I think you should sit her down and talk at length with her,make her see reasons why she should focus on her studies and how she has a bright future. Talk to her about the dangers of being sexually active at her tender age,since you said her parents are busy and you're her tutor, I think you're more of a guardian here and I want to applaud you for not taking advantage of her 'wild child syndrome' to fulfill your sexual desires.

Last but not least,be smart and careful when handling her, children like this can put you in trouble.
