When I add my business in my work/personal history, do I still need to include documents concerning the business?

Yes you can update your profile while in the pool. With 442 you have high chance of getting ITA next week if her birthday doesn't come before then. Please enter the pool sharply.

Congrats to those who have gotten their PPR and a big thanks to those keeping this thread alive.

I have a little grey area I'll need some help clarification on. @bigfido @ladyay @kayvann or anyone who has applied as self employed, kindly help with this. I have gone through the major parts of the threads (part1-5) but this area still seems unclear. Kindly permit me to itemize my concerns so others can easily go through.

Regarding the proof of self employment i.e written notes/letters from clients, payment from clients etc.
1. How is this supposed to be?
2. Do I contact clients from way back, say 3 years ago to provide these letters?
3. If yes, what format should this letter be?
4. How many of these letters from past clients will be sufficient to show that one has over 3 years experience has a freelancer/registered business owner?
5. Kindly provide any other advice or tips as you deem fit.

A very big thanks in advance. May God bless you and help us all. Anticipating a response.

PS: I am a web/mobile developer. Been freelancing since January 2015 then registered my business in January 2017.

I've got 481 CRS score with 3yrs experience from 2 different NOCs. Although I intend to claim points for 20months. CRS would stand at 456.

Why I'm concerned is because I've really worked hard for 2years to get this offer.

1. I'm about to enter the pool.
2. Just got a phd scholarship offer (for 3.5years) that requires I return to my country at the end of the programme, and stay for 2 years without
getting a work permit abroad or applying for a permanent residency.

Beloved brethren, what does a brother do at this time of need... Do I;

i. Reject the offer and wait for PPR. (At least I can derive some consolation from my present job (although I'm not really happy with what's
going on there at the moment)

My IELTS was written once and was perfect 9,8,8,8.

ECA: Masters Nov 2017
Entered the pool Dec.
ITA January
AOR January 17th 2018
Medical Passed Feb 11th 2018
IP1 Feb 12th 2018
IP2 Feb 27th 2018
Then silence. Not even a single ADR.

... this year has been so challenging. hubby and I lost our jobs, all our money tied at POF, we were feeding from Hand to mouth and struggled to pay school fees. Infact this September, we had to change their schools to a very cheap school.

Earlier Parts, confirmed that WES reported such transcripts as incomplete.

Didn't notice anyone using ICES then.

I'm actually trying to be careful as ICES don't refund.

i.e. transcripts started from 200L.

Did you have issues with the 'incomplete transcript' and what did you do?

I am in customer service, with a bank. Though my husband's job as an accountant will qualify as skill level A, his score is below 400. What do you advice? Can I qualify for the provincial nominee program?

I need advice filling out ITA. For my Travel History for 10years, do I need to includes a time i spent in Uk as a part time student at LSAM but i didnt complete the course neither did i get any degree. My ECA is on a B.Sc and M.Eng which i got prior to proceeding to the uk for this management course.

If I mention this aspect then do I have to mention under my education , with a course that i didnt complete , neither received any award. Or should i omit it entirely for the education part

If my bank will not give a letter in the CIC format for POF or any letter at all am I good with just a statement of account and an LOE? Letter in CIC format isn't compulsory. Naija banks give something worthwhile and used by previous PPR clinchers.

ALSO

If my employer and supervisor (not even on plain paper with business card attached) will not give a reference letter in the CIC format...am I good with my pay slips and any old letters like employment...promotion letter...ID...business card...and an LOE? Perhaps yes with a LoE attached. You could get something from any of your colleague as support

Please who have used standard postage for ICES?
I want to use it for my spouse's ECA. How long did it take to get the package delivered to you and did you include your phone number in your address, to make it easy to be reached? I need urgent help with this please.

Hi Guys,

I've been unsuccessful trying to pay for WES. There are 3 options: Credit Card, Western Union & Cheque or Money Order.
I tried using my naira mastercard on Credit Card option - No Way, I've tried Firstbank, Sterling (Mastercard) & Diamond Visa Cards.
I tried the western union route got to the bank and i was told i have to open a DOM account to make the payment.
Money Order option has to come from inside canada, I think.

Has anyone successfully made this payment in the past? How did you go about it?

If it requires Master's degree to get a job with Canadian employers, who's to say it must be the same in your home country?

I wanted to use wes for evaluation but I was at NECO office yesterday, they said it's 29.5k. Now I want to use ICES

1. I have M.SC and Bsc, if I evaluate both will it earn me more pts or just evaluate only Msc?
2. Do I need to apply separately for both degrees if I have to evaluate both?
