Nigeria's State's government are the most corrupt. The number of moribund companies established by respective states of the federation are many. They will establish a company and after some years, defund it and allow it to collapse, wasting taxpayers money. Many state owned textile Mills, flour Mills and agro allied industries are not operational. No thanks to entrenched corruption within the system

The country still has one of the highest rate of productivity per person in the world. Foreign Corporations and Business Schools go to Japan to learn about work ethics, dignity, productivity and efficiency. These are the hallmark of a typical Japanese worker.
