PoliticsRe: Peter Obi Denies Agreeing To Deputize Any Politician in 2027 by Focusmind: 3:42pm On Sep 14, 2024
I knew it must be the handwork of Sowore, the Sahara reporter. angry grin

I actually doubted if he could say that. His best bet would be, not to participate in the 2027 elections, which may likely happen. He may just endorse a candidate instead of deputising or actually participating. He has lost momentum and greater part of his followership
RomanceRe: Once A Man Introduce You To His Mum He Will Surely Marry You - Nigerian Woman by Focusmind: 3:22pm On Sep 14, 2024
Na una sabi. It may be true, but when it comes to my own daughter, I am going to have the final say, even if my wife approves. Her approval may be based on some cosmetics, but as a father, I got to dig deeper on who the nigger is, to avoid handing my precious daughter over to fools, masquerading as men. Women hardly decode those kind of men. Women may accept someone by the way he dresses, speaks and makes fun. I can smell packaging and well-faked-packaged persons miles away.
PoliticsRe: I’m Ready To Be VP If I See Someone Who Will Perform Better, Says Peter Obi by Focusmind: 8:40pm On Sep 13, 2024
He should go and sit down. Obi is a lightweight politician, who didn't understand how power works in Nigeria. You don't just come from nowhere and wants to be the president of Nigeria. You had the opportunity to vice Atiku in the last election but you refused. The fact that you ran with him in 2019 should have made you to shift ground for him and still worked with him. With that, Atiku would create opportunity for you in the future. That's how Nigeria politics works. You must have given in something in the past to get something. Nigeria's politics is wired differently and you must understand how it works. The truth is, Obi has lost steam. The obidient movement of today is not the same as 2023.

How many lives have you impacted? You may not agree with me, but Ronaldo is somehow, self-centered. He wants everything to revolves around him.
Foreign AffairsRe: Trump Posts That He Won't Debate Harris Again by Focusmind: 2:39pm On Sep 13, 2024
I don't know what some Nigerians saw in this guy that they are rooting for him. Someone that doesn't care about you, your country, your continent and even your family members resident in US.
RomanceRe: What Was That Incident That Made You Stop Your "Talking Stage" With Someone? by Focusmind:
"I am sure you guys at Investment banking are at the same level with those in multinational IOCs". I pretended as if I didn't hear that. She repeated it again before she entered her car, I smiled and didn't answer. Later that night, she dropped the same question on blackberry chat. I began to carry out further investigation......it finally ended undecided
TravelRe: Japan: "I Didn’t Want My Ex-employer To Deny My Resignation And Keep Me Working" by Focusmind: 1:21pm On Sep 13, 2024
The country still has one of the highest rate of productivity per person in the world. Foreign Corporations and Business Schools go to Japan to learn about work ethics, dignity, productivity and efficiency. These are the hallmark of a typical Japanese worker. Though the issues raised in this article are valid, the Japanese society culture of respect and strict obedience to established rules, is making people to challenge and question some of the obnoxious practices in the workplace, as highlighted in the article. Foreigners hardly adapt to the Japanese work ethics, reason most multinationals hardly post non Japanese experts to Japan. They will rather use Japanese as they understood their culture and environment better. The "Kaizen" and "Just-in-Time" concepts were all creation of Japanese society, that values work and efficiency, which have helped the country to become one of the most productive and efficient country in the world.

PoliticsRe: Cocoa Institute In Oyo Got ₦250M For Lagos Streetlights Project In 2024 - BudgIT by Focusmind: 12:42pm On Sep 12, 2024
As there is nothing to " research " on by the Cocoa Research Institute, the institute created another work for themselves. Some of these government agencies are not productive, contributing nothing and gulping scarce resources to maintain their respective boards and the executive management's affluent lifestyle.

AutosRe: Innoson Vehicles Produce Their First Electric Car. by Focusmind: 10:57am On Sep 11, 2024
Innosson should try and be matching up with the basic standards abroad. I know it is for the Nigerian market but they need to take the Nigerian market serious.

The beauty of cars lies in the quality of alloyed wheel and tires. These are some of the things that captures one's attention once you look at any car or machine. They cant be rolling out a new car with that kind of tire/wheel.

Good job, though
SportsRe: Eguavoen Quits As Super Eagles Interim Coach After Draw In Rwanda by Focusmind: 6:11am On Sep 11, 2024
This man didn't resign. He was given a 2 - match contract that expired after the Rwanda game. How could he have resigned in this great hard times undecided? He didn't want NFF to be the first to announce his disengagement after the disastrous draw in Rwanda. Someone that has been out of any known job for some years. Resigning is alien to our culture and standards here. undecided

PoliticsRe: Yemi Adenuga: Irish People Attack Nigerian Vying For Post by Focusmind: 5:01pm On Sep 08, 2024
Nigeria and Nigerians are irredeemably gone! You can't build a resilient and sustainable nation with the kind of mindset, distrust, nepotism and hatred that have continued to permeate the very fabrics of this nation.
PoliticsRe: Nigeria’s Poverty Rate Will Surpass W’bank 104 Million Estimate Soon – Economist by Focusmind: 6:39am On Sep 07, 2024
World Bank and IMF keep prescribing unworkable policies for Africa and other developing nations, but will be quicker to offer time-tested and workable solutions to any developed country going through economic crisis. Both the world Bank, IMF, EU and other Western backed development institutions provided strong backing to Greece and other EU countries that went through economic crisis and helpe them regained their economic status.

So sad! Parents should be closer to their kids for them to feel free to share their worries with them. Also, Parents should cultivate the habit of raising emotionally stable children, immune to physical and cyber bullying.
Foreign AffairsRe: Burkina Faso Issues New Passports Without West African Bloc's Logo by Focusmind: 9:33pm On Sep 05, 2024
See this country that adds nothing to the block. Terrorists massacred more than 200 last month in the country and the chest beating president didn't do anything. They should go if they want.
PoliticsRe: Dangote Doesn’t Have Business With Petrol Price – LCCI President, Idahosa by Focusmind: 10:37am On Sep 05, 2024
I agreed with you, Mr. Idahosa

Dangote is stylishly putting himself into a position of sole price determinant (quasi monopoly) . Ignore Dangote at your own peril. He has been talking lately.
PoliticsRe: Enugu Suspends Industrial Gas Emission Levy, Sacks Consultants by Focusmind: 6:40am On Sep 05, 2024
The consultant is now the fall guy, even though he got his award letter from the ministry of environment and approved by the commissioner. I know that these consultants could be overzealous with their interpretation of extant laws, they act in hand with the either the director or the commissioner, to extort money from the citizens. Most of these levies collected ends up in private pockets.
PoliticsRe: Boko Haram Hits Mafa, Yobe, Kills Many, Sets Houses On Fire by Focusmind: 9:19pm On Sep 02, 2024
I don't know what Nigerian armed forces are doing in the southern part of the country. The country is at war and all security personnel should be in the front line at the theatre of War. You see them here doing check points and involve in things that has no security connotations. The president should declare state of emergency and declare national War on these terrorists. Let all security structures be armed to the teeth and Marshall everyone to the front line. These guys are becoming more daring
PoliticsRe: Katsina, Zamfara, Kebbi State First Ladies Receive Humanitarian Awards In Abuja by Focusmind: 9:14pm On Sep 02, 2024

PoliticsRe: PDP Summons Wike Over Anti-party Activities by Focusmind: 1:56pm On Sep 02, 2024
Very weak statement from Abudullahi. See how he was talking not to even offend Wike. It is clear: PDP cannot dispense Wike. They are just looking for the way to manage the guy. They do not want to throw him away despite his seen anti party activities. See the Abudullahi of a man sayin that the victory they "worked" hard to achieve in Rivers State. PDP did not achieve any victory in PDP. Wike simply got the victory for them.
SportsRe: Victor Osimhen to join Al-Ahli on 4-year contract - SkySports by Focusmind: 9:09am On Aug 30, 2024

SportsRe: How Representing Nigeria At The Olympics Cost Me My Place At Chelsea: Mikel Obi by Focusmind: 10:30am On Aug 29, 2024
There is no need to attack the guy. I remembered that incidence vividly. Conte was not happy and confined the guy to the bench. Agreed, if he was of European origin, Conte would not have done that. He was just looking for a way to bench the guy and his absence during the preseason provided him an ample opportunity to finish off Mikel. Lets take it easy on him. He said the truth. This usually happens in football, especially to African players that chose to represent their national team. But, I guess, if Mikel was superb, Conte would have reconsidered him in his starting lineup. Even Arsene Wenger almost did same to Kanu Nwankwo and claimed that he was allowing the Kanu to recover from jet lag and injury.
CrimeRe: The Moment South African Police Raided A Building And Arrested 123 Foreigners by Focusmind: 10:23am On Aug 29, 2024
South Africa, the only country that looks like Europe in Africa. That is the reason why other sub Saharan Africans are trooping there. Government in Sub Sahara Africa have failed to live up to expectation and the citizens are poor, hungry and looking out for opportunity in any saner clime. People travel as far as from Ethiopia, Somalia, Eritrea and other parts of horn of Africa to SA in search of greener pastures.
EducationRe: Thousands Of International Students In Canada Face Deportation, Sparking Protes by Focusmind: 10:18pm On Aug 28, 2024
Did Canada promise anybody PR? All these Singhs and Indians should go back to their countries. undecided

Imagine the audacity?? Your contract was to study and depart. There was no promise of PR after your studies when you were issued a visa.

People from developing countries always have this entitlement mentality when in Western countries. Entitlement they cannot even get in their own native countries. They should all go to their countries and protest against the governments in their respective countries
