfortunately they changed the story when my transcript got to them. See the screenshot. I don't understand what they meant by 'diploma supplement' when in fact I sent my transcript to them TWICE. To think that I could have sent my confirmation of degree conferral at the time but never did because they didn't request for it. SMH for WES. Anyone planning to start evaluation, by all means, avoid WES, their shakara is way too much, they ain't the only evaluation agency. Shioor

Many thanks for your response. How do you mean by FOUNDATION DIPLOMA? Cos someone on this thread just lifted my hopes this morning that WES would acknowledge it as 2 (he/she doesn't know if other evaluation bodies will)

Hi Guys...

I don't know if its just me.... I have noticed that more than 75% of the questions asked in the past 20 pages, if not more, are very basic questions that could have been resolved by going to page 1.

As much as i don't want to sound like a kill-joy, I think the experienced ones should spend more time referring people to page 1. I can bet you that if you answer a question now... be ready to answer it again in the next 3 to 5 pages. Yes!! its that bad now.
